Great customer service! Knowledgeable staff. Solved the issue at my home quick and easy!

Mr Mosquito ( pnz enterprises) has been unlicensed since May 2021 per Consumer Affairs. I found this out when filing a complaint . They make you pre-pay and sign a contract with a license number that does not exist and then they either don't show up when they're supposed to or they don't show up at all. Last summer they were supposed to provide me 12 sprays and only showed up five times then refused to give me back my money now I find out their own licensed. I also have a judgment against them in the Suffolk County court that they have not paid. read more

After a year and a half with Mr. Mosquito, I can confidently say that I'm disappointed with my experience. They are nice people, but I just can't deal with the type of service I've received any longer. The initial sales experience was good, and I hired them due to their competitive pricing and positive reviews (although I noticed at least one of these reviews was written by a current employee). Overall, after a year and a half, the experience was inconsistent and I won't be renewing with this company again. I hesitated to post anything here out of fear of retaliation, but hopefully they will be professional and accept the feedback for what it is. MAIN CONCERNS: - I was once accidentally charged an additional $230 because "my name sounded very similar to another customer" (this is literally what I was told). I only discovered this extra change when reviewing my credit card bill a month later. When I asked them about this extra charge, it took about 2 weeks to resolve (with multiple follow-ups on my part). - Communication was not always there. There were many times they did not show up when they said they would. On a few occasions last year, weeks would go by without the scheduled visit, and I had to call them to get someone out. There were also a couple times they showed up earlier than expected (7:45am to be exact), ringing my doorbell to open the side gates. This was very annoying. - A year later, I received a voicemail from the company stating that they were having issues charging my credit card for the renewal this year, and to call them back. I have no idea to why they would assume I wanted to renew, but I'm glad that they ran into issues and that my card was not automatically charged. In my opinion, this is not the best way to do business. At the very least, you should reach out to the customer to see if they would like to renew. I leave 3 stars because their pricing was competitive and they did ultimately complete the work I paid for. However, it was not a pleasant experience overall. read more

I've researched a ton and My neighbors had recommended someone mosquito Joe but then told me not to use them cause they still had mosquito issues. I came across mr mosquito from another friend and I'm sure glad I did. Nik came over and actually spent time professionally surveying my property and figuring out where the mosquitos were coming from. After his detective work he pointed out a few very obvious sources. He gave me a fair price and I gave him the job. It's been a few weeks and we've seen the mosquito bites go down and now we are free to be in the backyard!!! I started using Mr Mosquito three years ago and this summer will be my fourth year they have been so great and I noticed a change the first summer then the second year was very noticeably different by the third year I could go until near the end of August before it became noticeable that I even had mosquitoes in my area. They are quick to respond and are very patient to explain my suggestion is to get your neighbors to do it as well and you will be blown away by the difference! It's 7 p.m. in the heart of Nassau County and I just finished mowing my lawn, front and back. Now, that may not seem like much of an accomplishment to any of you, especially given my relatively small patch of property here in Levittown. But as I write this, my arms, legs, face and every other part of me is officially bug bite free! Last week at this same time, I was forced to quit the yard work and race inside for the Calamine lotion. I slathered it all over myself with myriad of mosquito and other itchy bites. It was so painful! I cannot believe the difference that it has made, having this company treat my house. What a game-changer, godsend, whatever you want to call it. They sprayed the human-safe, pet-safe (I have cats) solution all over from yards and the place is a pleasure to walk around...even in the afternoon. I researched a few local companies who have similar claims to effectively kill mosquitos. I went with mr mosquito after hearing they use 100% natural cedar oil which is a big deal for me personally because I'm always leery of what products I use around my kids and my two dogs. Last year I purchased a home in Massapequa Park and was unable to utilize the yard as much as I had liked due to an overwhelming number of mosquitoes. Did my homework looking for a mosquito control specialist. Mr Mosquito had some of the most encouraging reviews of all the companies. I met with Nik and he was exactly like everyone said, a really down to earth guy that knew his stuff. His pricing was very fair for the service they provide and we have a large property. Last year our mosquitos were terrible. First time home owners living by the water. We called Mr. Mosquito for a party that we are throwing in one week -petrified of not being able to have guests outside. The owner showed up in 20 min and walked through our property. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. He is able to get two sprays in (cedar oil spray which is non toxic to dogs and children/people) before our party. Life saver. Used this company because I was shown how granular product would be put down between deck slats and between rear fences to kill mosquitos due to standing water. Was sold how much better that would be over just spraying. I watched the techs that came over spraying just like my prior company did. Nothing else. I asked the tech about the granular product for between deck slats and between rear fences. Indicated he didn't do that nor was he told to apply such a thing. My family and I just recently moved to Nassau county about a year ago and something that everyone seem to forgot to mention was the insane amount of mosquitos. I have to say that last year we didn't trully enjoyed our backyard as much as we could had. A few weeks ago there was a home improvement fair near our home and we decided to check it out. Immediately we were attracted to the Mr. Mosquito booth and inquired more information. Nik was there and although he was very busy, he gave us some great information, took our information down and promised to follow up with a free home visit to check out the site better. Nik called us about a week later and followed up with a home visit as promised. We actually didnt think we were going to be able to hear back or even have the home assessment visit since we had so much going on. Nik kindly worked with our schedule and came to our home a few days ago. He quickly assessed our home was very honest and gave us a clear picture of what was affecting us last year and how we can improve our backyard this summer. They have excellent customer service (spoke with Liz) and is very prompt in responding to questions. I met with Nik who was a wonderful professional gentleman who explained everything to me and made sure I had no questions before he left, but he also said if I think of any to contact them. I had asked about when to start seeing results from the spray and he said if we see any then they'll come back, Philip came back for a spray today before my memorial weekend BBQ!
