Sales Rep says they don't have this unit anymore. They wouldn't fix it! Tried to sell us new one. $4000 or lease $69 per month. Salesman was to cancel our old lease and have them pickup old unit. Never happened. So they kept billing us. I emailed and texted,no customer service or response. We finally called and gal said we will have someone pick up and credit you for three months. So far we got one credit for May. Feb 24 was date salesman came out in which he knew Our unit hadn't worked. I do not recommend Culligan for anything. The salesman said our nitrates rate in our well water was 5%. We had County check it and it's 11%. It's over the legal limit to drink. So we have to buy drinking & cooking water in town. Very poor customer service, very poor communication. Stay away from Culligan in Sacramento, CA.

Very antiquated business with poor customer service. Prepare to be on hold for very long wait…read moretimes. They are understaffed, under trained and non-friendly. The service techs take weeks to come out to fix/replace things. When you call the "service" department with error messages and beeping from the machine they say, we'll get back to you, and take days to send someone out. The latest situation: Originally I was told by the salesman I wouldn't have to think about the system filter replacement and would be contacted in a year by Culligan. One day in late November our kids and I noticed the water tasted funny. I looked up our install date and realized it was 3 months past the initial install date a year ago. Our City tap water tasted better than their reverse osmosis system. It has now been several weeks since my call and they can only come out Dec 16. That will be 3 weeks after I called to tell them the water tasted funny and almost 4 months after the one year date. We have a family of six so the filters probably have to be replaced even more than annually because we use the water for all of our drinking, cooking and washing fruits and vegetables. I am deciding to cancel since we have been without water for many weeks. The tagline for this business should be over promise and under deliver. I requested a refund for all the months we have been drinking sub par water. Why aren't there notifications when the filters are dirty? There is a new smart RO system and we weren't even offered it even though when you are on hold forever it says the new RO system can notify you in the app. I will be writing a Better Business Bureau complaint so that other customers can be aware of this business's poor operations and faulty promises.
