I think it is a good idea to support this sort of thing - plus, the NV casinos have gotten too greedy with their parking fees and resort fees and service fees and on and on fees. If you can get your fix from a few lotto tickets its probably cheaper too. I personally wouldn't stop for this place but I do suppose its Instagram worthy.

I started second-guessing myself and got a little nervous, so seeing this gas station at the exit was a lifesaver. Yes, the lines were long--both for gas and especially for the bathroom--but the cashiers were working fast and keeping things moving. Thank goodness for Apple Pay because checkout was quick and easy. We only pulled into the gas station to use the restroom and noticed a small stand right next to it selling date shakes. Curiosity got the best of us and we're so glad it did. For around $7, the date shake was incredibly creamy, rich, and full of natural date flavor without being overly sweet. You can really taste the dates, and the texture was smooth with little pieces of dates and so satisfying, especially after a long drive. It was one of those unexpected treats that instantly puts you in a better mood. The location itself is super convenient if you're driving through the area, and it's honestly the perfect quick stop to break up the trip. What started as a simple bathroom break turned into a memorable food stop we'll definitely be looking forward to on future drives. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was and are genuinely happy we stopped. This has officially become a must-stop for us every time we're heading back to Vegas. As a child I was amazed at all this place had to offer including the buffalo shaped pool at Buffalo Bills. Primm was always the better property between Buffalo Bills and Whiskey Pete's and pricing reflected that. Their players program was aggressive and generous. If you played even the bare minimum for a few minutes you were guaranteed a future free comp for a room and a meal at their restaurants. The arcades were always state if the art and features Sega and Neo Geo Games! Parents would leave their kids unattended with a roll of quarters. Eventually, Primm and the surrounding properties declined in popularity as fewer and fewer guests visited. You could tell by the traffic and parking lots that this place was no longer a preferred place for guests to visit. Even the gas stations were dead. With prices well above Vegas, people knew to just keep driving to save a few bucks. Primm will eventually become a ghost town which is sad because it will live on in my memories. Thanks for all the fun times and last opportunities to get even before heading home. My hope is that a new owner comes in and decides to revamp this place and somehow find a way to make it a must stop attraction. It deserves it. The employees who will be laid off, good luck. The restroom was unremarkable--but it was clean. The gasoline retailer has a convenience store component; it's nothing too fancy. The facility sublets space to Fatburger, Cinnabon, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, KFC, Subway, and Yogurtland. However, based on the hour of our visit, all of these kiosks were closed. In summation: Chevron branded gasoline; clean restroom; and a convenience store open 24hrs.
