In all we needed our propane line repaired, the sink tightened and a new emergency brake cable. I was told by Holly to come in at 10:30 the next day. Please send Mark out to put things back together. What happened next was the place was locked up tight and lights out. Nobody anywhere and tools left in my trailer and on the ground outside. I had to put my trailer back together myself so we could find a place to sleep for the nite. Never ever go here for repairs. Worst experience ever!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER HERE we have had ours in for warranty work several times. One of those…read moretimes they charged us $300 sent us out to our trailer (nothing had been fixed) they then realized they supposedly did those repairs to a different unit so we had to wait another week to actual have ours repaired (I'm not convinced they ever actually do what they say) we've had them look at our fridge 3 seperate times, for the same issue, 3 different charges for them to say they can't duplicate the issue. We just took it in to have our water heater fixed, but the tank was never filled so how they actually tested it to see what was wrong, or to see if it was fixed before leaving is beyond me. And the nail in the coffin our trailer sat there for a month and in that time someone damaged it, but they refuse any responsibility. I'm assuming our insurance company will wring it out of them, unless they don't actually have any insurance, and if not, then thats a giant problem for any consumer.

The sales process was very smooth, from checking out the coach, to the test drive, all the way to paperwork it was an easy and well explained process! They truly clean their inventory and when we had concerns they were quick to solve them without being pushy! I would definitely suggest to buy from here if you are searching for used RV for sale, used campers for sale, and used motorhomes for sale in Utah. They were able to get their title processing completed before the expiration of my temporary tag's as well! I also know some people who were able to get an extension on their temp tag when clay's titling systems were down making it much less stressful!

Space was limited so I had to get a 1/0 AWG cable exactly 4.5" center to center with 5/16" lug holes, and the lug holes have to be offset by 90°. Austin (service manager) handled the request. In a few minutes he returned with a perfectly crafted wire. Perfect length center to center, geometry, etc. So many shops struggle with these kinds of wiring requests. I only had to describe it once and he hit it out of the park! I highly recommend this place, they are expert craftsmen.

CAN'T RECOMMEND SOUTH WEBER GENERAL RV HIGHLY ENOUGH!…read more My husband and I were looking to trade in our 8 year old Eclipse Attitude for a Grand Design Momentum. We initially worked with Ron in sales, who was incredibly knowledgable about the GD line. Our first visit, we looked at a brand new unit, and decided we didn't love the interior. A few weeks later, a 2022 came in to their lot and we contacted Ron to see it. It was missing a generator, and that was a bit of a speed bump for us. The Sales Manager, Brock, jumped in to help. He secured us a brand new generator, and had it installed. He went above and beyond for us to keep our business, and get us into the GD we wanted! They also gave us a value on our trade in that we were happy about, and went out of their way yet again to meet us at a price point that made us happy! Grier in finance was SUCH a joy to work with - he made the transaction not only simple and seamless but FUN!! Even with a couple of hiccups along the way, the entire team we worked with was kind, patient, understanding, and treated us like friends more than customers. Ellie and Monica were always communicating with us, and were both SO sweet and kind. Our tech who gave us the rundown on our new unit, Kaden, was SO full of information, tips, tricks, and we genuinely enjoyed our time with him as he walked us through the unit before we took it home. He was VERY thorough, covered every detail, answered every question, and did it with patience and kindness every step of the way. It was clear he was not letting us take it home until he ensured that every single thing worked perfectly! To the team at General RV in South Weber, THANK YOU. You made this experience one my husband and I will never forget, and we will continue to recommend this place to every single friend and family member in the market for a new or used RV. CHEERS!!!!
