I would never recommend. Their body work was good, but they caused other damage to my car and would…read morenot even consider taking responsibility. Pros: I was hit by a driver with USAA insurance. They recommended Fix Auto. The experience was easy and seamless. They worked directly with the insurance company and did a great job completing the body work and front-end alignment. Cons: I picked my vehicle up a couple of days before Christmas. I drove home, and when I walked out later that day, I noticed a huge puddle under the car. A few days later, when I drove the car again, I turned on the AC and realized my previously ice-cold AC was not very cold. Over the next few days, it completely stopped working. I called Fix, who advised that I call USAA. USAA advised that it was a problem with Fix Auto, not them. When I brought the car in, Fix Auto briefly inspected it and stated there was no way their work could have caused the issue. They offered to repair it, but only at my expense. There was no effort to investigate further or take responsibility. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and had to spend nearly $800 getting it fixed. They said the AC line had been punctured. I told them about my interaction with Fix Auto, and they said it was, in fact, very likely that they accidentally punctured it while doing their work but then didn't want to own up to it. Mistakes can happen. That's not the issue. The issue is the complete refusal to take ownership, the lack of accountability, and the dismissive handling of a legitimate concern.

My Experience Repair was done with little attention to…read moredetail and will require rework. Gerber sent the work out to Line-X which did a poor job and didn't even complete the reinstallation of certain hardware. Carolina was also very unknowledgeable about the process and said, "In our eyes the work is complete and you'll have to take any issues up with Line-X." She also told me the rail caps were removed, while Line-X said they never remove the bed rail caps. Don't know why you would make up an answer instead of asking someone who knows. Wouldn't recommend Gerber to anyone, and they might want to hold training on customer service and personal responsibility.

I was extremely worried about using the recommended place from my auto insurance because I felt like they would just send me to which ever was the cheapest from them, this was the opposite. From the quick and seamless reservation, to my drop off appointment, during the process and pick up was OUTSTANDING customer service. They kept me update every step of the repair process by text, so I never had to feel like I needed to call for an update. Everything they told me was correct and timely. I trusted them to fix my car and they delivered in every aspect of their job. I'm truly grateful to have worked with a location that took care of everything correct and with care. Jeffrey my representative was also answered all of my random questions and concerns and never made me feel like they were dumb questions. I would return and recommend others to this location. I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. The bumper that was supposed to be replaced…read moreunder my insurance claim came undone weeks after picking up the vehicle. When I brought it back, they claimed something must have hit it to avoid honoring the warranty, and they wanted to charge me to fix the part underneath. When I asked the technician to show me the actual point of impact, he just had me run my hand along the bottom, there was zero visible or feelable damage anywhere. On top of the questionable quality of work, the customer service and communication were poor. My original completion date was pushed back, and when the new completion date arrived, no one bothered to notify me. I had to call them myself to get any updates. I chose this shop because it was recommended by my insurance, but I deeply regret not going elsewhere. I've lost a significant amount of time making phone calls, taking time off work, and dealing with an issue that should have been done right the first time. I have zero confidence in their work or their willingness to stand behind it, and I have since escalated this issue directly to my insurance company. They'll also reply to this review with a generic response like they care. Stay away from them
