I ordered a metal cloak under armor for my Jeep Wrangler 392. Waited a few days after I ordered it never heard anything about shipping information so I proceeded a place three phone calls on three different days throughout the week of course nobody answered I left messages and no call back. Finally called a fourth time the following week was able to get a hold of somebody they said that they would call me back within 15 minutes and about 2 hours later the owner of the company called me back. The owner said that he was out of town for the week and that there had been an issue with my order that needed to be resolved and the price that was advertised online that I paid was not the actual price instead of honoring the price and shipping me the item he decided to cancel my order. My frustration is it took over a week of me calling and calling for them to finally answer the phone never called me back I had to call them. When I finally get a hold of the owner he was somewhat apologetic explained that he was out of town for the week and that this was set on his desk. I explained to him that that does happen but they had a full week of knowing there is an issue with my order that any one of his other employees that I assume was working that week could have called me back and said hey there's an issue with the order we cannot place it right now would you like to refund your money or would you like to wait to have it resolved that would at least have give me the opportunity to purchase the item I needed for a trip but now I'm down a week and the item I ordered will not be ready in time if I buy it from another vendor. So in the end I understand it's a small shop but I did everything I was supposed to do every opportunity to make this right and they did not it would not have cost them any money to fulfill my order they might not have made any money on it but at least they would have had Goodwill especially since they cost me a week of my time and my money for quite frankly because I did pay for it it did come out of my account and so they held on to my money knowing full well there was a problem with the order instead of calling me right away to tell me there's an issue and let me decide what I wanted to do with my money. read more

$118, 000.00 plus spent with who i thought was an expert on the restoration of broncos. ground up rebuild. my 76 is nothing but a bucket loose bolts, will not go down the road straight, no one wants to drive it. doors hard to open, rear hatch would not open, no bumpers on tailgate or hatch, rattles everywhere, screws falling out. leaks like a sieve, cab gets soaked in the rain or at the car wash. heater will not heat, and rattles, like the rest of the bucket... on top of all this, (engine was rebuilt) leaks oil and transmission fluid. extremely disappointed..... read more

Truck was advertised as a complete restoration and I paid big $$$ for it. Didn't run when it arrived. Cosmetics looked good but mechanicals were a low budget attempt to complete a vehicle with used/beyond their service life parts. The guys that constructed this truck were mechanically incompetent and have no regard for building a safe vehicle for the road. For example, auto transmission wouldn't shift into 1st and had to be forced to get into Park. I found the throw arm on shifter was binding on the floor pan sheet metal (rod was bent and improperly clearance), shift cable was bent/binding (cable hold down in wrong location), and the fixed end of the cable had about 1/2" slack. Very basic mechanical things that are easily done when a guy can follow installation instructions. Truck spent about 3 months in the shop and $3k worth of parts that I shouldn't have had to buy to make this truck complete and roadworthy. Communication with the shop started out poor, and then they went silent. Buyer beware, they lie, give lots of excuses, and are doing things on the cheap. read more
