I've lived in Bow my whole life and several years ago welcomed this business to my beloved Edison. It started out really good with creative pizzas, good ambiance and solid drinks. It's gone almost nowhere but downhill recently...the food pretty much sucks, the staff is generally unfriendly and the drinks are hit and miss. The two things it has going for it is the decent beer and a nice place to sit out back. I'm sorry I can't really recommend it...I won't be going back. Bad vibes! read more

My new favorite pizza spot! They have great beers - I'm in love with their Saison! The service is excellent and they are so nice to chat with. But the pizza and oven roasted veg salads and sides will have me coming back again and again! Super creative pizza options - like peach and ham, and ricotta and kale. And their roasted veggies all looked amazing. If you have young kiddos, they even have a little play room with fun toys. I think everyone will like this place! read more

Hard to know how to review a place that is counter service and asks you to leave the building in order to get your food to bring it to your table..... and then expects a 20% automatic tip on top of prices that seem to be based on cosmopolitan lifestyle... a small butter leaf salad with pine nuts for $12 seems.....excessive. And the beer is not awesome. The pizza we had was good, but frankly, this place is low on value and high on expense.... and not just financial. Not a place for everyone...... but a place for everyone with money to burn. read more

Visited Terramar based on a friend's recommendation and it did NOT disappoint! I don't know what's best: the location, the food, the beer or the staff--it was all phenomenal. We tried two pale ales and two pizzas (First Date and Average Joe) and also sipped on some of their whiskey. Plus the taproom and outside space are dog friendly! This is a must visit if you are in Skagit Valley. read more

Good start to the beer, along with a cider selection, cocktail and Rosé (can't remember if there was other wine?) Great little separate kids play room! Terramar is becoming yet another Edison destination, from what we can see. Every weekend it's filled with non-locals visiting this quaint Skagit County burg. The beer is varied and delish; hop- heavy to German-style to malty creaminess, you'll find a brew to quench your thirst here. And then there's the food! Flatbread style pizzas dominate the menu, and include produce and cheese from local suppliers. Even the delicious thin sourdough crust is made from local Cairnspring Mills. Traditionalists will find cheese, Italian meats and margarita style, but we always opt for the ones featuring beets, dates,delicate squash and the like. If you enjoy crispy flat crust, you can't go wrong. The salads and appys are also yummy and filled with local food. Service is friendly and the setting is tucked into the bucolic Edison slough and wildlife refuge. We are locals and find ourselves here at least once a week. Dogs are welcome; they even sell dog treats made from the pizza dough, with proceeds going to local animal rescues. All in all Terramar is worth a special trip! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We waited half an hour for two personal pizzas which arrived not only cold but the ingredients were poor quality. We decided maybe the attached speakeasy would be a hit, but it was almost completely empty and still we waited again for two cocktails that were 3 ingredients each. The price of the drinks was also exorbitant, mine was $15 for a drink that was mixed horribly and I didn't finish it. The bartender was a young guy who was super rude and I overheard him make a trail of tears joke to a person at the bar. Also aesthetically, they advertise a slough of failed businesses on their wall in an absolutely unfathomable choice as a selling point? Why would you proudly display this?They also expect you to bus your own table, pick your own table, do everything yourself, and have the audacity to set the base tip price at 18% with options up to 25%. For what? The customer does everything? I usually am a great tipper and give a lot of leniency in that regard but this was so obvious that they just are looking to exploit touris Absolutely horrible experience. read more

Found this gem of a place while driving off the beaten path Sunday returning from Bellingham. First off, the service is great, very on top of keeping things clean and ready for customers due to COVID-19. Didn't try any of the food (something to come back for) but the beer selection was good and the beer we drank was very good. Decided to check out the new SpeakEasy they opened to support their distilling operation, let me say it was fantastic. Can't wait until they start producing their own spirits to see what it adds to the already great drinks they serve. read more

We live nearby and have been to Terramar Brewing at least 4 times. We love the beer and the vibe and have enjoyed the outdoor seating in nice weather. Unfortunately they have a hard time getting food to tables in a timely way and even to deliver the right food to the right table. Worse, they don't seem to care much when you tell them that an hour has gone by, you have no food and you're frustrated (and they've already charged your credit card for the bill because you pay first). Don't go there hoping for a meal. Still, love the beer and what they've done to the building. read more

First time here. We will be back. My husband and I tried several items. We had the roasted corn- great flavor but little over cooked and awkward to eat. Beet salad was very fresh and felt like just out of the garden. The acorn squash was really good but small portion for the price. We then shared the Fuzzy Piggy pizza. It was a great combination of flavors. I did not care for the 30% wheat flour in the otherwise sourdough crust- gave it a bitter taste to me. However my husband loved it. She was very friendly and even showed me some of the cool equipment they use or will use (I'm an engineer so I geek out over it.)
