    Great beer choices!

Friendly helpful bartenders, cool space, amazing beer. One of the best breweries in Asheville- that's saying a lot. Highly recommend. Such creative delicious sours.

Definitely a place to stop by and enjoy their beers. They always have a lot of options to choose from. And their staff is always very friendly and attentive. Vibes are always relax and chill, even friendly. Definitely a must stop

During our trip to Asheville, this was our favorite brewery. Outstanding IPA and those sours became our go to drinks. We absolutely enjoyed our time! Service and the vibe were top notch.

Second stop in Asheville. Nice place with a large draft list. I only had one beer. I asked the server for the best hazy IPA they had and he suggested the super computer draft. It was okay, not nearly as highly rated as some of the others. It was however a better value. The venue is large inside. They have a wall of pinball machines for playing. The music was blaring a little too loud. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. I believe I saw a sign for food service next door. They had a large selection of 4 packs to go.

Great service and always some tasty options on tap! Liam hooked it up today recommended the dark Czech, some sours and the anniversary. Everything I tried, I liked! Great service and the whole place had a really fun and relaxed vibe. Put this place on your list of places to go if you are in the area and like a solid spot with some great options on tap!

Didn't know this place had brunch until Memorial Day. And the food was amazing. So much flavor. Good music and great service.

Here at Vowl after Dssolvr: more divy area connected to Dssolvr. They've added a pool table on this side and a sectioned off private area too. Can get cocktails of you want that plus beer. I have always loved the paintings they display! 3rd place we visit everytime in Asheville. Great Daiquiri, great service!

Open mic comedy was awful. Co-host cut my time from 5 mins to 3, disliked my critique of the two party system. Said co-host, Alex Parsons, went up after me. I stick around to be supportive of other comics and not leave abruptly. Didn't care for their material. I answered a crowd question about what we do for work, nobody else answered. I shared I do bodywork elbowing people and poking them wit a shark tooth. Normally this would be a layup to riff on. Instead I was attacked verbally and told me off. So I returned the favor and got kicked out. Management didn't reply to my thoughtful e-mail and IG DM. They need more emotionally stable hosts that don't lash out at attendees. Liberal intolerance at it's finest I suppose. This was my first experience in Asheville, bunch of grim suicidal, depressed, and bitter LGBTQ folks.. Too bad, the beer was decent.

This place has great beer and great vibes. There is also a nice patio to enjoy. Check it out!

We were in the downtown area for dinner and decided to have a nightcap at this brewery. When we got there, it was fairly late in the evening on a Wednesday night. There was plenty of open seating and this location is quite large so if you have a large group, this is a great location to come to. They have a large selection of beers. We did note that there were more IPAs than other types. My husband got one that was a cross between a German ale and a red ale & it's purposely served warmer than most beers. As funky as it sounded it had a very nice clean finish. I opted for the your solid gold, I'll see you in hell. I absolutely love this dark beer as it definitely had those notes of peanut butter and cocoa, which made it really sweet and delicious.

The ambiance is a chill somewhat emo vibe. Casual and also the length of outdoor and indoor seating. Drinks!!! The most important thing. If you're a sweet kind of person order the PB and j engine sour beer. (It was my favorite) Coffee drinkers order tone death. Flights are an affordable 18$ if you can't make up your mind.

Brew and a sparkling wine on the outside courtyard.

It is quite the space - a…read morelarge lawn in front with plenty of space for the kids to run around, a nice view of the river off the side, and a really nice space inside. Being someone who isn't the biggest fan of kids in the brewery, it was nice that the kids had a place outside to run around while I could drink in (relative) silence inside. As for the beers, yes they have all the New Belgium favorites you know and love from the store, but with plenty of beers that you'll only find on the tap list. Even though the brewery is called New Belgium, they aren't really known in the beer aisles for Belgian styles. Here is where all those Belgian styles are, and they are fantastic. My only regret was that I didn't have enough time to spend there because there were too many other places to visit in a short amount of time. Local beer snobs will probably tell you to avoid New Belgium because it's "too corporate", but don't listen to that nonsense. New Belgium's tap room was one of the most impressive I've ever visited - great quality beers in an incredible space.

They offer several other tour options, the others are a bit longer though, and have a small cost to take. We didn't think we had the attention for anything much longer and opted for a short and simple tour to get the fun started Our tour guide Emma was friendly, and quick to answer all the questions people had for her. The tour was informative telling us about the history and extensive clean up of the land before building the brewery, as well as their brewing process, and offered samples of their flagship Fat Tire beer. Overall it was a good, informative, though simplified tour. The guide was friendly, the beer was tasty and we had a good time. Beautiful facility, and a great addition to the Asheville brewing community We enjoyed another beer after the tour in their beautiful"liquid center". It was a nice day and we sat outside and it wasn't too loud. We went at the beginning of May and there were no bugs outside sometimes restaurants have a fly problem just with it being outside but this place does not at least not in May. So I would suggest enjoying the outdoor seating if possible. Our server Erin was fantastic. They were able to make great recommendations and were super kind all night. I got a fruity flight and I enjoyed the cherry seltzer. Most of the other ones were a lighter take on the fruity side. We started with the pretzel and beer cheese because they were out of focaccia, but I'm glad we made this choice. The pretzel was fresh and warm and apparently from a local Baker. The beer cheese was really good and warm, which just made it a 10 out. I got the hummus platter and I loved the variety of vegetables with it and the hummus was really good. It's definitely a smoother hummus but still very good. Overall, I would come back.

It's quite possible if I'd have visited during the day that my review would've been 5 stars. However, we came at night (well... winter night it was like 6pm?). It was dark. First, the parking lot. It looked like a scene from a horror movie where everyone gets killed. There was no actual parking lot, just some grass along the road where people were parked. There was a chainlink fence gate that was barely open, with an overgrown sign, and it looked like you were walking into a haunted factory. We walked in the brewery and it was only light by faint lights and candles. We jokingly started calling it the MURDER BREWERY in a spooky voice. I see the beautiful plants in the pictures in reviews here and we saw none of that. I have less-than-stellar night vision and actually held onto my wife's shoulders for her to lead me around. They also have a lot of tables without chairs. Maybe that's trendy, but really I want to sit and chat while I try your beer. I don't want to have to stand around. It cleared out before we left and we got a seat eventually, but the table/chair ratio was way out of whack. All this time and I haven't spoken about the beer yet. It was pretty good. My BIL loved the Mummy Cat. We all had some pretty decent beers. However, we bolted after not too long due to it just not being a great place to hang out in the dark. Our friends enjoyed the photos we took and the catchphrase ANTIQUITY DAWNS AT MODERNITY'S TWILIGHT likely stolen from a 14 year old emo kid's journal that was on their less than useful website. There are no beer lists on it. Literally just that goofy saying and their hours.
