Then there are the prices - in the US I got used to paying $3-4 for a loaf of fresh crusty bread - not here in dollars from $1 to $2 for REAL crusty bread. To get back to the topic - this Sainsbury - great, clean, efficient staff. Bit of a rip off that you have to pay to park - but they refund so all is good. They do a reserve and collect service which is separate to the Ocado home delivery service - look at their website. This particular branch is nice, clean, spacious and friendly. It's well located just off the northern side of the outer ring road, just off the A46. It has a petrol station but it can be dearer than others in the area, and there is rarely any problem parking. If you haven't been, give it a try - especially in the evening when there are always fabulous bargains to be had on short-dated items.

These do tend to sell out quite quickly on some occasions though (laptops for example) so it's worth picking up their weekly leaflets to see what's coming out and when to make sure you're first in line! They also tend to stock some lovely foods on the run up to Christmas, which is certainly the one time of year it's best to try and save money!
