I always use Waitrose for my fuel I find for my aging diesel vehicle the Shell Brand of fuel is far better although a bit more expensive When filling up from other Supermarkets using thier blended fuel my car doesn't run of start as well as when I fill up with Shell at Waitrose It costs me about £2 extra each fill but its worth it for me read more

This is my favourite supermarket, anywhere! The quality of goods in Waitrose is far superior to that in the bigger supermarkets. Many people are put off by the price, but you get what you pay for, and if you can afford it then it really is worth paying the extra. They price match Tesco on a wide range of items, and they also sell a selection of John Lewis home furnishing items. They do a reserve and collect service which is separate to the Ocado home delivery service - look at their website. This particular branch is nice, clean, spacious and friendly. It's well located just off the northern side of the outer ring road, just off the A46. It has a petrol station but it can be dearer than others in the area, and there is rarely any problem parking. If you haven't been, give it a try - especially in the evening when there are always fabulous bargains to be had on short-dated items. read more

Love this supermarket! Its completely expensive but you get what you pay for. One of the latest editions to Lincoln, so far as Supermarkets go, however I'm so glad that it did come. I love the choice, variety etc from Waitrose and I really find it a treat to go and do some shopping there. I will be honest and say I don't do all my shopping there and I certainly don't use it often, however if ever I'm wanting to treat my husband to a nice meal, I'll always go here. I especially like the recipe cards that you get from Waitrose. The cafe here is also extremely good. read more

Good quality foods for sale in Waitrose. It ends there I'm afraid. The entrance area to the shop was congested by goods for sale for the Christmas period. The local £ shop was tidier and easier to traverse. My husband and I were comparing two items which were next to each other on a shelf. A member of staff thrust her arm between us to the shelf and said, "can I get in"? What happened to, excuse me? The ladies toilets were in a poor state. I put my hand on the door to enter the Ladies and my hand stuck to the door. How can Waitrose explain a sticky toilet door? Disgusting. The cafe is in a shabby state with peeling woodwork and doors hanging off cupboards. I didn't enjoy my trip to Waitrose. I won't bother with it again. I'll go back to Tesco who sell most of the brands of food that Waitrose sell. Waitrose is living on a myth that it is somehow superior. I beg to differ. read more

Great store. Mostly friendly staff (a few need some manners), and generally a calm and peaceful shop - no screaming children in sight like at Tesco and other big supermarkets! Some good prices, and special offers, and if it does work out more expensive, not bothered as I leave the shop without being frazzled and stressed out. read more
