We were greeted by an employee as we arrived at the station. He explained the process and raised the bay door for us to enter. Several employees participated in the oil change. They communicated well with us. They were very nice. They made using the coupon easy. They placed an oil change reminder static sticker on the corner of the windshield. He also explained that the sticker was worth $5 off if we returned. We stayed in the car the entire time. They made the entire event a quick process. The place is new and modern. It is situated on the highway for easy entry and exit. I plan to go back!

The opportunity to have a preservice conversation just wasn't there. I don't think they were really interested anyway. I have been a returning customer here for some time now. It used to be different. My experience began by pulling around the building and some guy yelling at me to pull behind bay number two. I did and left my keys in the car. I went inside to speak to someone. There is an unmanned desk/cash drawer in the lobby. Nobody ever came to discuss what all I wanted. A few times an employee dashed in to put some money in the drawer and rip a receipt off. They didn't speak to the other people waiting and made sure not to make eye contact so you wouldn't ask them a question. Finally, a guy came in to speak to me. He knew my name because he got it off my window sticker from my last visit there. He immediately tried to sell me an inspection and an air filter and something else. I took the new air filter and told him to just change the oil. I walked next door to the pet store and when I returned it was finished. My visit ended up costing me $69.53. At least it's done now.

Annette, came out and advised me that as my car just hit 60,000 , it's recommended by my manufacturer (I have a Nissan, as does she with the same amount of miles) to have a system flush when you hit 60,000, and also informed me about the brake system needing to be addressed. Of course being skeptical, as automotive companies LOVE to push additional work, Annette explained it is not necessary, it is only recommended, and how they do not push what it not needed, only advise of what your specific manufacturer needs. Finally we had to use a bungee cord to keep the trunk lid down. We took our car to Paul's Automotive and they were able to order and install a new latch and now we are happy to be able to use the trunk without fear of it popping open. I'm happy to say I finally found what I was looking for with Christian Brothers Automotive. Lenny and Scott took great care of my car, and fixed everything I needed in a timely fashion. They were able to do front and back suspension, as well as replace a part that was giving off a check engine light in less than 24 hours. I greatly appreciated the correspondence throughout the entire process to let me know the updates with my car, and I thought it was very convenient that they offer a complimentary shuttle so you don't have to wait around while your car is getting worked on. They did such a great job that I came back the very next day to get front brakes and rotors done that they also got done in an extremely timely fashion. All of these parts needed to get done on my car for a while, and I was completely aware of it, so I know I wasn't taken advantage of like a lot of other mechanics tend to do to people. Yes, the owners reserve the right to deny non-patrons but on such a historical moment do the area for the lady working the desk to say "No, I'm turning everyone away and not allowing people to use my restroom. I was just floored. To extend a little hospitality, and courteousness could have gone a long way.
