8 superchargers here - close to lots of food options!
    Angela B.

8 superchargers here close to a lot of food options within walking distance. All chargers seemed to be in working order and the area was clean. -1 star because they really should have more for as populated as this area is.

57 kW. Why so slow? Will go home and charge it.

Very, very slow! 57 kW. Not sure why they call it a super charger. I guess if you have shopping to do it would be ok. Otherwise I'll pass on this charging station.

+473 miles/hour of range at this supercharging station!! Super impressive!

As far as Tesla Superchargers go, these take the cake! While not located in a great spot for local daily commuting in the Valley, if you're way out West and considering stopping for a quick charge, then do it! This Supercharger location is truly SUPER - super fast, super clean, and super convenient! It is located in the Carl's Jr. parking literally right off the I-10! I do not know if there are other V3 Superchargers in the Valley (although more are coming soon), but I could not believe how quickly my vehicle charged! I pulled up with about 60 miles of range and was up to an 85% charge in 35-40 minutes -- that is ~400 miles of range per hour!! Just enough time for a quick much-needed power nap! Of course, if fast food or sitting in your vehicle is not your thing, then there are a handful of shopping options nearby. Among other stores, PetSmart, Lowe's, and Walmart are all a quick walk away! But with how super fast these chargers are, I'm not sure you will have much time for shopping. *****FIVE STARS*****

Having rolled in from California, I pulled in here to charge up the car. It's right off of the 10 freeway on Watson Rd. It was very easy to find, right next to Carl's Jr. There are many other food options all within walking distance like Cracker Barrel, KFC, McDonald's, or Dunkin'. There are also a bunch of stores nearby as well to help pass the time while your car charges.

Nov 2019 Located next to Carl's Jr. but beware the bathroom is terrible and looks like it was built for workers and not customers. Carls - please update your restrooms! Definitely fully charge here since Quartzsite gets full. Plan is to add a total of 28 V3 chargers and 3 V3 in Ehrenburg, AZ. Finally Quartzsite will get some relief!

62 whole kilowatts. Might as well charge it on a 110 plug

I could've sworn this was listed as a 250 kW charger but I've come here twice and the best I've seen it get to is 70. Super super slow!

Pros: 1. Chargers available when I went 2. Easy to find and a decent location 3. Great that there is a Lowe's in this center - in the time it took me to charge up, I got to use the restrooms and buy some items I needed to do yardwork! Cons: 1. Not the fast 250 kw charger - only 120kw

Coming in form Los Angeles (average 7-8 trips yearly), easy access - right off freeway, 8 fast chargers, never had to wait, and many places to eat. I highly suggest crossing the street to the upscale Baskin Robins for a scoop of Rocky Road. There's also a hidden bar across the street; just east of the of the Baskin Robins and Nails shop. Sadly, the Carl's JR is not very friendly and does not allow restroom access unless you purchase something... shame on you!!!

Not a supercharger. This is no different than a home charger. 1hr for 60-70 miles. Don't waste your time.

It is so nice to get together with like-minded parents that just want a place where their kids can play and explore. You yourself get a chance to be in the classroom and help out, play and see all of your kids' friends interact. Soon you will be getting your feet in the sand yard, going to parent meetings where the teachers will give you tips on how to calm your child during a meltdown, and you will talk to other parents and see that you're not alone. Some examples of community that I can think of during our time are the parent meetings, potluck events, a camping trip, and events at school where everyone is welcome for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When we had our second child, and EECP knew we were finally home, we got a few gifts delivered for our new baby, but also a couple of big brother gifts and books from the school. When I'm at work and I get some photos sent to our parent group message board of what the kids are doing that day, it makes you wish you were at school that day instead of sitting behind a desk. Those are the times I know that we got lucky to find the EECP and other involved parents and teachers. One other thing I remembered that I enjoy is the stuff that our kiddo brings home. It is not just paintings that will soon be on your fridge or decorated shoe boxes, but also stories and music. Our 3-year-old would come home from school and teach me about Mardi Gras. He insisted on Mardi Gras songs being played in our home. He enjoyed dancing and marching and was explaining how parades worked, as if I had no idea what one was. It was so much fun to finally go to school and see all the kids parade around in fun costumes and carry around little decorated shoe boxes they made in class. This is just one of the events that we've loved as a family and now as a community.

Kids learn through play, and those lessons are at the heart of the EECP program. If you've read the research that shows kids learn best through play, especially at this age, EECP should be on your list. This is the only truly play-based co-op in central Phoenix. We have also found a community of likeminded parent friends. This has been a great community for our family.

