Very horrible service would not recommend this shop I took my car here under a insurance warranty and they tried to up charge me and the insurance and were trying to do more work than what was necessary , I took it to a different shop and they told me the car was absolutely fine minor issues nothing compared to what these guys were trying to do . If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I waited for a tow for 3 hours, after the fourth phone call, and being blown off for the fouth time, I said " what the F*" at which point I was informed I was being aggressive and he then cancelled my ticket. He then texted me and informed me that I was "aggressive and racists." And then said that he would make sure that I waited a lot longer, and if I contacted them again, he would call the Police on me. This is the single worst customer service experience that I have had from ANY service industry. I sat in my car waiting for 6 hours with no information or communication. Well I wish I would have read their reviews first, but this place does seem like a joke. I called late at night because my check engine light came on. A man by the name of Caesar answered and said someone would be there Sunday morning to help me. I asked what time and he said 8:30, but then also said "but it's a sunday morning so give them some time to get there". Wow what a business! So I went Sunday morning around 8:45, no one was there. so i was at the gym, and i threw my backpack on the ground. and my key fob was connected to it, so the key fob broke open. sending all the buttons and battery flying, i thought i picked up all the pieces. but i guess the transmitter is still on the floor at the gym, so i try to go out to my car and my car doesn't start so, i try to jump it doesn't work i call the nearest shop and it's this one. i call cesar and he gets one of his guys, to see if they can jump it with a battery charger, still doesn't work. so his employee doesn't speak english he manages to explain it's the fuel pump, so we tow strap my car and get it to the shop 3 min away, they don't do any tests on the vehicle when we get there, they just start pulling up pricing, and quote me 1392$ i'm like ok can you do a pressure test he's like it's fuel pump gets under the car, hits where the fuel pump is tries to start it, won't turn over. so im like ok just install the new fuel pump, i've tried to check everything i could. so they install the new pump and the car still won't start and the employee texts me saying we need a transmitter for the fob and sends me a picture where the little piece goes to i rush back to the gym, and look where my key fob exploded, find the tiny transmitter. take it over to the shop put it in my key fob car starts instantly, so i signed up for snap finance but the owner cesar was new with snap, so he said he'd call me if he needs help with info, but as soon as i leave i take the old part to another mechanic. and they test the fuel pump and nothing is wrong with it, so the next morning when cesar sends me the agreement i let hit know what has happened cause he's out of town at the moment, he fully reimbursed me and let me keep the new part out of the good service he has, my car was just misdiagnosed, and he felt bad and made it right. and held his standards to the highest ability, my car about two days later the check engine light came on so i stopped and got the car obd2 scanned and it was throwing evaporative emissions system leak so i let cesar know, he called his guys let me take my car back over there they checked it for 5 min found a loose hose clamp tightened it ran a smoke test, then obd2 tested the car, it stopped throwing codes and the lights went off, the mechanic apologized sincerely, me understanding they're busy and stuff happens but i can't express enough how good the customer service is when anything happens, they hold their word and are honest with their work. cesar the owner of the shop made me feel heard and comfortable in the process letting me stay and watch them work on the car the whole time! i recommend going here if you are latino based, and don't want to get hassled, i respect when someone makes a mistake they make it right, which this shop did so i'd come back anytime! read more

Extremely terrible service, poor communication, they definitely overcharge, and the owner has a bad attitude problem. I asked him multiple times to provide an update on what was wrong with my car and he wouldn't. At the shop I explained I just wanted an update as he was holding my car for a while, and he responded that I can leave and get out of his shop. We've been here twice for the same problem, and the car is still not fixed. Terrible business, do not come here unless you want to get scammed out of money. read more

**GENUINE CON MAN WITH POOR ATTITUDE** Auto Insurance company sent Ceaser the owner out to tow me to a shop because my car wasn't working. I waited about an hour and called him to ask where he was at. He answered the phone saying "He isnt taking Sh** from nobody today and he will just leave me on the side of the road if I cant be patient. " I simply was calling to make sure he could tow my AWD vehicle. He arrived nearly 2.5 hours later and said hey I will fix your car for 450 dollars if its the fuel pump. I gave him my keys and told him to fix it. I picked up the car the next day and it ran fine. He then gave me the total of 621 dollars because he said he had to add the Fuel Pump cost to the 450 total. I asked for a receipt for the 1 year warranty he promised but said that will cost you and extra 50 dollars to get a receipt. I was upset but paid it and left without a receipt. A few weeks and one or two trips later the car ( I dont drive this vehicle much ) I go to start my vehicle and it wont crank. I do a diagnostics and guess what its my fuel pump. I open up the gas tank from my back seat and all I see is a 20 year old rusted fuel pump in the tank. Cesar the owner charged me for parts and work he did not perform on my vehicle. Looking at other reviews he appears to do this to alot of people. I tried to reach out and he hung up on me when I confronted him of the situation. I have filed a chargback and won with my credit card company and I am also reaching out to local, state, & federal authorities as he appears to be avoiding both local, state. and federal taxes by not issuing receipts to his customers. He is also a fraud and should be criminally charged. I recently just replaced the fuel pump on my own and my vehicle is running great now. read more

Terrible service. The owner was crazy rude and worked on my car without consent. Was overcharging me, told me he couldn't give me a receipt without charging me an extra $50. Super fishy. Smelled like Marijuana as I walked in. Saw some guy blazing up in the shop. Don't try this place if you value your car in any way. read more

This guy shows up to tow my all wheel drive car. He does not have a flat bed truck. I tell him that my car is all wheel drive. His response is "I don't take no shit from nobody, I can just leave". Eventually he explains that he has a dolly for the back wheels. He then mixes up the address, and tows it to the wrong place. On the phone, trying to fix the problem, he gives us more lip. I ended up calling another tow truck to move the car because I didn't want to deal with this guy anymore. Stay away from this place, this guy has a seriously bad attitude. My car broke down on the side of a major road and I couldn't get it all the way off to the side. The police called and said it was going to be towed to impound if it wasn't moved in 30min. My insurance company was handling getting the tow truck and it was taken forever. These guys called and I explained what was going on and they got to my car in under 20 mins and took care of everything wonderfully! The driver was extremely knowledgeable and was so polite. If you wish to relax, knowing your vehicle is being restored to perfection, these are the folks who have the tools and know-how to do a custom repair. The owner, Caesar Chavez, is a phenomenal engine mechanic who loves to let us drive confidently into the wilderness after we leave his shop. He builds racing engines for a hobby, so our simpler engines are treated with the same precision. He fixed things that I hadn't even complained about, simply by doing the job right.
