I wouldn't suggest them. I can't even leave an estimate on the seat without them throwing it away yet alone trust them with your car. I paid the 615 and notified them that my car had no leaks upon arrival and now has an oil leak. They said they looked and didn't see any leaks and it was from a previous car. As of 2 days of driving my car it HAS leaked and IS LEAKING. STILL!

Made an appointment and took my truck into this shop for an oil change and a tire rotation. Dropped…read moreit off at 8:30am for a 9am appointment. went back to pick it up around 2:30pm. Charged me $255 for an oil change, the tire rotation was supposed to be free. When I picked up my truck, I realized that they did not rotate my tires. When I went back into the store, they told me that their lift broke and they were too busy to use a floor jack to jack up my truck to rotate the tires. When I asked them why they did not tell me that they could not rotate my tires they did not have a good answer. Beware, as most folks would not have even noticed that the tires were not rotated and you could be riding around on tires for 15K miles without rotating. Also, I decided to call an oil change place directly across the street and their cost was $150 for an oil change on my truck. No more Tuffy's for me!

Yes, they're expensive, but they're honest and they work with you, all the while getting the job done without having to go somewhere else to fix the initial problem. They also provided me with an uber to and from my house at no cost at all, while my car was being worked on even if it was just an oil change; GREAT perk in my opinion. While I agree the pricing is very high, it is a corporate owned business and the workers can't do anything about that, but that doesn't mean their employees and mechanics don't care. This is probably the ONLY Tuffy I would take my car to, because they genuinely do care. Derrick especially, he has helped me since my very first day walking in and just trying to get by, as we all are trying to do. Keep it up y'all. And thank you guys so much for all you've done.
