Mind you coming in means scheduling it around my work, getting the kids ready, driving down, etc. I got to the shop and was told they were too busy but come by another day to get it done. What they didn't know is I also needed 4 new tires and a new oil change place and was using this as a gauge to their service level. 1 potential customer lost. My recommendation is if you are going to turn people away because you are "too busy" then take appointments.

The owner said that he was out of town for the week and that there had been an issue with my order that needed to be resolved and the price that was advertised online that I paid was not the actual price instead of honoring the price and shipping me the item he decided to cancel my order. My frustration is it took over a week of me calling and calling for them to finally answer the phone never called me back I had to call them. When I finally get a hold of the owner he was somewhat apologetic explained that he was out of town for the week and that this was set on his desk. I explained to him that that does happen but they had a full week of knowing there is an issue with my order that any one of his other employees that I assume was working that week could have called me back and said hey there's an issue with the order we cannot place it right now would you like to refund your money or would you like to wait to have it resolved that would at least have give me the opportunity to purchase the item I needed for a trip but now I'm down a week and the item I ordered will not be ready in time if I buy it from another vendor. So in the end I understand it's a small shop but I did everything I was supposed to do every opportunity to make this right and they did not it would not have cost them any money to fulfill my order they might not have made any money on it but at least they would have had Goodwill especially since they cost me a week of my time and my money for quite frankly because I did pay for it it did come out of my account and so they held on to my money knowing full well there was a problem with the order instead of calling me right away to tell me there's an issue and let me decide what I wanted to do with my money.