The property is the Strawberry Cabin - Fire Pit, Fireplace & Pets on VRBO and AirBNB. I fully expect to get trashed for leaving this review as Brenden Hesser attempted to intimidate and he threatened me when I told him I was looking forward to sharing my experience. While this is a cute home, it is not what is advertised and it is not being well maintained. The fireplace never worked correctly and this is you main heat when it's cold (it is a gas fireplace) when the handyman came out to "fix" it, he told me the reason there is no flame is because the glass of the fireplace is filthy on the inside and, unfortunately, there was no way for me to access this to clean it and he did not. The TV didn't work and needed service by the handyman. The cabin is also not remote like the description suggests. The location is nice, it's just not what is in the description. It is a nice sub-division not a remote getaway in the woods. We were also without water for about 2 hours on our second day. The handyman said they have been servicing the water throughout the development all week but no one thought to tell me that prior to booking. The towels also smelled so badly that I had to wash them prior to using them. I plan on reporting this to VRBO and other agencies to hold Hesser accountable and make sure people know what they buy. Realtors in AZ are held to a higher standard. I am thankful Visa protects my purchase. Now I suppose I wait for the promised retaliation.

My first red flag should have been when you show me the room and I said that I liked it and then I could be in within 2 weeks. You told me you couldn't hold the room for me and then I might lose the room if I didn't come up with the money immediately. That forced me to decide immediately if I wanted to live there or not and then had to pay rent didn't do places to make sure I didn't lose my room. I didn't like how you promised not to raise the rent for 2 years only to find out a couple months in that you were forced to remove some discount you were supposedly giving me raising my rent $150 a month. I really didn't like being forced to sleep on a 1980 style waterbed. Part of your stick is that if they furnished home but you feel to mention the people that you forced them to sleep on waterbeds so that you don't have to purchase mattresses every time that tenant moves out. You failed to mention that there is a total of 14 people living in this house 9 or 10 bedrooms all over a thousand a month with three or four of them being rented to couples. I truly didn't like it when you moved in 18 year old and who had a pitbull that was never on a leash nor did it have a collar and it was untrained. As a father with a four year old it's hard to feel safe with a loose Pitbull roaming the house at will. It's also inconvenient to have a landlord who owns 13 properties and works full-time until recently being fired, get refuses to hire a property management company leaving home repairs non existent. It was also annoying that you said that utilities were included but it took an act of God to get you to turn the air conditioner on that you control from your phone. My bedroom is 80° and my daughter was sweating her asleep and when I sent you a picture of a thermometer to let you know that it was 80 in my room you said well once I hear from everyone at the windows are closed I will turn on the AC. I didn't like that you claimed it was a Airbnb ready home that came with a fully stocked kitchen a hot tub a fire pit etc etc. I didn't like that you expected your floors to be swept in mouth on a daily basis as if you lived there and that somehow while we were on a 30 day lease we somehow had to give you 60 days notice to move. Not to mention that of the 10 people that I live there with not one of us got a dime of our security deposit back. Others might like it when you send your son to take pictures of the house at midnight because dishes weren't done or when you found out that some lights were left on you decided to steal the light bulbs as punishment, but I didn't. I noticed that this Yelp review that we're speaking on isn't even involved with you as a landlord, it's described as a junkyard removal service and I'm sure another a couple of your past tenants have reviewed it you'll just delete it. What is the actual name of your company that we as tenants rent from. You seem to constantly change the name of your LLC in an effort to avoid people having opportunity to read your reviews. By the way nothing I have said is slanderous and I was late on rent once by two days and I paid your late fee gladly. I actually paid the rent late on purpose because it annoys you so much I think I had four phone calls from your son the first day it was late. People noticed that you're constantly have ads trying to attract renters. It's fairly obvious that you burn through renters rather quickly and then constantly in need of new people to fill there vacancies. I will admit you're very creative in the way that you do things on a month to month lease so that you can have access to the house without any prior notice anytime day or night as long as it's a common area. You're also smart to big people to give you a review the day they move in before they figure out how you treat your renters. In the five or six months that I lived there I believe that I lived with 18 different roommates and seven different dogs. Your all-time best move was when the entire house complained about a couple smoking fentanyl in the house repeatedly and instead of kicking him out you simply move them to a different property and didn't inform any of those renters about the situation.

It's obvious he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about providing a great living experience. Renting here has been stress-free, and that's something you don't come across often. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
