They were extremely busy so I made a reservation for the following day. I arrived for my reservation early but they still took all my info and asked me to have seat in their waiting area. About 40 minutes later the service person came in and said that I had 2 screws in the tire. They then said that I was ready to go. There was no charge. This is the place to go if you ever have a tire issue or need tires in the Park City area. Now I know why they are so busy! Service, Quality and Price!

I feel so lucky they were there and helped me quickly and affordably. Bradley was able to remove the small nail and patch the tire ... incredible ... and Rafa was all over letting me know the status and providing an easy experience for payment at check-out (I waited next door at the new coffee place called Urban Sailor - so convenient for working while waiting). Mercer has all sorts of hit and miss reviews here on Yelp, but I think management has completely turned over and had a 10+ experience today. It was stormy and cold but they didn't hesitate to greet me and ask what I needed. I explained the issue and less than 5 minutes later I was given my car without the leaky tire.
