I do not speak English well, and no one clearly explained this serious issue to me. If I had known about the frame damage, I would never have bought this car. After the purchase, I discovered major damage underneath the car, including rust and poor welding repairs. This is very serious and should have been clearly disclosed. I feel misled and taken advantage of because of the language barrier. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please be very careful before buying from them. I am taking further action and filing complaints.

We bought a 36' RV and i just happened to wreck it... who would've thought? I was devastated! We pulled in and went i to the office. I was just a mess! The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. She just kept reassuring me that it happens, its nothing to worry about, and they would take care of us. Offered me water, asked if there was anything she could do for me. Super kind. Then Peter came out to look at the side of our RV and the nightmare i had just done to the side of it. It sounded like nothing id ever heard. Like i was ripping it right down the middle of it. I don't ever want to hear that sound again... ever. Peter was unbelievably kind. He knew exactly how I felt. He reassured me that he had seen much worse... not to worry, and that he would make sure it would be just like new when he was finished with it. He kept in touch and updated us along the way.
