Hello folks :) Where to begin. So much good to write about....
When you pull up their business page on the web and it tells you what they are all about, they actually are all about that... and so much more. Over 40 years of home ownership spent hoping to find the real deal and finally did. The following: A. They are friendly and then some. You might feel you want to have them over to your next bbq party:) B. They are very organized. Very. They call/text to confirm the appointment, and, if necessary will call/text to update arrival times and etc. They know what is what and stay on top of it all. C. They keep you fully informed. Fully. About appointments, repairs, parts, ordering, when parts will come in, what they are finding, what they are doing, what is going on with your unit, and more. And not in an overwhelming way, nor with an attitude of being put out to fill you in. They just naturally and simply keep you in the loop in a friendly and pleasant way. D. Pricing. To say it was fair is to put it mildly. After calling multiple places and getting runaround nonsense/stories these folks simply said it like it is. I was informed. Possible pricing fully discussed. It felt like I was in another universe, I mean who is this up front and honest.... over 40 years to find these folks... never going anywhere else. Highly recommend them! E. There is so much more to write... simply the real deal. Everything you ever hoped you'd find in a service. There is too much more good to relate. Places to absolutely avoid allegedly: Sharon's; Oak; And Jason Crain of Crain hvac. Note. Also good. D & G was always helpful when I'd ask a question or two but do not typically fully service the current brand in my home... which helped me find Scott and the crew at Efficient. And what a find, they are just the best :) Thanks for everything! read more
