There are a couple of things I need to mention that will make your experience go more smoothly. 1. Write a list of what you want done. Make sure to give it to them and make sure that they staple it to the work order. 2. If you want them to check fluids, or belts, or ANYTHING other than what you brought the vehicle in for, don't rely on them doing it. WRITE IT DOWN. 3. Call them before you come and get your vehicle, and specifically ask about each item on your list. 4. Test drive the vehicle yourself before you leave. Nice people, good prices, NOT DETAIL-ORIENTED.

Bill H. of West Valley Rv & Marine says on his answer that it wasn't their fault that I'm upset and…read morethat they had to charge the fee anyway because they were told to do it. Them telling me when I get there before they give me the keys for my rental doesn't make this right. I had signed an agreement online, given them my credit card information and I had calculated how much it was going to cost. I specifically waived the insurance online because I was given this option. That means I didn't wanna pay for it so them telling me I had to pay for it at the store is very deceiving. It pretty much means, either you pay the insurance or you don't get the vehicle and if I don't get the vehicle, I can't get my furniture. I understand businesses are struggling these days and everybody wants to make a profit but that's a very disgusting way to make $10. I suppose you think I could've just canceled my rental right there and then and gone to another company but you have to keep in mind I had already driven there with my husband and my toddler to rent the van and I had already made arrangements to pick up the furniture I had to pick by using this van so the fact that I was told when I got there is actually very deceiving, whether is a $10 fee or a$100 fee, you can't expect me to re-arrange all of this stuff and go to another company when I had made this arrangement to pick up my furniture weeks ago. It was a 3-4h rental, by the way. I just had to pick up furniture, bring it to my house, bring back the van. Done. Arguing with you at the store, posting a review and answering to your very unprofessional reply is taking longer than picking up my furniture and dropping it off at my house. Bottom line's Uhaul can't give you the option to waive a fee online and then charge you that fee when you go to the store to pick up your vehicle. That's just not what I agreed online and my agreement should've been honored. That's deceiving and that's why I'm upset about. Stay away from this store. They're not honest at all.

I was verbally told that metal shavings were present inside the rear differential and that the entire differential assembly needed replacement. I was quoted approximately $3,600 for the repair. When I requested written clarification regarding how this diagnosis was made, including whether the differential was drained or opened, the condition of the fluid, whether photos were taken, and what specific testing procedures were used, no documentation was provided to support the claim. I then obtained a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. The vehicle was properly lifted, road tested, and inspected, and the rear differential was not identified as the source of the issue. The concern was resolved without replacing the differential. My mechanic also contacted this shop directly to ask about the basis for their diagnosis and did not receive any clear explanation. It is not possible to visually confirm internal metal shavings inside a sealed differential without draining the fluid or opening the case. No such procedure was documented on my repair order. Based on my experience, this did not feel like a transparent or customer focused shop. I strongly encourage customers to request written proof and seek a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

In addition, I needed some other work which included replacing a side camara, removing the diamond shield on the generator door, "which he had to do anyways due to the damage from the chair", which would require repainting the whole door. I also ask him to prep and repaint the upper trim around the bus. He needed three colors to do the door but buy enough paint to do the upper trim also. since we were replacing the one side camera lets due a backup and the other side camera as well. I sent Brian pictures of the damage. Brian was prompt with the estimate and made a comment it was a rough draft but would work with me. Brian was paid in full buy the guy who caused the damage prior to starting the job. Brian indicated he had to finish a couple other jobs and should be able start in a week or so. This was around the first week of Nov. I had no issues with that because I was going to be out of state. Brian had a hard time committing to more than a couple hours of work when he did show up. He would say he was coming and not come. I would text him and he very slow to respond. Had to text him several time. I finally indicated to him he needed to communicate with me. He sent me pics of some of his paint work which look good and he indicated he owned body shop for several years. I don't like burning people on a review but felt my experience with Bryon should be told. Brians work ethics as a business owner for me were below my minimum expectations. Not Dependable! He started my job the first of November 2025 and has never completed the work. My last communication with Bryon was on January 1st. I had mentioned to him I needed it at Christmas. He replied not a problem..lol. First, he doesn't show up when he says he going to and when he did show up it was only for a couple of hours before dark. To help expedite the work, I removed the 3M film and 1/2 glue residual on the front of the bus. I installed the backup camara. The lower driving light was also damaged. He had purchased 2 so they would be the same. I ended up installing them. His paint was blow what I what I what expect from a previous body shop owner. Tape lines were off, he over sprayed silver into the green then clear coated over it after he told me he was going to fix the over spray. He ran out paint several times. If you any experience in having auto paint color matched, you need to have enough to complete the job and have a little left over. He was always trying to stretch the paint by thinning it to much which causing not to cover well. When he painted the front of the bus, he was in a hurry to leave and asked me to un tape it if it started to rain. Whether it rained or not he should have stayed and un taped it when the paint was still pliable. Needless to say, any I wasn't happy about that. with him running out of paint left several light spots on the upper trim of the bus. he was aware and said he would fix it. The wind picked up and blew off some paper that fresh paint on it which smeared onto other portions of the bus, He did not bother to clean that when it was still wet. I'm not sure if Bryon and I got off on a wrong foot somewhere or this is how he works. He has some great reviews, and I had read them prior to hiring him. As an owner of an aircraft repair facility for 25 years, aircraft repair and paint were one of my specialties which leaves me a little anal. I also offered Brian the use of my air compressor or any tool he might need. I sent a text to Brian on January 1, stating was getting a little concerned about what was going on and if didn't want to complete the job I would hire someone to finish it which included all his mess up. I have never heard back from Brian. Brian was very personable, but I would not hire him for any more work.

My son who is one of those people that can do all kinds of math in his head told us one day "you know you could have paid cash for a trailer with the amount of money you spent on hotels for the last three years!" Of course it is now time to start looking at travel trailers. Surprising to me now there is a thing called a destination trailer. This is perfect for what we need of course I want the one with the fireplace, air fryer, washer & dryer, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Easy to find in the south not so easy to find in California. My son found one at the Camping World in Arizona. Mr. Axel was our salesman he is extremely easy to work with and called us back with answers for the many questions we had. He even gave us his phone number so that we could make a group text to contact him whenever we wanted to. The next person we met there was Joe. Mr. Joe made it extremely easy for us to get our insurance on the new trailer. All he did was extremely helpful and I really appreciate the information he shared. The next person we met was Mario. Mr. Mario gave us an orientation on the trailer. He was thorough, informative, friendly, and professional. He reminded us of our super smart son. The last person we met was Brad. Mr. Brad was the man that brought the trailer to us. He called us the night before he left and told us he would be there by 5 PM the next day, at 9:00, on day of delivery he called us and said he had an updated delivery time of 4:00, around 2:30 in the afternoon he sent us a text that said he would be there at 3:30 at 3:33. He rolled up right to our property took that long, long trailer and placed it where we needed it to be with no complaint. He was on time he was personable. He was fun to talk to. I wanna thank the Avondale Arizona Camping World for how easy they made this major purchase.

I have known him and his quality work with the utmost attention to every detail on my motorhome since 2017. Most recently, he saved me thousands of dollars on my heat-pump HVAC unit by simply replacing the worn part.......during his inspection, he found a small additional item which I immediately agreed should be replaced. He did so at a minimal cost. I will not go into the pricing for repairs but I will state that his pricing is beyond exceptional as I have found out in the past. I am very happy to see Daniel has taken that major step to go into business for himself rather than working for others.
