I have an account with them. My wife and I are regularly calling to get rid of our ant problem. They've been here four or five times in three months and our ants get worse and are now spreading through out the house. They use stuff that always takes two weeks. First week ants are everywhere, second week gets better and by the end of the third week we have them back. Supposedly that's their best product they keep recommending to us. read more

NEVER USE THEM.USE KNOCKOUT PEST CONTROL instead!!!I would never recommend their services to anyone!!! Their professionalism and the contracts are a complete scam. I made a horrible mistake to sign up for their one-year contract hoping their will treat my property whenever the issue arises. The entire time from last fall through the winter I didn't use them (but kept on paying monthly fee) until this spring when the ants started to come out. And I need them to come in and treat. The first time the tech came, he asked me where I saw the ants. I pointed at the kitchen. He treated the specific area in the kitchen. Guess what... two weeks later the ants are back. I called, the tech came back with the same question- where do you see the ants? Same area. Treated again. Two weeks later, the ants are back. I called the third time and this time I asked to disregard where I see the ants and treat the entire kitchen and the perimeter of the house from outside. The following morning, I had ants in my leaving room on the ceiling. Called them and was told to be patient???!!!!I was patient until I started seeing the ants again in the kitchen. This time they refused to treat the house and suggested for me to sign up for a monthly package to treat the ants since according to them I have infestation?????!!!!!!!!!! Last year around the same time I had ants' problem and I used "Knockout pest control". The tech came, treated the entire house in and out and I haven't seen an ant until this year. The guy, who did my place was a great guy, but horrible at his job. I was barely out the house (while he treated it), & he was stepping on my heals claiming to be done with his $650 bill in hand (for 10 minutes of work) so the 2nd visit I watched him. He claimed to have been done, but forgot to do 1/2 of my house. When confronted, he reentered & very sparingly sprayed his pesticide, before admitting he was completely out & needed to improvise horrible!!! Of course our problem re-surfaced, so I ordered the same stuff he used from Amazon for $20 & did it myself. It took me 2 treatments with a little logic, & my problem was done. I called in Rest Easy Pest Control, to treat my house for ants. Every year at this time they come in from all over, and we usually treat them ourselves. Sometimes it can take weeks to get rid of them. Before I called REPC, I called another company for an estimate that starts with an A, they wanted so much money I would need to get a bank loan to pay them! When I called REPC, the price they quoted was almost half of A company, and covered so much more and at NO ADDITIONAL charges! BOTH these companies have great ratings, it was a no-brainer, as to which company to pick! The very next day, REPC sent John Riley, to treat our home. John did a full inspection of our home and property and then explained to us, how ants live, how and why they come into the home, the damage they can do and what he was going to use, to get rid of the ants of all sizes and shapes for us. He put down a few different things to get rid of these ants. ALL the chemicals John used, are SAFE! We like that a lot! It's now been four days, past the first treatment and we DO NOT see any ants around at all, REPC will come back every three months for the next year to treat again, and IF we see anything in between, John said to call and they will be back by the next day to check and treat! We are so happy so far with the results, I would recommend Rest Easy Pest Control to my family & friends, and to anyone else that reads this review! read more

Never in my entire life have I had such a bad experience dealing with a company. These people are scammers and should be put out of business. I have never written a review but I felt it was my duty to warn people about this company. I had one of their "experts" out to inspect my apartment for bed bugs. The guy spent all of two minutes in my apartment, gave me no shred of evidence that they existed but told me they were there. After going through the process of cleaning out my entire apartment I found out there were no bugs at all and the guy was completely lying to get me to pay them to exterminate the apartment. Never in my life have I hired people that are so dishonest. I would HIGHLY recommend keeping them away from your living area as they will lie to you to get more money out of you. Marty O Toole came into my apartment with knowledge, materials, compassion & determination to conquer this problem. I am a widow & having mice running around my apartment was beyond my comfort zone to say the least. He has been beyond expert in assessing the problem & patient in working to insure there are no entries for these rodents to enter my apartment again. His follow up visit 2 weeks later, although I have not seen any rodents since his initial visit, was again at work with endurance on Marty's part to search again for any more possible entries for any pest's entry I to my apartment. The customer service from this place is an absolute joke. They MUST interview the nastiest, rudest people to pick up the phones. I was told by the manager to contact him personally after issues with the women picking up the phone. Anytime I asked to speak with the manager a foreign woman either hung up on me or told me he was busy. When I finally spoke to the manager and wanted to cancel due to the horrendous customer service, he promised a change and a couple months free charge. I've had ongoing ant issues only cured by Marty and when I asked for him to be the person to come to my home- I was automatically hit with attitude and "I dont know when he's in next." How do you not know? So unprofessional and such a waste of my time. The last man to come treat my house was here for a total of less than 10 minutes to do the inside and outside and the ants have gotten increasingly worse. Was told by customer service I shouldnt expect the ants to be at bay on LI. When I asked the same woman what I pay a fee for she went on a yelling tangent about how she should be spoken to like a human being? I don't need to pay a fee to have ants. I can do that for free! I asked her to cancel my account today. She says "Sure its done." I asked for an email confirmation of my cancellation and she says Ill send it have a nice day and hung up. I had a problem with carpenter ants and called another company first that didn't call back for hours. When I didn't hear from them I decided to call Rest Easy after reading the reviews online. I have to admit that they are all true when they say they know what they are talking about and are very helpful. They sent someone the next day and the tech accessed the issues and immeditately took care of things. He didn't miss a trick. As mentioned by the tech it might not take in one application and it didn't. There were less but still around. The next time the owner himself came and again took care of business. That was all it took and then we didn't have anymore issues with ants. Unfortunalty, next came the bees and had to have them taken care of. If you are not sure whether or not to sign up for a yearly contract, believe me it is worth it.
