We received our beers quickly. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and fries was the perfect amount of food for us and delicious to boot.

I got the Sexy Mother Clucker (consisting of a light honey…read morebase, hot grilled chicken instead of fried chicken, red onion, goat cheese, bacon, and pickles) on a GF crust with vegan cheese and without pimento cheese. The crust could have been a little crispier, but it was not completely devoid of any crunch. The spice from the chicken provided a nice kick and worked well with the other flavors. Overall, not a bad pizza brewery to stop at.

The staff were super friendly, the beers were pretty good, and although they don't do flights, they will do half pours and samples of the beer. I really liked the location of the brewery; it was in the middle of nowhere (close to DT Asheville though), in a cool building- with a yard, and string lights, and lots of graffiti. The bartender eagerly welcomed us in, telling us about the their rebuilding and how a year earlier the entire building was almost entirely under water during the hurricane....really wild when you realize how tall the building is, and just how devastating storm was...but also amazing to see how quickly they seem to have put this town back together. I really liked the interior, it had a very industrial look, and feel to it. He then told us about the beer they had, and offered suggestions based on what everyone liked. I went with their Hazy IPA, which was great. Though they had lots of seating inside, and even a second floor, when we entered we noticed some concrete ping pong tables out on their patio. We asked the bartended and he was happy to loaned out equipment. We "played" for a while, and had some fun while enjoying our drinks. Wedge themselves doesn't serve food, but they did have a food truck on site. I'm not sure how often, or if maybe it's always parked there(?). We didn't get a chance to try it, but it did smell good. Another great stop in the art and beer city. I'd definitely go back to check them out again and try something new. Sat at the bar and Elizabeth was very helpful explaining the beers and providing a couple of samples before we landed on our beers. All beers are barrel aged and gluten reduced so that is nice. Beers were very good but was only able to have one this time. Elizabeth and the other customers were all super friendly with recommendations for other places to try. Would definitely recommend as one of my top 5 breweries in Asheville and will be back!

Their beers are some of the most drinkable in Asheville, and the Cerveza is especially good. We found here that on the lighter lagers and pilsners they did had more flavor and complexity than in other breweries (where they were kinda flavorless and unexceptional) except for the candy-hefeweizen (that was terrible) but it was the outlier! So all and all good great combination of beers and easy to drink beers for a hot summer. The space was ample and comfortable with great ventilation which came in handy since it was a hot day. High tables, barrels, couches and lots of games to play at the table or on the side (we stuck with table shuffle board).
