As happy owner of 2 Teslas (Model Y and Model S), I am not happy to provide such a bad feedback and review regarding Tesla service but given the experience I had, I feel it is only fair. Hope this will make Milford's Tesla service become better. So here it is. Horrible service, cocky staff and terrible attitude while dealing with customers. Simple service related to airbag light reset and pyro fuse replacement which should have taken a day, was dragged over 11 days. Communication and status update via the app does not align with actual status of the vehicle causing hassle to customers who drive from far. Albeit, after giving feedback and arguing about the inconvenience caused due to improper communication, they did improve and provided relevant updates via the app over the subsequent days. They gave me a loaner after the back and forth hassle of going there two days in a row after over an hour drive each way and finding out the car would not be done while was falsely told it would be done that day. I appreciated the loaner car. Took a long time to repair not so complex issue. Even after 11 days though, they had the audacity to give me the car with a big lump of cables strewn over the floor and said it was not their responsibility to put it back in. It was ok for them to take those out from under the panels for whatever reason but was not ok to put it back in the way it was before. .Had to argue, fight to put some sense in them to make them understand it was completely unacceptable and that I needed my car in the same state I left it in (will try posting pic if I can). Total nightmare of an experience. Finally they obliged. Why did I have to even fight for this? Made no sense. What should I say about the prices Tesla charges for the simplest of services? Simple fuse replacement at Tesla costs around $500. It can be done with a $4 fuse part replacement. Approved estimate means nothing. I was givven an estimate of about $400 for parts and labor to replace the pyro fuse and reset airbag light, which I had approved. The final bill was close to $700. So much for approved estimate.

Not bad, one day turnaround with $200 UBER Credits. Much easier than loaning me a car I don't like. No costs to me with included warrenty.

In the past, Tesla hasn't been known for great service, but the Milford location came through for me. Since the cars are extremely reliable and the overall chance of major problems is very low, I think the company previously optimized for overall performance of the service network as it relates to efficiency. This didn't mean customer satisfaction was prioritized the way it probably should have been. From what I understand, the company is re-thinking that; and I'm glad to hear it since lots of people want to know what it is like to own a Tesla. Justin, Alan, and the team there did a great job getting a known issue solved for me with the upper control arm, and I'm happy to say the overall experience of owning the car was improved as a result of my interactions with them.

Once again a great service experience. Lost a key fob the found it so it had to be reprogrammed. Efficient and highly competent.

The first phone call which was my inquiry phone call to Branca's actually set my service relationship with them. Unassuming friendly initial call and they listened to my issue before anything! With both Ford Milford and Stamford they on that First call actually said : labor is $xxx.xx an hour . I didn't even ask ! Branca's owner and the rest of their front desk team and service team were awesome. Efficient. Professional. Not intimidating at all. A sure example of excellent customer service. Highly recommended. I live at least 36 miles from Branca's but because I found them in yelp with consistently great reviews and that First phone call was sincerely open and inviting and far from intimating, I went to them. Kudos!

Was in CT for a 5-day visit. I contacted ACE during my trip on a Saturday morning, where business…read morehours were until 1pm. We were referred by friends who said ACE would take good care and resolve the issues with the truck. ACE owner (?) responded to say he was away on Saturday but could look at my truck Monday. We drove out to the shop that weekend to be sure we knew where it was. A small shop but plenty bays and a few cars on the lot. Looks like they may be a reseller for motorcycles or sell used cars/motorcycles also? The problem reported was that my truck would stutter between 40-50mph, then 60-70mph only on an incline. As much as this was a pain in the neck issue with driving al the backroads at those lower speeds, I felt that waiting a couple more days was ok. On Monday AM, I called ACE and asked what time to come in to have the truck looked at. Making a long story short, the owner said he could not take time to look at my truck as he was already busy. I asked then why he said he could help. He just repeated to say he could not take time to help. All he needed to do was take a road test of the truck and see if it was a simple issue, that's all we asked him to do. He continued to say no and if we were his regular customer, he would help. It's unfortunate that ACE could not at least assess what could be. Or, if he could not assist and knew it Saturday, then just say that Saturday. I wasted time waiting and could have gone elsewhere. If ACE had looked at the truck, he would have found out that the number 6 coil needed replacing. Could have made some money and kept a positive review with the business.

He gave me a couple of repair options and let me choose. He go the repair done on time, within his estimate. Since this was the first time he had seen my car, he checked out the rest of the engine and made some recommendations for me. Since I was due for an oil change, he did that too. As a woman, I hate going to the repair shop because I always feel I am getting taken advantage of...not with ACE.. I never felt like he was talking down to me or trying to sell me something i didnt need. I'll be returning here for all my repairs going forward... you should too!
