The store can be extremely busy (especially before and after school and at weekends) but there's ample parking which is free for up to two hours. If you struggle with accessibility then there's a lift in the underground car park with step free access into the store and the aisles are easy to navigate. This store doesn't have a coffee shop but the bakery provides delicious breads and plenty of tasty snacks (doughnuts, cookies) and is well worth a visit. Further the store also provides contactless payments (up to £30) which is ideal if you use something like Apple or Android Pay. The staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

This sainsburys has a petrol station but a cramped car park that is quite tight around some metal bollards placed everywhere. It is close to ikea, next, decathlon and the others situated on giltbrook retail park. Sainsburys is cheap and sell good quality food, clothing, home wear and electricals.

Really makes me consider going elsewhere on a permanent basis, I'm already using other supermarkets on some occasions.

But the choice is good, well laid out and the store is clean. I always find the staff a bit aloof. It is hard to explain but this is quite a dull supermarket. There is a cafe but the times I have grabbed something to eat there it has been very disappointing and really only good for a cuppa if you are parched. The customer toilets are well maintained. There is a petrol station onsite and recycling facilties in the car park.

There is a cafe onsite which serves great hot food, the food is quite cheap as well. There is also a pharmacy at the top of the store together with an instore bakery and deli counter. The store is clean and the staff are very helpful and the toilets are clean and checked regularly by the staff.

I particulary like it that they have 6 items on a 49p promotion each week. When it's things like mango, pineapple or grapes you can save loads! I also like there shower gel which is a bargain price of 49p as well. It beats everything other own brand that I've seen for price and the smells are good too! Other things I buy are fresh coffee and coleslaw both good. At Christmas the speciality boxes of chocolate truffles are yummy and better than Thorntons!

Like other supermarkets, Aldi stocks the essential everyday products such as fruit, vegetables, toiletries, meat products and frozen foods along with some more luxurious items which you perhaps wouldn't expect to find. The prices are cheap and the goods non-branded. It can be a bit hit and miss sometimes with what you purchase so I only use it as a top up to my main shop when I'm passing by the area. Prices are kept low by having as few staff as possible, non fancy advertising and packing your own items away from the tills.
