Did a test drive. Great cars. The sales people are very friendly. No pressure sales pitch. The product really does sell itself.

Review posted by Jeff on Melissa's account:…read more On Friday February 13th, my wife and I visited Sewell BWM of Plano to test drive a BWM X3 and X5 to see which would fit us better. She is recovering from stage 3 breast cancer and we wanted to get her a vehicle she's been dreaming of as a gift for going through chemo and radiation over the past year. It was around 1830 so it was starting to get dusky out, but still had about 1.5 hours until closing. Several cars outside were unlocked but inside the showroom all the SUV's were locked, Go figure! On top of that, we completely walked around inside for 45 minutes (whilst stopping to look at the interior wood trim/carpet/leather samples) and outside but couldn't get anyone to acknowledge our existence. My wife was wearing a slouchy beanie cancer cap since her hair was recovering from being bald....so I don't know if no one thought a sick person should be buying or leasing a BMW. Not a Manager, not a salesperson, not even the lady at the courtesy desk. But yet we saw 4 salespeople talking to a customer & helping transfer items from a trade to new BMW. FOUR! She was hoping to get a female salesperson but not even the two ladies we saw greeted or acknowledged her. It gives me pause to think no one wanted to acknowledge my lady who's gone through Hades the past year who is treating herself for beating and surviving stage 3 cancer. Sickening and appalling, actually! We haven't bought or leased another vehicle yet since she's deciding whether to lease or buy, but it completely turned her off of BWM and all Sewell dealerships period. Which means no Lexus, no Cadillac, no Audi, and no BWM. Thankfully, the Park Place and Crest and other dealerships exist; even if I have to drive to Dallas or Fort Worth or Grapevine. Their slogan should be "I Drive a Stool" because that's the service you'll get if the Ladies look less than healthy and wealthy. I see why a recent review calls the dealership personnel "cocky and arrogant" after a muti-million dollar expansion....because I can imagine how follow-ups and maintenance would be, even on a lease. THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME if you want to sell your car for a good price without getting the run…read morearound. Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Thanks again!!!! (SH)

After a bit of hunting around last April, I found a listing on eCarOne's website for a 2022 Model S Palladium, fully loaded with lifetime FSD, as well as a very rare build spec. I decided to give them a shot, and was definitely not left disappointed. I can honestly say this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've had, especially making the switch from a Yukon Denali over to a Model S (very uncommon, no?). eCarOne guaranteed to match the trade-in offer of CarMax BEFORE they appraised my trade-in, and furthermore completely matched CarMax's offer (a very generous one, by the way) with no questions asked. The sales department, and my sales representative, Adam, were fantastic to work with from start to finish--professional, completely straightforward, and negotiable. As always, there may be some add-ons, but after some negotiations, eCarOne willingly lowered their non-haggle price just to ensure a smooth and easy sale! (Plus they gave a few extra add-ons included with the price!) Where eCarOne's experience really started to shine, though, was after purchasing. Most places usually leave you with whatever problems the car has. eCarOne did the exact opposite: I noticed the 3rd brake light had started to go out, amidst a couple of other minor issues. eCarOne fully covered the cost of my repairs AFTER I had purchased the vehicle, a bill of $2.4k if I had paid out of pocket. Furthermore, any inconveniences caused by this repair were also covered by their team. I am beyond astonished and impressed at this level of customer service. A few months later and the car is absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a dealership that actually respects your time and their customers, I highly recommend and urge you to look at eCarOne, the sales department, and most importantly Adam and the manager, Michael, for standing behind their cars to the fullest extent. I would absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend checking their cars out!

**** BUYER BEWARE ****…read more What started as a great experience quickly turned into one of the most concerning vehicle purchases I've ever been involved in. I was specifically told the vehicle had brand-new tires on the rear and their vehicles are in excellent condition as they deal with a lot of online and out of state purchases making it hard for customers to see and test drive first. After taking delivery, I discovered the tires were nowhere near new and the front ones were a huge risk (see pics below). Being misled about a safety-related item immediately made me question the accuracy of everything else I was told. Things became much worse when the financing issues started. The dealership later contacted me and said the deal needed to be re-contracted because the lender requested proof of income for my wife. I've requested to see the submitted documents to the lender as the application we submitted clearly stated she was a home maker with $0 income. During that process, I was instructed that if the bank called, my wife needed to tell them she was self-employed and earning $4,000 per month. The 3 re-contracts has caused me to pay my next payment for my trade in out of pocket to prevent a 30 day late mark on my credit. The problem is my wife is actually blessed to be a stay-at-home mom. She does not have to work, is not self-employed, and does not have her own income. To make matters worse, I later learned the vehicle had a CarFax report showing moderate damage with an accident reported. The whole underside of my front bumper is trashed with shredded fiberglass. (See pics below for crazy amount of damage to the bottom of my front bumper). This information was not presented to me before I signed the purchase documents and took delivery of the vehicle. In fact, I was not made aware of the CarFax report until after I had already signed, funded the transaction, and been in possession of the vehicle for approximately five days. Had this information been properly disclosed before the sale, it absolutely would have impacted my purchasing decision. The difference between the communication before and after the sale was night and day. Before signing, I received constant communication and immediate responses. After the deal was funded, support became nearly nonexistent. Between the misrepresentation of the tire condition, the financing issues, being instructed to represent income that did not exist, learning of a moderate damage CarFax only after taking possession of the vehicle, and the complete lack of post sale support, this has been one of the most disappointing automotive transactions I have experienced. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to inspect every inch of their vehicle, independently verify all representations, obtain and review the CarFax before signing, and carefully review every document associated with the transaction. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership ever again.
