They asked their questions and asked how soon would I like someone out there. I said as soon as possible. They said how about in 30 minutes. I said great. They quoted me $175 to do the job. Last pest control company wanted $450 (big one in Long Island City, thx for the highballing me). They actually came out in 30 minutes, they spayed, all flies were dead in minutes. He worked in a manner that seemed to me to be thorough and well thought out. He was also very respectful and clean, he didn't trek buddy boots or equipment through the house and even made it a point to ask if he could use our garden hose to fill a tank he was using. He charged only $600.00, then said he could do stainless steel leaf guards for $300. All done in less than 4 hours.
