It's not the same business and my experience with Mastercraft was not good, just from basic customer service perspective. I made an appointment to troubleshoot a non-working AC. They said they couldn't give me a time window until the day of. So I called at 8:30 and the office told me should be afternoon maybe around 1. So I skip lunch figuring I'll grab something on the way over when I get the call. No call, so I end up eating only crackers. 4:30pm rolls around and I call and she says I'm next. Next, it's 6pm and the office is closed and I'm wondering if they're still coming or the tech ran out of time. So I call the after-hours emergency service and the on-call tech did call me back and said the tech is still coming. The tech calls me at 7pm and so I rush to the house to meet him and he gets there at 7:30pm. He diagnoses the problem in 2 minutes (no pressure, 20 year old unit, need new). And oh by the way they probably can't install a new one for another month. They're obviously very successful yet they can't be bothered to invest in a system to keep the customer informed when they're coming. Lucky I didn't take the day off work since I work close enough to rush home but it's just a basic lack of customer respect. Anyway bottom line is that Suburban no longer exists, it's just a name (now Suburban Mechanical) that forwards to another business. On the bright side, I found a small very capable business that was able to come out and schedule me within a week. If you're also a former Suburban customer, check out CJB Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

Do not use this company! False info, fake photos taken of…read morethe supposed furnace! Called for AC service and they tried to tell me my furnace was bad. When I explained that my cooperative (townhouse) association provides the furnace if needed, his story changed immediately! He turned off the furnace and snipped wires including turning off the connection to my thermostat. Nothing worked after that! Sure he fixed the ac unit by replacing a simple part however his focus was on the furnace! And left my home after turning everything off and snipping wires including my thermostat. Another company came in stating my furnace was fine and eventually fixed what HVAC COMFORT INC. screwed up!

Stay away from HVAC Comfort, Inc. Here are the 3 main issues we had with the service we received:…read more 1) Our A/C went out and during the inspection they were concerned the Heat Exchangers in the furnace were rusting and could cause a carbon monoxide leak. They told me they had to "shutdown the system". I took that to mean it had to be off while they worked on it. They cut the wires inside the furnace so the A/C and furnace could not longer be used without telling us. (We didn't discover this until they left and went to turn the AC back on). 2) During the sales pitch for the new system the salesman (Chris) referred to my wife as "Bougie" and "chirpy". 3) Quote was outrageously high: $23,518 w/ 5 years no interest financing or $20,226 cash discount. I called another company (will give them a great review). They helped me fix the wiring and get the AC working again. They provided a quote w/ better specs/brand and it was about half the cost. They installed it this past week for $11,650 and it runs great. I feel HVAC Comfort uses deceptive practices (cutting wires in furnace) to force the customer into paying high markups when they are most vulnerable -- during a heat wave and air quality alerts (Canadian wildfires). There was no reason to disable the system during the summer. There is no risk of carbon monoxide until the winter heating season arrives. They do not trust you to do the best thing for your family and they choose to disable your system without your permission.

I was surprised and upset. Got a referral from a family member and called Autumn Air. Craig thoroughly inspected the furnace and found no problems. It is an older furnace but is still safe and functioning. Today, Scott and Aiden (hope I got the names right) came out and the furnace is still working safely. They noticed the filter was still clean so didn't replace it with the one I purchased a few days ago- saving me money again in the future! They explain what they are doing, are professional and I feel confident with this company! Everyone in the company that I have dealt with from requesting an appointment to service is friendly and professional. Great value compared to others that charge less for service call and try to make you buy a brand new furnace Highly recommend this company!

I called an HVAC company my GF recommended but he couldn't do the work that Friday. Randy recommended Rob at Autumn Heating & Cooling. Rob surprised me by showing up within an hour. Rob IMMEDIATELY had his crew locate the part and by 4:00 of the same day, they had it replaced! Excellent service and easy to work with. I strongly recommend calling Autumn Heating & Cooling for all your furnace needs.

In Summer 2025, I called because my AC system was no longer performing normally. It would run continuously during 80-degree weather and could not keep up during 90-degree weather. I have lived in this home since the system was installed and knew that airflow from the vents was significantly lower than it had been in prior years. Because the high-velocity system and ductwork are located in the attic, I specifically requested that the attic ductwork be inspected. During both the original visit and a follow-up visit, I was told the airflow was acceptable, but the attic ductwork was not inspected. Instead, I was advised that poor insulation was likely the reason the system was struggling. After adding insulation, the problem became much worse. When I started the system the following spring, some vents had little or no airflow at all. A different Day & Night technician visited in Spring 2026 and found loose duct connections, which he fixed, and that significantly improved airflow in part of the house. However, the other half of the house still had very poor airflow. I was told that follow-up service could be performed later that week if additional issues remained. The issues did remain, but no call was received and no follow-up service was performed. I contacted the office multiple times over the next two weeks. Each time I was led to believe that service would be scheduled, but it never occurred despite several cool days that were suitable for attic work. After waiting approximately two weeks, I contacted another HVAC company. They inspected the attic ductwork on their first visit and found a compressed duct and a disconnected duct. The repairs were completed during that same visit, at approximately half the cost of Day & Night's most recent service charge. Airflow in the affected area of the home is now dramatically improved and significantly better than it was when I first reported the problem in 2025. Mechanical issues happen, and even experienced technicians can miss a diagnosis. My disappointment is that repeated requests to inspect the attic ductwork were not acted upon, follow-up service that was discussed never occurred, and I ultimately had to hire another company to identify and resolve the remaining problem. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Day & Night.
