I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tesla Fayetteville. My 2023 Model Y has had the same HVAC/air conditioning issue since I purchased it, and it has already been in service twice for repairs related to this same problem. Now Tesla is saying the entire HVAC system needs to be completely replaced at a cost of around $4,000. The vehicle is only about three years old, and this issue has existed since purchase, so I do not believe it is reasonable for me to be responsible for thousands of dollars for a full system replacement. Tesla offered 20% off, but that still leaves me paying a significant amount for a problem that should have been properly diagnosed and repaired when I first brought the vehicle in. My vehicle has also had serious charging issues that ultimately required a high-voltage battery replacement, which was covered under the HV Battery Limited Warranty. I have asked for clear written documentation explaining the exact HVAC failure, fault codes, test results, and why the entire HVAC system needs to be replaced instead of repairing the failed component. As a customer, I should not have to keep returning for the same unresolved issue or fight this hard for transparency. I expected better communication, better diagnostics, and better support from Tesla on a vehicle this new. This experience has been very disappointing and has made me seriously question both the quality of the vehicle and Tesla's service process. read more

Terrible people. The following is a complete and total lie. "Tesla Roadside Assistance is committed to providing you with immediate roadside services, 24/7 365 days a year." Left my 18 year son on the side of the road with a flat tire for 11 hrs, over night. They told him to rent a hotel room. A service appointment that could have costed a life. Came for an appointment for my 2023 model X. Despite messaging the shop upfront, loaner was not available and no uber credits. Had to uber home at my own expense. Got a call later, ubered back, and was issued a beat up model S with pink "queen" stickers on it. When I got home and wanted to charge the car I found was a loaded gun lying inside the glove box. Had to call police and wait for them to take it in. There is a real issue with this service center and Tesla in general. A kid could have easily come across that gun and shot themselves or someone. I did not get any apology for this experience and they refuse to connect me with any regional management. This company has real issues and needs to be taken to court. read more

I came here a couple of weeks ago to test drive a Model 3. Everyone is very friendly and helpful despite having to juggle multiple job functions. Fast forward to today, my Tesla that I ordered last week had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed. Everyone in the service department has been a pleasure to deal with. I recommend it as a "maybe", only because you really don't have a choice. Don't expect any "customer service" at this location. I'm not sure if you can expect it anywhere within the Tesla brand, for the consumer. Had to go to this location for a replacement tire. I was told they should return with my vehicle any moment, as they were test driving it after replacing the tire. I went outside to wait for my vehicle. Five minutes later I see my car pull up across the parking lot. A guy gets out of the drivers side and a woman gets out of the passengers side with a beverage in her hand and they walk into the garage. I sat there surprised thinking well, maybe it's not my car. It ended up being my car. No one spoke to me, I just got in it and left. Unfortunately, it stinks of the woman's perfume. I would have said something to someone but there didn't appear to be anyone in charge. No one there really even seemed to care. Disappointment. Last time I came to this location I had prepaid for service through the app. When they completed the service, they attempted to bill me again. I had to sit there for an additional hour for them to clear things up and when they had, no one told me. I had to ask. read more

I took my 2021 Model 3 here a few months ago see if they could resolve some interior rattles that have been bugging me for months; rattling in the doors, dashboard rattles, and rear seat rattles. It took two months for me to even be able to get an appointment to bring it in through the Tesla app. Initial impression was good as the girl at the front desk was wonderful. However this is where all the good things ended. After getting a ride along with the mechanic he was able to hear the rattles in the dashboard and rear seat, the rattles from the doors decided to stop happening when he was in the car. Not all was lost as I was relieved he did hear the other two rattles. Once we got back to the service center, I sent them an audio file for the door rattles and they attached it to my service ticket. I left my car at the service center and was given a loaner (also good). After 4 days I was informed my car was ready for pickup. I went and got my car and half way on the ride home ALL the rattles were still there. They somehow managed not to fix a single one. I get home and look at the service ticket and it listed all the things they did to fix the dashboard and rear seat rattle but obviously it didn't work. As for the door rattles, they blatantly lied and said I declined repair. I was furious but didn't want to go through the hassle of setting up another appointment with them. To add insult, the mechanics left this black tarry substance smeared on my white rear seats and didn't bother cleaning up. I was able to get it up myself with baby wipes. Months later these rattles have gotten worse and I absolutely hate driving my otherwise wonderful car. It's gotten so bad that I'm 99% sure I'll be getting rid of the car later this year. It's not only the rattles that annoy me it's the poor quality of the Tesla service centers. I'm only giving 2 stars because the girl at the front desk is the best thing about this place. I would try another service center but another two month wait with the strong possibility I'll experience exactly the same thing makes me not want to bother. read more
