We finally spotted Dots Cupcakes yesterday as we drove around this plaza looking for parking, and…read morewe are so glad we did! My husband was a wicked sweet tooth and after we ordered some food across the lot, he was being pulled by the siren song of the illuminated Dots Cupcakes sign from across the way. We made our way over and the lovely manager Iva was kind enough to stay late to make sure we got our cupcakes! She was so warm and gracious and helped us pick out the perfect assortment of tasty cakes, I seriously think we got one of each flavor they had left! Every single flavor we sampled was delicious, moist, and packed with flavor. And not overly sweet, which is the best compliment I can give ;) We can't wait to come back and see Iva and hopefully sample some coffee next time and whatever other new flavors they roll out (they have new flavors all the time!) Thanks so much Iva and Dots! We will be back soon.

Stay away from this place if you're planning to place a special order for an event. Apparently,…read morethey no longer accept special orders, yet the option is still available on their website. I was first told by an employee that they couldn't place the order over the phone and that I needed to submit it online. Following his instructions, I placed the order online, only to be told afterward that they no longer process special orders. Unfortunately, by then, my order had already been submitted because I trusted the information I was given. I was also told I would receive a refund, but later found out that only a manager could authorize refunds. It was frustrating to realize that I had been given incorrect information multiple times. And OMG the manager's attitude. Instead of being apologetic and listening to my concerns as a customer, she came across as rude and defensive. I simply suggested that if employees are providing incorrect information, management should review those conversations and ensure proper training before allowing them to handle customer inquiries. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and stressful. If you're ordering for a special event and need reliability, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. My refund is still pending... btw

Parking is plentiful, however, the plaza can get busy during working/business hours due to the surrounding corporations..so heads up! The staff is super welcoming & friendly. They are efficient & the lines move quickly. The decor is uber modern and ambience is nice & chill. They are known for their quality baked goods. I especially love their cookies & Portuguese egg tarts. The creamy custard center and crispy flakey pastry & carmelized top is absolutely PERFECTION! My fav/go-to cookie is the chocolate walnut. RxFoodie tip! Ask for it warmed up ~ it's yummy, crispy on the outside & perfectly gooey inside. It's baked w/ imported Belgian chocolate, which makes it so decadent and paired perfectly w/ the pecans & walnut bits. It's heavenly. I haven't tried their drinks or other specialty desserts yet, but it's tempting..maybe next time. A solid bakery to try & high recommend!!!

They were busy with a lot of Mother's Day weekend rush, but the staff was friendly to everyone with big smiles and they were moving the line along as quickly as possible. I picked up my usual favorite slices: Carrot Cake Slice ($8.49), Tropical Coconut Slice ($8.99), and Old-Fashioned Chocolate Slice ($8.99). They were moist and delicious! Sometimes, the Tropical Coconut can be slightly dry, but it was perfectly moist when I had it this past weekend. They had a really cute May 4th Grogu cake on display and I just think that they not only make delicious cakes, but their cake decorating skills are on point! SusieCakes is worth the splurge!

After waiting for someone to help me, I walk up to the counter and ask if it was possible to pick up a cake that I ordered. The result was the male sales representative with a beard rolling their eyes and yelling at me - what's the last name! I'm positive Mothers Day is a very busy day for you all, but no one should be on the receiving end of that type of sass from anyone, especially after paying close to $100 for a 6" inch cake. It definitely killed the excitement for the gender reveal with this cake tainted with attitude.

When we ordered the cinnamon roll, there was no option to heat it up, so we thought they would have done it already. When it was served, it was rock solid. So, we asked them to heat it up. However, after a few minutes, it still wasn't that gooey and the inner core was still pretty tough. Perhaps they could have warmed it up so that it was evenly softened. Overall, the cinnamon roll was alright. It was a brioche roll so you would think it might be lighter and fluffy, but ours was pretty dry. However, the cream on top was insanely good. It carried the roll. The hazelnut twist was kind of what you would expect. A twisted pastry but with a hefty amount of hazelnut-chocolate spread thru the layers. We sat in a little nook, where there was a magnetic black board, where there were word tiles you could rearrange in any way. It was a nice place to just look around at all the sentences the community wrote. Chess tables were also available as extra seating. Overall, the service was good, but could be better when warming up pastries, so that the customer can enjoy them properly!
