    Hole showed work not done.

    Things have gotten worse around the work that Terminix did. I found out that the work that was done was done to cover things up. Instead of repairing wood that should have been repair it was filled with caulking.

    "Terrible Customer Service Experience with Terminix of Ventura Ca." Rating: - I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Terminix, and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. From the moment I contacted them for pest control services, I encountered issues. First, it was nearly impossible to get a timely appointment scheduled. It took numerous phone calls and a lot of waiting on hold just to get someone to speak with. The technician was six hours late on one occasion then a "No Show" on numerous occasions. When the technician finally arrived, he seemed disinterested and rushed through the construction , didn't explain or show us the completed job! Not only did they fail to identify the root of the pest problem, but they also left a mess behind, making me question their professionalism. The real nightmare began when I tried to address these issues with their customer service department. The manager at this location, has no free room to leave him a voicemail. Texting to other employees was like talking to a brick wall, and it felt like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. It took weeks and numerous follow-up calls just to get a semblance of a response from the manager. Regional manager has never responded to phone calls or email. The lack of accountability and communication from Terminix was astounding. It's clear that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction, and it's beyond disappointing. They charged $2,000 for this mess. Used my 88 year old mother's patio chairs as a saw horse to lay the heavy fascia board scraping the chairs & splashing paint on her furniture! Instead of repairing the botched job that Terminex Guaranteed would look identical to the perfect mitered facia boards, we were told to hire a handyman to fix their work! (They promised a refund that we will need to pay a licensed professional!) Completely and totally unacceptable! Furthermore, they are charging the credit card a $900 charge plus an additional $200 charge on an auto pay schedule! We have asked for a refund and are disputing the charges! We have a total of 10k views on Social Media regarding this one and only time of using Terminix! Save yourself thousands of dollars and avoid this company at all costs!

    Frankly, I dealt with 4 different employees and the only person who seems to care or do their job is Michael Rose! Erick, the inspector and my POC has been non existent since taking $1300+ for the contract/to sign up. I STILL have rats INSIDE my home. Erick told me if I heard a trap go off, I would have a technician come out writhing 24 hours... I have yet to hear back from him the company, or anyone else! I tried calling, I tried texting, I tried emailing! It has been 48 hours and I still have yet to hear back from anyone except Michael Rose! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I highly suggest you take your time and money anywhere but here. These photos are from a whole week AFTER Erick came.
