Called Sunday and left a message for Monday. Needed help with an Anderson hitch triangle plate. Monday left for our next stopped and decided to drive by B & D when they opened up. We ended up getting a return phone call first thing Monday morning as we were driving. What wonderful customer service!!! Explained the situation and told us to come right over. Best RV company I have ever dealt with, you will not be disappointed; Although most of my experience within the RV industry can be characterized as 'over-promised and under-delivered', the team at B&D RV has been a welcome exception to the rule from the very beginning until the very end. Every branch of their company from the front desk, to sales, to finance, to the crew towing on the lot, has been overtly communicative, understanding, reasonable, and straight forward. Despite receiving higher offers on a trailer that I was trading for, the company held onto it for three weeks when it would have been easier to sell locally for more money, solely because they "had made a promise to me". The easy negotiations, the fair prices, and their flexibility on arranging the logistics of my interstate deal demonstrate a level of service that would make it worth paying twice the cost. When you also consider the fact that their prices and valuations were some of the better ones available, its no wonder that so much of their customer base travels to them from across the country. I live all the way out in Los Angeles, CA and if at all possible I will find a way to use this company in any future RV business I have. I can't imagine a scenario where you would regret reaching out to the people of B&D and I know that I am very glad that I did. read more

We experienced a leak in our water system our first night dry camping on our trip. I called at 4:30 PM I was told they could look at it first thing in the morning. The tech did a thorough inspection and found the source of the problem and he provided a couple of spare gaskets "just in case". He showed me what he did and noted a couple of things we were not doing correctly (which had not been explained when we bought the unit). Everything was fixed and we were on our way in about an hour. I very much appreciate that they were able to fit us in so early so that we could continue on our way. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. read more

10 stars We just purchased a Cougar 5th wheel from B&D and I can tell you we are 100% happy with the entire experience! This isn't our first trailer. I felt zero pressure from them. They were extremely helpful and patient while I did all my research and price comparing. Matt worked with me for weeks and weeks and was very quick to reply. I flip flopped all over the place on decisions about hitches, accessories and things to add to the trailer. They were so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. This was a big purchase for us and to drive home feeling really good about the price and customer service was very satisfying. I was comparing every dealer that carried the model we wanted, in our state and surrounding states. Not one dealer except for B&D treated me kindly when they realized I was a month from actually buying a trailer. I had to sell mine first and was just gathering information and pricing. I had several dealers pressuring me to purchase from them and bad mouthing all surrounding dealers. I found dealerships with outrageous hidden fees. For instance..... $1800 PDI and a $399 DOC fee on top of other fees. I had one dealer tell me that I was waisting his time if I was looking at other dealerships and he had already spent "2 days" answering my questions. I knew right away that I didn't want to work with dealerships like that, even if they were only 10-20 minutes from my house. We will gladly drive the 3 hours from our home to go to B&D in Vernal. Heck, I would drive 20 hours or even have them deliver it to me if needed. They helped me unconditionally for over a month and they knew I was comparing them with other dealers. They even offered us service if we purchased somewhere else and ever needed it. Those are the kind of people I want to do business with now and in the future. Trailers are a moving house and we know we are going to have problems and need things taken care of. That is completely normal and expected. I'm so glad to have found a place that is going to take care of us when we need it. Our last purchase (which was NOT from B&D unfortunately)....... we signed the papers, were given the keys and they never wanted to see us again. When it came time for warranty work it was a LONG and awful process to get anything done. They did more damage to our trailer than actually fixing it. When we picked up our trailer from B&D in Vernal, they spent the entire day showing us every detail on how to use it. Even little things like teaching us how to prolong our battery life for years to come to avoid buying new ones the next year. Also showing me how to use the bike rack they installed. The little things count! They even installed our backup camera that we had previously purchased. We left feeling very confident in how to operate everything. That was also a new experience for us. Biggest RIP-OFF Business in Utah. Stopped there with my motorhome because my Hydraulic leveling Jacks were sluggish. they kept it 2 days and charged me $1,100.00. When I got to my next nights stop my Jacks would not lift my RV. The park called a mobile repairman and he found that my oil tank had a capacity of 11/2 gallons and he had to add 5 quarts to make my Jacks work. 11/4 gallons. Like I say don't stop at B&D unless you feel nothig but charity for their lousy service. read more
