I didn't have the right tool to get the housing off. Monique was amazing on the phone and was even more so in person. Manny was extremely friendly and willing to help right away. Luckily it was 7:30 in the morning so it was really light. Manny remove the housing for me and replace the bulb and while it might seem like a small thing, it means a lot. The last thing you wanna do is drive around on the road without a turn signal. I wish the best to them both. I understand Manny's been with the company for a very long time and Monique is a manager as well. They are both shining examples of what Customer Service should be!

I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.

Come to find out it was for only 10k. They made me sign docs electronically on a giant table size computer. No one in finance department confirmed the milage. I believe the electronic signing of documents on a huge table is meant as a way to distract. I fell for it. I should have insisted on confirming the miles, but have had many leases and never has this happened. Live and learn on my part. Shame on them for taking advantage of the situation & making the signing of documents purposely more difficult to read and navigate. Whatever I have discussed with the sales rep regarding milage on a lease, that is what was in the contract. I thought they were reputable dealership. They are not. It was a bait and switch from sales to finance. I feel completely dupped. I will never even think of giving them my business and anyone who asks it I will let them know do not use them. Use any of the number of dealerships in the West Valley. Do not given them your business.
