It was hard for me or the home warranty company that was also working with him to get ahold of him. Even after paying a service fee he refused to answer calls. He would only text hours later. When he WOULD respond, he was often dismissive and rude. He was also very lax about providing necessary information to move the process forward. He was so non-responsive that the home warranty company eventually had to drop him and chose a different company. The NEW company responded immediately, over the phone, even while in the middle of another job ON THE WEEKEND. They came out the same day. Turns out we'd been waiting on Cody for weeks but when the other maintenance worker arrived he just reconnected a few wires and it worked. What a SHAM.
