Terrible! After weeks truck was totaled by insurance. Cascade took the truck apart to make estimate. I wanted to keep truck and was charged $1000 to put it back together. I was returned truck with damage to bed locks and an after market cracked passenger window that was fine when I brought it in. When I contacted Cascade I was told mana would be in contact. Got a competitive quote and took in my car. while there and in process, kept upping the scope of repair and costs. I understand finding undisclosed repairs but this went on and on till the initial quote more than doubled. Was stuck paying them. Don't trust them and wouldn't use them again. read more

I can't even with this place. I had a small job and self pay. When I came to pick it up it was half done and the car was filthy. The apology was so monotone and it sounded like he was reading it from a script. I took it up a notch and wanted to speak to someone in management and they referred me right back to the same monotone guy....geeez! Just do yourself a favor and go down the street to CKM. I backed into a tree with my rental car and made some scratches on it. So I tried to find a place to help me make it look better before returning the car. I first went to CKM Collisions and the guy there looked at the car and told me he can't do anything about t and the bumper needs to be changed (because a little bit of the scratch took the pain away and reached the plastic (smaller than half an inch) Then I drove 200ft away to Cascade and they were so friendly and helpful. The guy there sprayed and polished the scratches so they became smaller than what rental cars might charge me for. He also told me that some of the scratches will not be removed by polish. But he DID help me instead of dismissing. Didn't accept any money for it too I come back to Park City every winter and I certainly hope I never have an accident again but if I do I know where to go! read more

Totally dishonest. They gave me an estimate 3 times over the price that other shops gave me!! They will try to charge you for extra and needless repairs and tell you that's necessary. What a nice surprise this place is! The inside is spacious, clean and comfortable, front desk staff friendly and greeting, and we were helped quickly. I appreciated their strict COVID compliance, lots of quality cleaning products around, including the bathroom, which was spotless! My repair was modest, but they took the car back right away (very friendly mechanic also!). Nice touches like having umbrellas and snowbrushes by the front door. Highly recommended! Update: I wrote and posted this review while waiting for my car. When done they took me to my car and showed me what had been done (the wheel well liner had been torn off, they managed to get it tacked back on). When I pulled out my wallet at the counter, I was told there was no charge. What great customer service! This is rare theses days. I would love to have given them 5 stars as the work they did was great. However I can't, due to the fact that I am very angry and disappointed in the dishonesty I feel. I felt as though I was taken advantage of. I was given a quote for $812 to have some extra work done while my car was there being fixed by insurance for other damage. That quote turned into almost $1300 because of something they ruined taking it off. I understand that things happen, but I am angry that I was sent a picture of my car, taken apart, and told that in order to proceed I had to ok and extra $400+. My options were to ok it or have it put back together with the now bent/broken piece and discontinue the work (which would leave me worse off than when I brought it in) OR to ok the added amount. Hmmm....not great options. Had I been given a more transparent quote, being told up front that they try to reuse parts but that they aren't always able to do so, causing the possibility of added damage to my car and increase the costs, I would have made my decision based on the worst case scenario and hoped for a better outcome versus the situation I was put in without any good options. read more

They never sent the estimate to me after saying I would get it tomorrow so I took my business to Service King.

Wow what a great experience, professional, terrific staff and amazing body work. Done 6 days earlier than original estimate.

Hopefully we will not need their services again anytime soon, but I would go back here for any auto body fix again.

There's a piece of my bumper that pops out and I o ew if I went to the dealership they would want me to buy a new bumper so I stopped by CCR and within maybe 10 minutes max they were able to pop my bumper in. They wouldn't even take any money for the repair. Also, the people working there were very friendly and polite !!! read more

Integrity and friendliness. I had a very small dent which needed repair. I went to another highly-rated auto body shop in the Park City area who gave me a quote for a full (and expensive) repair (replace / repair parts, paint etc.). I then went to Cascade who took a quick look and said they could quote the full job, but also offered to pull on the part in question, which they did for free, and suggested using some touch up paint on the small scratches. I am so appreciative of their work, responsiveness, and honesty. I hope to never need any body work done on a car, but if I do, I am definitely going to Cascade. read more

Had the GREATEST experience with cascade. Sheryl was so sweet and made me feel very confident in my decision to go with cascade. I originally worked with Caleb and he took so much time to sit down and explain every detail of what my car needed. He was so attentive even with the small stuff like the car logos. I hit a deer on Mirror Lake highway in my X-5 on a Tuesday night, Wednesday morning I dropped of my vehicle for repairs. My insurance company had already sent Cascade the paperwork, and Cascade gave me a ride back to my house in Park City. This is a new location and very clean, everyone was nice. A week later I call to check on my car, they said if they got all the parts in it could be ready tomorrow. Another week passes and I call again, just checking as I have another car and wasn't in a hurry. Two days later they call telling me its ready. Cascade delivered the vehicle to me at my house. Repairs look good, but the damage was mostly replacing plastic parts and painting a fender. They did a quick wash & detail too. Invoice was $3600, of which my deductible was $500. I'm not sure if this is expensive, since I have nothing to compare with, and its just the insurance game. If I have another need for a Body Shop I'll use them again. read more
