I called Paul to figure out for me what was in my walls, He said it was squirrels and they needed to be trapped. He came a few days later (a Friday) and didn't look at anything when I asked and he told me they were getting in a broken plastic vent cover on the second floor. He left with a check for $750 and said he'd be back the next day with a trap. It was left Saturday night and caught a squirrel, I called and told him to come get it. Someone finally came two days later and it was dead for a while. It also left droppings all in the area. He never returned so I had someone else come, asses the issue, clear out the bird's nest and replace the vent cover. I won a judgement from him and he still hasn't paid me. It's been SEVEN months. We reached out to National Pest Experts when my wife's parents were experiencing an infestation they suspected as bed bugs. BIG Yellow Jacket Problem!!! We noticed a large group of yellow jackets in our yard hovering by the siding of our house. The next day we found a few dead yellow jackets in our basement. Knowing this was probably going to be a bigger problem then we realized, I immediately began researching exterminators online in our area that got the best reviews. I came across the company National Pest Experts and found many positive reviews so I decided to call them. Within two days of calling, Robert came out and assessed the situation. He immediately found the problem along with a hard to find & reach area where a yellow jacket nest was in our basement. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about our problem and situation and explained the options to us along with pricing before completing the job we so desperately needed of the removing of a large, disgusting yellow jacket nest. Robert took care of the issue on the spot and did not have to leave and come back another day. Robert was quick (assessment and job done in an hour and a half) and did a very thorough job and stated that we could call and contact him if we had any questions or issues.
