A very helpful gentleman answered the phone and confirmed he had the part we needed. Since it was Memorial Day weekend and they would be closed until Tuesday he kindly stayed after 6pm while we rushed over to get the part! He saved our weekend!! It's so important to support people who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

The service folks at Esquire RV told us to come right in and they would try to help get us back on the road. they did better than that. the folks who had installed it earlier this year had done a terrible job, using only 4 short screws to attach it to a cabinet made of super thin wood and never bothered to extend the little adjustable legs on the bottom of the fridge, so the fridge was floating on an unstable paper thin floor. They built in a new cabinet with insulation behind it to keep the cold in, used much better pocket screws, filled in the gaps, and upgraded the veneer which the original folks had not even bothered to supply. We ended up with a better cabinet altogether. They got us back on the road same day. Awesome, great. friendly folks. I highly recommend.

After years of researching off-grid trailers, we always kept coming back to Shane's YouTube…read morechannel. His in-depth videos answered every question we had--these truly are unique, purpose-built trailers, not something you can just pick up anywhere. We wanted a compact rig that could take us anywhere without a lot of fuss, and Shane's content made it clear what we needed. When we finally visited RVs of America in Utah, Josh took the lead on our purchase and made sure we got a very fair deal. Their service team worked quickly on the custom upgrades we wanted--knowing we'd traveled a long way, they had everything ready in record time so we didn't have to stay extra days. On pickup day, Coby spent the entire day walking us through every feature of our new trailer, double-checking that all our ordered options were installed exactly as requested. From start to finish, the whole RVs of America team in Utah was helpful, supportive, and genuinely kind. We couldn't be happier with our trailer or the customer care we received--and we highly recommend RVs of America to anyone looking for a top-notch off-grid setup.

Blake (who handles the warranty support service in the Lindon Utah Store) was absolutely awesome! RED FLAG** DO YOUR RESEARCH**…read more We have a summer home in Utah and I was looking for something for the trip back to the Northwest. Not only was a quoted one price over the phone AND a different price in person, but I was told I wouldn't get the price Until I signed paperwork. Lee wouldn't get into any details about the RV Until I signed forms. RED FLAG. I'm no idiot and this isn't my first rodeo with purchasing vehicles. I walked out immediately and took my business elsewhere. This place is a joke, unprofessional to say the least. I don't know what's worse, the fact that he has family members and friends leaving FAKE reviews on google and Facebook, to cover up for the honest POOR reviews left by REAL customers, or the way this place operates entirely. The Fake reviews in itself say a lot. People are attempting to expose this fraud (Lee Murray-owner) but the conniving will be just that.. I can't imagine this place staying in business much longer from the price gouging and sneaky sales tactics to concealing preexisting damages that they are well aware of. I did my research prior to buying and he's owned business in other states that have been shut down due to tax fraud. This place needs to be audited.. The Murrays move around to avoid accountability. Stay far away from RV County, buy from here and I guarantee you'll walk off the lot feeling bamboozled. They will do any say ANYTHING sale. Try Sierra or Nielson.. This family owned pitiful "business" is not accredited by the BBB. We Dodged a bullet, and I'm sure glad we did. I do NOT recommend this place at all, don't waste your time with fast talking commission driven sales people that just want to make a quick buck. UPDATE*** Bad experiences are far more memorable than good ones, with that being said credit is given where is it deserved (beauty of the first amendment) which is what this platform is for. It's evident that I'm not the only one who's written bad reviews of this place (among others) Not sure how your response regarding your family drama is relevant to this post, but it's clear by the response alone that not only is this business and it's practices a disaster, but your personal life is as well. My advice, before you take a month to respond ignorantly, Get educated, and accredited and attempt handle things tactfully rather than fumbling around and continuing to sound like you don't know what you are doing. Nothing cute about this post, other than us purchasing a Rage'n F33 from reputable dealer. Again, reviews don't lie, and your attempt to run me off because of my experience isn't going to happen.

I want to say a special thank you to Josh -- the ASL wizard. I lost hearing in one ear recently,…read moreand Josh made the whole place feel like home instead of an audio-free bunker. If you're hard of hearing and someone signs, bring Josh into the loop -- he's your person. (He wasn't the one we bought from, but he still earns top marks.) We wanted out of our charmingly named death trap, "Titanic or Thor Hurricane." After visiting 12 dealers (yes, twelve -- feel free to gasp), we met Brett. Brett (coincidentally the same name as my husband), who goes by "Bam" for reasons nobody offered to explain. He was polite but clearly running on baby-duty exhaustion--lots of yawns--so I assumed a small child had declared war on his sleep. Still, he was attentive enough to lead us outside and show us three Class C diesels. Number 1 was my immediate favorite, as if a motorhome could wink. I told Bam plainly: give me what my husband and I want and you'll have a deal. I specified the trade-in value, zero fees (including the obligatory "prep fee"), and a discount off the price. Back inside he gave the classic salesperson line, "Let me see what I can do." Charmingly predictable. I replied, "Fine--then I'll take it to your sales manager myself," and walked over to Jonathan. Jonathan actually ran the numbers, agreed, and we shook hands. Deal made. We needed a day or two to sort funds, and during that interval something went wrong on their end. They fixed it--heroically and without drama--and more than made amends. All's well that ends with less thunder and more sensible wheels. We had a 1:30 PM appointment that Friday -- and yes, we were downgrading from a 30-foot storage palace to a 25-foot closet on wheels, so we needed time like a squirrel needs nuts. I asked to reschedule and they squeezed us in at 8:30 AM. Woo-hoo. We needed every minute. Brett was off at his son's soccer game on Friday, but Jonathan was there -- gave me a hug, said it was great doing business, and promised a photo with the new unit. He slipped away before I could catch him, so I cornered Jeff instead; he heroically posed with our rig and was lovely. This is our 5th rig. The team we bought from in NY were excellent, and these folks were too -- from Josh (ASL hero) to Deanna (walk-through pro). Tell them exactly what you want and make it clear you'll buy if they deliver. They're polite, easy to deal with, and if anything goes wrong, they'll fix it. We have now been in our Winnebego View for a month ( I think !! ) and although we had to do some minor things like clear the water line of corosion to get hot water and fix the DEF which we researched and new about it's been great. We will be going to back to see Bam ( Brett ) to get a Super C when we are ready.

I already have financing through my bank so I asked the gal for an out the door price. You would not believe the amount of fees they try to tack on. This place is a scam. I said not they don't , I sent her a out the door quote from another dealer with none of the bs fees. Wouldn't a quality reputable RV business have salesman that would pick up the phone and call the interested customer ? I asked his name he would not respond. It was until I went back to the ad and saw who I was dealing with, and then went to yelp to check on this business and seen that Jaxon has also had other complaints. I have owned my own business over 35 years and if one of my employees ever was sarcastic with one of my customers or had multiple complaints, they no longer would be working for me.
