I wouldn't suggest them. I can't even leave an estimate on the seat without them throwing it away yet alone trust them with your car. I paid the 615 and notified them that my car had no leaks upon arrival and now has an oil leak. They said they looked and didn't see any leaks and it was from a previous car. As of 2 days of driving my car it HAS leaked and IS LEAKING. STILL!

I'm not one to really write reviews on anything positive or negative as that's just not who I am…read more However; I've been coming here for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. Yes, they're expensive, but they're honest and they work with you, all the while getting the job done without having to go somewhere else to fix the initial problem. They've fixed my wheel bearings, catalytic converter and miscellaneous normal maintenance routines. They also provided me with an uber to and from my house at no cost at all, while my car was being worked on even if it was just an oil change; GREAT perk in my opinion. While I agree the pricing is very high, it is a corporate owned business and the workers can't do anything about that, but that doesn't mean their employees and mechanics don't care. This is probably the ONLY Tuffy I would take my car to, because they genuinely do care. Derrick especially, he has helped me since my very first day walking in and just trying to get by, as we all are trying to do. Keep it up y'all. And thank you guys so much for all you've done.
