I was driving from Alabama to Utah and was 70 miles from my destination when my 20ft. cargo trailer blew a tire on I-80. I was towing it behind my 40 foot motorhome. As a widow driving by myself, this was my first solo tire experience. From my first phone call to them to my final exit, I knew I was in excellent, trustworthy hands! Never once did I feel like I was "handling" this on my own or that their recommendations were anything short of exactly what was needed, with nothing added. A road unit was dispatched within 10 minutes of my call for help. That gentleman was able to put on my spare tire quickly, despite the dangerous location, in order for me to drive to their location at the Pilot/Flying J. Their bays were plenty big and easy to pull my entire rig in. There had been damage to the other tire and the shredded tire wiring was pretty much entangled underneath the trailer. So, there was significant amount of "clean up" as well as the two new tires needed. Their work was clean, thorough, reasonable, honest, and complete. Their kindness extended to offering me every discount they could, desiring to help just an everyday person trying to make their way moving states. Often feeling quite alone, I never had that feeling when in their capable care. They had me back on the road again, within 60 minutes, and with no concerns there would be any other problems or damage from the incident. WELL DONE! I had a slow leak and was 30 miles away from this town, I called Highway tire and they said they'd be able to get me in if I stopped by. I figured it'd be a 2-3 hour delay and a couple hundred bucks before I was back on the road. The fact that they got me back on the road within 20 minutes and $20 is seriously impressive. This is my first experience in Wyoming in it is absolutely my new favorite State. Fortunately we were referred to Billy. He got us right in and not only did he custom rebuild the broken parts of our exhaust system, he also made something to secure our mud flap. The original mechanism had snapped off. He had us in and out and charged us such a reasonable amount. Such great customer service and very talented mechanic. so i was at the gym, and i threw my backpack on the ground. and my key fob was connected to it, so…read morethe key fob broke open. sending all the buttons and battery flying, i thought i picked up all the pieces. but i guess the transmitter is still on the floor at the gym, so i try to go out to my car and my car doesn't start so, i try to jump it doesn't work i call the nearest shop and it's this one. i call cesar and he gets one of his guys, to see if they can jump it with a battery charger, still doesn't work. so his employee doesn't speak english he manages to explain it's the fuel pump, so we tow strap my car and get it to the shop 3 min away, they don't do any tests on the vehicle when we get there, they just start pulling up pricing, and quote me 1392$ i'm like ok can you do a pressure test he's like it's fuel pump gets under the car, hits where the fuel pump is tries to start it, won't turn over. so im like ok just install the new fuel pump, i've tried to check everything i could. so they install the new pump and the car still won't start and the employee texts me saying we need a transmitter for the fob and sends me a picture where the little piece goes to i rush back to the gym, and look where my key fob exploded, find the tiny transmitter. take it over to the shop put it in my key fob car starts instantly, so i signed up for snap finance but the owner cesar was new with snap, so he said he'd call me if he needs help with info, but as soon as i leave i take the old part to another mechanic. and they test the fuel pump and nothing is wrong with it, so the next morning when cesar sends me the agreement i let hit know what has happened cause he's out of town at the moment, he fully reimbursed me and let me keep the new part out of the good service he has, my car was just misdiagnosed, and he felt bad and made it right. and held his standards to the highest ability, my car about two days later the check engine light came on so i stopped and got the car obd2 scanned and it was throwing evaporative emissions system leak so i let cesar know, he called his guys let me take my car back over there they checked it for 5 min found a loose hose clamp tightened it ran a smoke test, then obd2 tested the car, it stopped throwing codes and the lights went off, the mechanic apologized sincerely, me understanding they're busy and stuff happens but i can't express enough how good the customer service is when anything happens, they hold their word and are honest with their work. cesar the owner of the shop made me feel heard and comfortable in the process letting me stay and watch them work on the car the whole time! i recommend going here if you are latino based, and don't want to get hassled, i respect when someone makes a mistake they make it right, which this shop did so i'd come back anytime!
