I was driving from Alabama to Utah and was 70 miles from my destination when my 20ft. cargo trailer blew a tire on I-80. I was towing it behind my 40 foot motorhome. As a widow driving by myself, this was my first solo tire experience. From my first phone call to them to my final exit, I knew I was in excellent, trustworthy hands! Never once did I feel like I was "handling" this on my own or that their recommendations were anything short of exactly what was needed, with nothing added. A road unit was dispatched within 10 minutes of my call for help. That gentleman was able to put on my spare tire quickly, despite the dangerous location, in order for me to drive to their location at the Pilot/Flying J. Their bays were plenty big and easy to pull my entire rig in. There had been damage to the other tire and the shredded tire wiring was pretty much entangled underneath the trailer. So, there was significant amount of "clean up" as well as the two new tires needed. Their work was clean, thorough, reasonable, honest, and complete. Their kindness extended to offering me every discount they could, desiring to help just an everyday person trying to make their way moving states. Often feeling quite alone, I never had that feeling when in their capable care. They had me back on the road again, within 60 minutes, and with no concerns there would be any other problems or damage from the incident. WELL DONE! I'm on a trip with a deadline, got a sprinter full of stuff helping with a move from Oregon to Colorado. I had a slow leak and was 30 miles away from this town, I called Highway tire and they said they'd be able to get me in if I stopped by. I figured it'd be a 2-3 hour delay and a couple hundred bucks before I was back on the road. The fact that they got me back on the road within 20 minutes and $20 is seriously impressive. This is my first experience in Wyoming in it is absolutely my new favorite State. However, they found the screw that caused the leak within 10 minutes and I think I'll be on the road within another 10 according to them - WHICH IS UNREAL. Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

He literally dropped everything he was doing, moved another car out of the garage that belonged to a local customer "who wasn't in a rush" and proceeded to diagnose and work on our car throughout the day. First time using Utah Mobile Tire and it's like "welcome to the future, it's heavenly here." Punctual, even showed up a little early. Great communication, Kevin texted me earlier in the morning to confirm and also again when he was about 15 minutes away. Knowledgeable and well equipped, he had everything he needed and just got to work. Pleasant and kind, he engaged in conversation when I initiated and just kept working when I didn't. Happy to have them back for the next go around! The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours. I've had a few bad experiences with tire shops where they scratched wheels or ripped the bead on the tires. Turning 3 hours into 8 hours and 5 trips back to get made whole. FML!
