Just talked to me from behind their computer screens and then refused to do a diagnostic because they didn't do the work prior to taking it to them. I was referred to this place by a friend of mine who, pretty much, ran the gamut of car repair locations when I needed to take my car for a tune up. I bought my car used. Henry told me the car was never got a tune up. Luckily, I took it in. Henry is a personable guy. When I need an urgent repair, he took my car in without an appointment and repaired on the same day. Also, he quoted me a fair price on the cost of the repair and some advice on how to get better fuel mileage. I live in Park City and gave that big name place, that advertises out here, a chance and failed miserably. In my book, bringing my car to this place is worth the drive. read more

In today's world it is hard to find people that you can trust. I have found a mechanic that is the best! Reliable, honest and they aren't going to gouge you! If you are in need of one ever contact them! They are the first call we make for any automotive problems. We made the mistake of not going to them once and then ended up going to them because Les Schwab screwed up and Enginuity fixed it. In addition to providing a great service, they have the best customer service as well. They answer any questions you have and give you suggestions on other things they have found on your vehicle. I had an oil drip and they were able to tell me what it was from when I took my car in to get the U joint fixed. Super nice and easy to work with! read more

BEST ALL-AROUND AUTO/TRUCK/VEHICLE REPAIR SHOP IN UTAH!* Mike Proctor, Henry, Kristy and the gang are wonderful and they don't rob you blind as the dealers do. And if there is a better after-market part, they put that in - another thing the dealer will not do. I have been getting my GMC, Toyota and Nissan SUVs repaired at EAS for years and the work has been excellent and the prices reasonable. It's best to leave the vehicle for the day but if you plan ahead enough, you can wait for it. Previously the waiting room left a little to be desired but in October 2014, they moved in to their new front office that is DE-luxe. Reasonably comfortable couches and chairs, television, coffee station, vending machines and fancy bathroom. All decorated, including the bathroom, like it's going to be the set of a reality TV show (it puts Dick Rawlings' Gas Monkey Garage to shame!). *While EAS will do just about everything but ties (go to Costco or FOOTHILL TIRE PROS / (801) 466-0697), I recommend RUSS' ALIGNMENT SHOP / (801) 973-7439 for alignment as he's been doing it 40 years and is a friend of Mike's. Over the course of 19 years, I have brought in both my Mustangs, my Jeep Wrangler, my Charger, and now the new Camaro SS. Basically what I am saying is EAS can handle any car/vehicle and do a fantastic job at the best price!!! I just recently had a recall on my ignition switch for the Camaro and took it to the Riverton Chevy dealership. They said that all my rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced and they wanted $1400.00+. They also said that the little corner of my front end spoiler that had lifted would need to be completely replaced at the cost of $1500, basically quoting me $3000 for everything. I took my car to Mike and Henry and they verified that yes, the rotors and pads for the Camaro were priced way high and that with labor costs, it could cost me $1400+. Well Mike somehow got all the rotors, brake pads and fixed the front end spoiler and only charged me $890.00!!!!!! All factory parts too!!!! I don't care what kind of vehicle you have, take it to Enginuity Automotive Service as they are ALWAYS fair and treat every customer the same. That is called quality service and treatment at the best cost. Isn't that what is the most important? They keep their customers happy and ALWAYS coming back!!!! This place did an AMAZING job of fixing our car and helping us out. We were on vacation from AZ and just pulled into snowbird for a day of skiing. I put our vehicle into reverse to reposition and the shift cable broke! We walked into the lodge and called a tow truck to have it fixed. I looked up places nearby and found these guys. I called and talked to them to get a feel for who I was dealing since Im a mechanic myself. They were laid back older gentlemen and seemed very knowledgable on the phone. We all stayed at the resort for the day and my wife went with the vehicle to Enginuity. She got a rental car and they reassured her to not worry about it and have fun on vacation. We finished skiing that day and called to see how it was doing. They already fixed the shift cable and it was only $140. However, we had heard a weird noise driving down from PC to snowbird right before the cable broke. Enginuity does a safety inspection on each car and found a left front bearing that was shot! We were lucky we even made it to the resort. They replaced the entire lf unit for $365. These are prices not normal in the mechanic world and certainly not in less than 24 hours. these guys did an amazing job. Recently we had a issue with a vehicle and I wish they were local. Don't hesitate to go here and get repairs done. They didn't know us from anyone and could have 'taken' us since we are from out of town. This is a top class operation. 10 stars if possible! read more
