I was a a big fan of my 2023 model 3, which is about 2 years and 8 months old, when my computer stopped working. Mileage I'm over 50,000 miles so when I took my car in to see they want me to pay almost $3,500 to replace the computer which stopped working. How does the miles matter with my computer.... How did the main part of the car fail in just over 2 1/2 years and that is what they want me to pay that much. Looking online now seeing that this seems to Ben more common issue Tesla should cover this. I would not buy a Tesla now, and would stay away from this service center. read more

This newer service center is closer to my work. I had to upgrade my car from hardware 2.5 to hardware 3.0 Full Self Driving. Made appointment with my phone next available appointment was 3 weeks out. I can see that they are supper busy with do many people buying tesla cars and the service center can barely keep it up. My service advisor Albert Medina was really helpful and made the experience easy. Since they have very limited loaner cars they give you Uber credit of $100. Car was dropped of 10am and pick up at 4pm. Definitely recommend this service center. read more

So my Tesla mobile charger stopped charging my Tesla. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/tesla-mobile-connector-portable-electric-vehicle-ev-nacs-charger-up-to-32a-20ft-cord-black/J3Q5RV9C92 The charger was flashing a green light and a red light also. I purchased the mobile charger from best buy on August 2025 so I went there to get it replaced since it's still under warranty Tesla 1year. Best Buy told me that I had to go take up with Tesla since they only give you 14 days to return something unless you have Best Buy total which is about $180 to get their extended warranty coverage. So I called Tesla support and ran a diagnostics check on my Tesla and they figured out that it was not an electrical issue that it was the mobile charger that needed to be replaced. So they told me to make an appointment with their service center and that they would replace the charger. So I went to their service center and the lady who attended me told me that they couldn't replace it because I bought the charger at Best Buy and that they don't even carry that charger there. She said to go back to best buy that they would have to replace it since I bought it there. I asked her about the 1 year Tesla warranty on it she said that I had to buy it from them so they could honor the warranty on it. She also told me that they send customers to Best Buy when they need faster chargers because they don't have them there at their center. This is the worst experience ever I can't believe that Tesla products are not covered by their manufacturer warranty when bought from another licensed retailer like best buy. read more

Excellent service provided by multiple members at this Tesla service location. I made an appointment a couple weeks ago because my Model 3 was intermittently displaying a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) error not longer after I had my tires rotated at America's Tire (since I bought my replacement tires from them). The whole experience was very quick. The service technician found the issue pretty quickly and was able to show me how he found the problem. Apparently the sensor on my rear drivers side tire was damaged and came loose. So when he bounced the tire, you could hear a rattling noise. They replaced the sensor in under 30 minutes and I was on my way. The waiting area was smaller than a couple other Tesla Service Centers, but it was not that busy, either so it's understandable. Also, I really enjoyed the Nespresso espresso shots I had while I was waiting. Overall, I definitely would come back to this location not only because it's closer to my hone, but because every Tesla employee here is pretty awesome. read more

Came here 3 times due to manufacturer issues (under warranty) and one time to replace a cracked windshield. Funny thing is, if you're in for an warranty issue, they will offer Uber Vouchers or a Loaner for the day. If you're here to pay out of pocket, you get nothing. I came to replaced by windshield for $1,250 and I had to pay for my Uber ride home. (Can't believe this!) When I went to my Subaru dealer for an oil changed, they offered me a free Lyft ride home. I got a loaner Model 3 one time and it is so dirty!! They can't even provide a car wash? or they just DON'T care! read more

6 years ago I dropped over 100k for a model S. Great car. But now when I bring it in for service the estimate of completion goes from 24 hours to 2 days to 3 days to 4 days. And when it's finally finished it is no longer black but brown because it's coated in dust and so grimy I can't see out the windows. Next high end car I purchase will be from a company that actually makes an effort to retain it's customers. read more

