Weddings are so incredibly expensive. I often joked that any little thing you added was another $1000 out the door. Well, turns out it wasn't really a joke. It was more accurate than I would like to admit. So, when it came down to focus on priorities and think about what to eliminate, at first the photo booth fell into that category. But then, I thought I would deeply regret not having something else for my guests to do at my reception, so in the end we decided that it was worth the money. Boy were we right! We only had Andrea there for the last 1.5 hours of the reception and that was perfect. It stayed poppin all night and we got 200 photos worth of priceless memories of our family and friends. She was extremely professional, allowed me to choose my own backdrop and template for the prints, she customized the template according to my wedding colors, sent me digital copies of the prints within 48 hours, and brought all the fun props with her. I don't know what it is about photo booths, but they never get old. Many of our guests commented that it was such a good idea to have this. These photos are doing a great job of holding me over until our professional pictures come back from the photographers. Our event was just over a month ago. It was for a milestone birthday/family reunion. The package we…read morepurchased from 767 Media Works included a Photo Booth, phone messages recorded by guests, and DJ services. The DJ was asked to: 1) introduce 6 key family members (including the celebrant); and 2) play specific song clips for family member dances similar to what you would expect for a wedding. He failed miserably on all counts, and it was both disappointing and embarrassing. We shared this feedback with the owner the day after the event and to this day (over a month later) never heard back, which is shocking and unprofessional because no accountability was ever taken nor was there any attempt to offer compensation for the lack of service provided. Below are the good, the bad, and the very ugly details of our experience. The Photo Booth and phone messages were phenomenal. Thank you. Truly appreciate you and could not have asked for anything more in that area. What is not an acceptable way to conduct business is your DJ, who: 1) arrived late and didn't have his own equipment to set up on. Since he didn't let us know he would be needing a table at the venue in advance we had to stop decorating the venue as planned, in order to scramble to find him the equipment he needed and failed to bring himself; 2) messed up ALL of the music. He was literally playing YouTube videos with ads!!! UNACCEPTABLE! I could've done better by myself. None of the songs were the correct versions we had sent him in advance via Spotify, and all the clips of the songs were wrong, despite the fact that the requested start and end times of each music clip were clearly written in the program sent multiple times by text and given to him in hard copy; 3) lied about not getting the song clips when we have proof in the group thread clearly sending everything he asked for and him confirming he got everything he needed to be ready; Why lie when it's so easy to get caught?; 4) mispronounced the names of the key family members he had been asked to introduce, including saying the wrong name for the celebrant!!! How awful is it to have an event and be called someone else's name as you make your grand entrance?! This is after we phonetically spelled out how to pronounce each name in the program to make it as easy as possible for him AND rehearsed them with him in person prior to the event; he promised he'd get it right...he didn't; 5) live-streamed our personal family event, which was not open to the public, without our consent. There were underaged kids at this event whose parents did not give permission to be filmed. And though the post was taken down, it was too late to delete the instagram live because it already went out live. One of our guests reported it; 6) and the worst part is he caught an attitude with the celebrant when she was explaining the playlist she created. She walked away very upset on her special day and got an adult to step in. All of these factors made it clear he was unprepared and didn't bother to look at any of our messages despite us sending multiple clear instructions well in advance and asking repeatedly if he had everything he needed and if he had any questions. I understand we had a limited budget but there is no excuse for the lack of service provided by this DJ. We basically paid $750 for a mic, Bluetooth speaker, and a lot of mistakes that were painful to experience and tainted an otherwise joyful milestone/family reunion. We felt completely humiliated and ripped off. Thankfully our family and friends were gracious though the consensus was that this company should never be used again. Again, we are very happy with the Photo Booth and phone messages, but the DJ and lack of follow up to make it right after the event made this business look uncaring and unprofessional. Nothing like the customer service initially provided upon booking, which was why we chose to go with this company to begin with. Buyer beware!

I didn't like any of the samples I tried, so he gave me a few more options, including a frozen slushy that tasted like pine and finally a way too sweet sangria. He tried his best and was very helpful, but I just was not a fan of anything I tried. I've been to a number of wineries in VA, and while I haven't always liked everything I've tried, this was the first winery where I did not like anything.
