I never thought it would be so difficult getting some work done on my bike, but the level of rudeness I endured from various other shops (ahem...Pro Street Cycles) was ridiculous. Nick is an easy going guy and knows what he's doing. His work is quality, and won't break the bank. He works on all makes and models, but it was especially nice to find a competent Indian motorcycle mechanic in the area. Not sure whats going on with a lot of young business owners these days, but they sure as hell don't want to do any work. This shop is different. Will definitely call these guys first in the future.

We had the hitch, but not the necessary lighting required for a trailer rental. Although we had an appointment to install the lighting at a Richmond location of the trailer rental company--at considerable cost-- while stopping to visit friends, we were told the kit was not available and could not be located at any other store along the 95 corridor at this venue, but we would most likely get lucky if we made various stops at their locations along the way. We called Southside Hitch the next morning, hoping that they would be able to help, but figured we would pay for our lack of planning. We were told to come on out, they were sure they could accommodate us! And they did! Within 30 minutes, we had a lighting kit installed at a fraction of the cost of the quote from the trailer rental company. It has taken me awhile, but I just want to thank Southside Hitch for being such an honest, reputable, and helpful company. We are so happy we called you! Thank you so very much!

Upon arriving you walk into a little trailer, where there were 3 young girls (not hot btw), that offered no assistance, and all seemed to just completely hate their jobs and know nothing about cars. Pay your 2 dollars and your in. The website claims they have 1200 cars onsite, this is complete and utter lie, there may be 200 max, and along the treeline is stacks of crushed cars. Are they counting the mountain of already processed/crushed cars as available parts cars? I don't know but still not even close to the claimed 1200. Over half of the cars are sitting flat in the dirt! Not set up on welded spares wheels, so if any of those cars you need suspension parts, transmission, diff, or access to anything under the car it isn't possible, and they won't pick it up, move it, or pull the part for you. What is the mindset behind this??? The cars in NO sort of ORDER What-so-ever! Every yard I have ever been to has some sort of field order, They are placed in designated sections of some sort like Imports, Domestic, Ford, Honda, Trucks, Vans, etc... This place, NOTHING, you have to walk the entire yard to see what they have! Luckily you can walk this entire dump with essentially no stock in about 4 minutes. You'll see a Saturn beside a Van, beside a Boat, beside an Oldsmobile. Makes no sense. The selection of cars is the worst I have ever seen. I needed some 98-2011 ranger and explorer parts. there were 3 squarebody rangers there from the early 80's, and that is it? Seriously? I suppose the other good junk yards buy all the usable cars and Pop's only gets the leftovers that no other yards wanted to buy. The ford ranger sold 100's of millions how in the heck does a junk yard not not have a single one, NOT 1???? I have been going to ChesterfieldAutoParts (CAP), my whole life, and they never have any less than a dozen rangers and a few dozen explorers. I did see a dozen Saturns. Who the heck still has a saturn let alone fixes those piles of junk. The plastic body panels explode into shattered bits in anytype of accident and they all just get totaled never fixed. Google pictures of saturn accidents, they are hilarious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to POP's, what a waste of my time. They should just close the doors now and stop embarrassing themselves.

Went there this morning to get a 6 x 10 light duty trailer. The folks there could not have been…read morenicer or more professional. Once I got it home, an hour drive, I did my usual inspections of the trailer. Tires were a bit overinflated. No biggie. Set them back the factory recommended 50#. All lights worked perfectly. I pulled the wheels and hub covers to check the hubs, bearings and grease. All was perfect. Considering that this is one of their value leader trailers, it looked as though they had assembled the hubs as though their own lives depended on it. I could have pulled this across the USA and it would have been fine. Never found a new trailer IME set up this well. I have 8 tie down hooks to weld around the frame tomorrow and I will call it ready for everything! Best new trailer day I have ever had. I even stopped at a DMV in Suffolk on my way home and got it transferred and plated in 15 minutes. A new world record for DMV service there!

What should have been a straightforward and simple matter has turned into a nightmare of deceptions…read moreby Go Play. I purchased what I believed to be, and what was advertised as a new (not pre owned) camper. Upon receiving the title nearly three months after the purchase date, I was shocked to see that the title stated that the camper was in fact used. This journey began several weeks ago with a drive that started in NY to procure the camper in question that required a missed day of work and an overnight stay in a hotel along the route, as the bureau was set to close upon my arrival. Although I was in constant communication with Chris throughout the drive from New York to Virginia, they opted to close the facility in lieu of completing the purchase in one day. I asked for the contract in order to thoroughly review the terms several days before the agreed upon purchase day. I was emailed a preliminary version of the contract the morning of the drive down and purchase day. I identified several concerns and requested changes/edits via email. Upon arrival, I was handed the unedited contract and the manager called a secondary team member who was unaware that the phone was in speaker mode and I could hear the details of his responses to the managers conversation. The secondary team member stated "I told you, this guy is going to be a problem", which gives the impression that they were knowingly being deceitful. However, the dishonesty began nearly from the start on behalf of the manager Chris. The purchase was made after expressing my needs and the recommendation of the manager Chris. Each question I asked was met with a vague answer. During the walk through the team could not manage to activate any of the listed amenities. Little did I know that this was because this was a used and troubled camper. Customer service and support has been non-existent from the very beginning. I was misled and misguided by the manager Chris and the Go Play organization. Nearly two months after procuring the camper I received a call from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), stating several inconsistencies with what I was originally informed by the manager Chris. These inconsistencies included that I would be held liable for taxes for the warranty, which was contrary to what the manager Chris had stated. What was stated is that I would be liable for the taxes on the camper only. Regarding the defective items in the camper, I am awaiting repairs on items and no service has been provided as of this review, despite certain assurances and scheduled appointments that were not respected. However, the crux of my challenges lie in the fact that I paid for what was listed as a new camper and received a used camper (based on the documentation provided by the organization). The customer service and support has been non-existent. It is as if the deception never ends with the manager Chris and Go Play I strongly suggest that potential future clientele learn from my mistakes and take their business, and finances, anywhere else. There has been no attempt at remediation by the manager Chris nor Go Play. I do not believe it is not worth the hassle, stress, and deception of dealing with this team of people.

The prices were not high high, but were also not the best. With Wawa right across the street, this place is usually like a penny less or so. Lol. My friend usually goes inside this store though & it's pretty dingy and dark. There are snacks and whatnot, but the selection is much smaller than you'd find at 7-11. The staff isn't the friendliest & it usually has a weird smell. When you walk out, you will be smelling like the store. I recommend it for a quick gas stop, but that's about it.

The staff are all riders from different backgrounds, and it shows in the way they troubleshoot, explain things, and actually understand these bikes. They've helped me replace and install a controller, do belt swaps, troubleshoot battery issues, and gave me solid maintenance advice for keeping the bike in good shape. Turnarounds have been quick, communication has been great, and they've been willing to work with me when I needed some flexibility. I've never felt steered wrong by them. Great shop, great people, and a real asset to the local e-bike and motorcycle community.

I declined and came to pick up the scooter. They claimed "after speaking to you we ordered the parts" which mind you I declined the service. They charged me $75 for my scooter to essentially sit there because they "ordered the parts". I pushed back so they charged me just over $50 which is still a total rip off because they did nothing.