Overall poor experience centered on extremely poor communication. Came in for a scheduled MCU replacement and was quoted the job to be completed same day before 5 pm. I did not get a single update the whole day despite messaging the service center. Calling was not an option because the service center number is automated and does not connect you to a person. 10 min before closing the service center responded To my messages from earlier in the day and told me that the car is not ready now but will Be ready tomorrow morning.The next day I check my tesla app and the service center indicated the repair would be completed by 5 PM. I tried contacting the service center throughout the day and did not get a response until the late afternoon when I was told that the car will not be ready today and there's no definite ETA. Delays in repairs are somewhat understandable but zero communication is not. Tesla's are great cars but lack good quality control and service. I look forward to other electric cars in the future. read more

As Yelp doesn't seem to have a Tesla Solar page , I'll just add this here. My parents just re-did their solar panels on July 9th, 2024, and decided to go with Tesla. It was supposed to be a two day job. They completed it in one. Mind you, they live in Corona, CA, so it was over 100 degrees. However, the main guy Jose Murillo who moved their breaker panel from outside the house to inside - apparently did a shitty job because the breakers have kept blowing with nothing new added to the areas where the rooms would go dark. They did not have that issue before he touched the system. My parents spent thousands of dollars on this because my mom has MS and needs to have the a/c at all times to minimize flare-ups. They have since hired a different company for electricians to come fix the issue Tesla and this employee of theirs caused. As of writing this, they have been here for 3 hours. They have said this isn't the first time Tesla has been incompent when doing solar panels. Just wanted to warn those looking into solar to avoid Tesla and spending more money have the thousands you already paid. read more

Tanya was awesome. She speaks Tesla! I mimicked a noise my car was making and she translated exactly what my car was saying. She even mimicked the noise exactly how the car was sounding. I came in with 3 issues with my car. As soon as I described what my issues were she knew exactly what was wrong with all 3 issues. She is very professional and very empathetic and calmed down the frustrations that I was having. My car wasn't syncing to the Tesla app which made it impossible to make an appointment for weeks. Finally After much googling I found a link to chat with someone online from Tesla. He suggested I just take the car in. When I got to the service center Tanya didn't shoo me away. She knew why my car wouldn't sync to the app and took my car in and was so nice and eased all my worries. Tanya made me have faith in the customer service level at Tesla again. read more

This service center is awful and completely unhelpful. My model 3 had a software update and immediately after i started having an issue where my headlight was continually flashing. Since i do a lot of night driving and this is unsafe i brought it to this service center. The service rep said that this is a known issue with the recent software update and that i just have to wait for Tesla to update the firmware again. I tried to tell him that i would like to check the car in for service and get a loaner since my car is not drivable at night. He said that he can't do this . I also tried to explain to him that the West Covina service center had no problem with this the only reason i didn't leave it there was because they didn't have and loaner vehicles available so they sent me here. He told me no, which is ridiculous. So your telling me my only two options are to take my car home, a car i can't LEGALLY drive at night because the headlights do not function properly, or you will let me leave it here but your not gonna give me a loaner because it's a known issue that you can't fix? THATS CRAZY! I finally got a supervisor and he told me the same thing. After going back and forth he finally gave me another option, which was i can agree to a diagnostic and they can run a diagnostic and then they can give me a loaner car, but i have to pay $225 for the diagnostic fee. I then argued why would i be responsible for the diagnostic fee when the issue is clearly an issue covered under my lease warranty. After a bit of back and forth he agreed to waive the diagnostic fee and give me a loaner, but when the diagnostic comes back in less than 24 hours as a software issue not mechanical i have to bring the loaner back or they will charge me storage fees for my car. I hesitantly agreed because at least i would have a car to drive for tonight. Finally we are getting to the end and the manager leaves and the service rep is preparing the documents for a loaner. He then tells me the last step is to sign this agreement saying i agree to a $225 diagnostic fee, but if tesla comes back and says it's warrantied I won't be responsible because the manager is waiving that.. I told the guy he's crazy! I'm not signing that saying I'm liable for the diagnostic fee so that when i come back tomorrow and you tell me i have to pay and the manager suddenly doesn't "remember" telling me he would waive the fee and you guys have a signed document saying that i agreed to pay. I said you know what never mind and thank you for wasting my time and i left. I highly recommend going to ANY other service center than this one. read more

