Great pit stop from Anacortes to the main land after visiting the San Juan's! Truly a great place for refueling whether you're coming and or going. Great selection of IPAs, salads, and pizzas. Lovely views and ample outdoor seating, heck yes! Also looks like a super nice outdoor stage for live music.

Moved up to Camano and we're out for an adventure and a new experience, so we tried this place. We were pleasantly surprised by the vibe, the food was amazing....ask for your pizza to be done extra crispy.

We visited on a very rainy day in December. This was a welcome haven from the cold and rain. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We ordered cider and beer and they were very tasty. We also got a margarita pizza and beet salad. Both were great and plenty for two to share as a lunch. The beet salad was especially good since it had apples and hazelnuts. It was a really cool take on a classic. The space is inviting and comfortable. There are tall tables and larger tables in the back. Apparently there is also a speakeasy in the back. We didn't get a chance to try it but we will next time!

We came across this place online on a Sunday afternoon when we were in the area so we decided to check it out. The ordering system was a little confusing as you needed to choose a table before standing in line to order but it didn't look like that was what was happening. The service was a little slow and there were quite a few flies so we ended up moving to an outside table after we got out drinks and pizza. The beer and cider flight was fun to try out different menu items. Our favorite, which we ended up buying a pack to bring home, was the Harvest - Blueberry & Raspberry Semi-Dry Cider. We love a good local and tasty cider. We also got a Margherita pizza which was delicious. It didn't look that exciting but the taste was great! I'd be interested in trying out their other pizza flavors.

We stopped in last week for a beer. Cute little tap room in a quiet little town. I really like the spirit bottles.... upside down light bulbs! I opted for a Luminous Porter... it was ok. I really like the tree mural near the bathroom door. Near the ceiling in the side room is an old truck... kinda fun. When I asked about the spirits the gal brought over a tasting notes sheet "We want you informed". Which I thought was cool. Thanks for the beer Terramar

While visiting Larrabee state park we started to get hungry and felt like pizza. I checked Yelp for options and found this restaurant in a place called Edison, which is basically a one street town in the middle of nowhere. So, off we went. The restaurant has a private lot but it is not huge. We did street parking which was easy to find. The ambiance is a laid back, casual hippy-cool. You pick up menus, you go select a table (inside or outside), which are numbered, and then come back to order. We sat outside on a gorgeous summer day. The food comes out all at once. I had the smoked salmon dip and it was outstanding. Nice smoke flavor in the background and lots of salmon. You spread it on flatbread which obviously comes from the pizza dough. The wife had the mixed green spring salad and loved it. For pizzas, the kid had the pepperoni, which are large discs. The pepperoni were not spicy so she liked them. The wife and I had the Average Joe which was nothing short of excellent. It's basically a supreme with everything: pepperoni, sausage, bacon, fresh jalapeño (not seeded), onion, and maybe something else I am forgetting. What makes the pie so great is the freshness of the ingredients. The crust is also outstanding. The menu says the flour is milled locally and the dough sits for three days before using. Whatever they are doing, it was an outstanding pizza, one of the best I ever had. There are beers and ciders on tap.I drank the Icy IPA and it was a perfect pairing. The kid had apple cider which tasted fresh-squeezed, and the wife had an IPA that I forget the name but had lots of fruit flavors and she loved it. At the end, you bus your own table. In general, all the employees were friendly and seemed happy to be working there This place is a ways away from Bellingham but worth the drive. You won't be sorry.

Hello friends! Just want to give you a heads up. If you have not gone to Terramar you're missing out!! They have delicious and original food, great beers and great friendly service. This is easily one our most favorite spots north of us. We go here for lunch often. Since the speak easy opened, it is like 2 completely different experiences even though they are connected. You can get whatever is on the menu at both places. It is very chill and relaxing, there is outside seating and kids can go in the brewery and outside. They are also pet friendly. Seriously....go try them!

Ask the Community - Terramar Brewing & Distilling

Do you allow outside food while drinking at your restaurant?

I doubt this very much, unless of course you have a young child with you and you brought a little cooler with their food. I would call them first though.

Went by today and it was so great. We were greeted by Paul, the owner, standing behind the granite counter. Apparently that was his business before the spirits-making -- granite counter tops (which is based next door). Deception Distilling only opened last year. After some lovely conversation, Paul pulled out a few glasses and we sipped some moonshine, vanilla vodka, gin, and -- the pièce de résistance -- the apple pie moonshine. It's so good, and Paul started telling us about the different things people have made with it. Ice cream syrup. Bread pudding. Spiked apple cider. Our eyes grew wider with the possibilities. And yes, the tasting was entirely free. You're only really getting what equates to a couple sips each, but if you're buying it helps to know what you're getting beforehand. The bottles are priced at $23 apiece, but with Washington state tax it comes up to $30. We gladly picked up the apple pie moonshine. They accept cash or card. When we asked if it was OK if we took pictures of the still (which was made in Germany) through the window, Paul opened the door and ushered us in saying we could take pictures of anything we liked. We met one of the guys working there who took us around to see the distilling process, opening lids off things so we could watching the yeast boiling. He pulled the corks off of casks and let us smell the bourbon they've been making. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!

I did my final tasting at their tasting room at the airport. There were 2 wonderful ladies there. I had the most contact with Chloe. She really knew her stuff. Presentation sold me. What a fun stop and their location is right by the marina so a cool place to hang as well. Their cocktails and products are so Well thought out with using the best ingredients and wow you can taste them!! The empress Gin is so subtle and beautiful. My dad accidentally ordered a chocolate martini instead of an espresso martini, and Aaron made it happen. (The entire table loved it! Take that poured over some ice cream and I'd be far too content!) My brother had the gin martini, and while not a fan of gin straight up, it had a nice smooth finish that I could appreciate.
