The scheduling process was easy through text and they arrived as scheduled. They even sent a text and hour ahead of time confirming the appointment. Marc and his employee were very diligent, taking their time and thoroughly inspecting the tank, filters, floats and backfill device. They cleaned everything thoroughly, pressure washed the inside of the tank, replaced a cracked float device and gave thorough instructions on how to reset the alarm on the tank. The charge was what was quoted which was in line with prices quoted by other companies. I've calendared them to return in 5 years (that's the suggested time to do this again). I'm very pleased with the service they've provided.