Even though the car is under warranty, they still don't want to help and I don't mean the people at the counter I mean the company. This will be my first and last purchase from Tesla. I have gone to this tesla service center twice now. The first time was for an alignment issue and the second time was because my tire blew out driving in San Diego. Both times the service team members were very friendly and accommodating. I'm the typical get in, get out type of person because I don't like being in shops for too long. They were quick to fix my issues both times. For the alignment, I had to drop off my car because I came in just as they were about to close (by appointment too since it was the earliest date). The car was done the next day. For my tire replacement, I dropped it off at 8 am (also by appointment) and received a call at 9 stating that my car was nearing completion. That's so efficient and fast. Tbh I was a little annoyed because I was trying to get some sleep in before picking up my car lol, but I appreciate the fact that I got my car the same day. Regardless, both times I've been here the service team members exceeded expectations. There are some members that are there to work and will try to get you in and out quickly and they seem a bit more robotic, but that's ok because that's the point they're trying to check you in and get you out so that you can go on about your day sooner. Having to put your car in the shop is already an inconvenience and it can really ruin a person's plans or day. Nevertheless, I actually really like this place and don't mind recommending this spot to anyone who has a tesla near by. A notable mention: Bejan (I believe that's how you spell it, I'm sorry if it's wrong!). He made sure to let me know how things were going and he kept me up to date with the status of my car simultaneously with the app. It was a wonderful and swift experience. Thank you! read more

Scheduled a service appointment for my Model X Raven Performance. Had a slight issue with the left falcon wing door ultra sonic sensor. Arrived at 8:45am, received a $100 Uber Voucher. Problem was fixed by the afternoon. Oliver my service advisor went above and beyond to fix all the issues. Overall very excellent service! After owning several luxury car brands, I definitely commend Tesla for disrupting the norm of coming in for service. Car dealerships should not be in the business of selling you a bunch of repair and service. The great thing about tesla is they can diagnose many problems over the air. Most importantly these cars have very low maintenance and operating costs compared to internal combustion cars of the same price and class. I commend Elon Musk and the many smart and hard working people at Tesla for making this fantastic car that is changing the car industry! read more

Brought my model 3 in yesterday to fix the rear doors. I had the pleasure of having Nick help me out and he was awesome. As soon as I got there he made me feel welcomed. After I checked in with him we went out to look at my rear doors. He then said its a pretty quick fix but there were a lot of cars ahead of me so he gave me $100 uber credit so I can go on about my day and he would text me when it's done. 2 hours later I get a text saying my car was done but I was busy. He said no worries and that I can pick it up anytime before they close. I got there arojnd 430pm and left about 5 mins later. Tesla cars are 80% amazing and 20% garbage. So if you have any issues from the 20%, you are going to be screwed! Tesla service and Customer Service are nonexistent meaning good luck even if you are under warranty getting your vehicle repaired and getting any kind of answers from the service center. Everything seems to be secretive and there's no true answers just mediocre responses and Band-Aids on large issues. Maybe they made too many of them in a small period of time, but I have had three (2-S and 1-3) and they all have had large issues I would not recommend! read more

I received my car back in September with a lot of issue. Frunk, Headlights, Trunk, tail lights were not aligned. Scratch on door panel. Seat cushions were deformed in shape in multiple locations. Glove box was installed tilted. $75,000 car and quality control is worst than Suzuki. We made an appointment based on our work schedule and days off and this place keeps rescheduling my appointment assuming we are available on their specified time. Management you need to train your staff better, not everyone is available based on your schedule. I would recommend to stay away from this service center. read more

Rather dissatisfied & extremely off put how I go to test drive a Model X I get in the car and the rep tells me a few things I drive 200 feet then a error message comes on that the car's autopilot is not working, I turn around get out go let the rep know & the rep tells me that it's the Sun that caused the issue for it to stop working, & to disregard the issue, I then force restarted the car & it still did not work with the same error on the car.
