I have been using this family-owned business for OVER 30 YEARS and two homes in northeastern…read moreIllinois. I was lucky to find their company in the days before the internet. Why do I love this company?--they are different from the rest. They don't set you up to load your home with toxic chemicals on a regular basis. Rather, they come out with a low-level toxin spray that's safe for children and pets once it dries. Yet, it kills all the bugs that are bugging you. I have children and pets. Babies and pets are in close contact with the floor where the chemical is sprayed along the baseboards. Once it's dried, I know that it won't affect them. And, if you're really concerned about exposure, you can tell them where you consider it unsafe to spray--and they're totally cool with that. Quality: You call them out, they spray, and the bugs are dead and gone. AND, THEY GIVE YOU A SIX-MONTH GUARANTEE!!--if you see any bugs that they sprayed for within 6 months, they re-spray for free. They stand by their work! Value: Who wouldn't want a pest-control company like this? I wouldn't. That's why Bugs Anonymous has been my go-to FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND TWO HOMES! They charge you for a call and give a 6-month guarantee. If you see anything within 6 months, they re-spray for free. I currently have a large house and the owner sprayed the whole place, including the basement, attached garage, and outside perimeter for (as of 10/23 and my location) for less than $200. That means that I have a bug-free home for less than $400 per year! The added benefit--we live with less toxins in our home. We don't know the long-term effects of even the best chemical bug sprays, so less is best. And Bugs Anonymous agrees! They would rather give a "one and done" service and keep you as a customer for decades than suck you into a contract that unnecessarily sprays your home with TOXINS on a regular basis whether you need it or not. What more can I say? Still a totally happy customer for over 30 years and 2 homes in the north suburbs. USE THIS COMPANY OR GET RIPPED OFF BY ANOTHER!!

I received several responses mostly marketing their multi-month plans for rodent services and I responded to all. Of all the companies, only one stood out and that was DOA Pest control. Brian was the name of the representative I spoke with. When I explained my frustratingly ineffective efforts, he responded to me "Well let me give you some helpful pointers then". That phrase alone eased so much anxiety for me. Brian proceeded to have a text exchange with me where he patiently listened to my concerns and offered me both pointers on what I was doing wrong and tips to go about it a bit differently. So I heeded his advice, reset the traps and within 36 hours of this exchange *BAM* I caught the mouse. Cue Cece Peniston - Finally it has happened to me!(more like it has happened to that mouse) I want to be clear, I didn't actually hire this company, but DOA and Brian were absolutely essential to this outcome. I'd like to also point out that Brian was this helpful at after 9:00pm at night to a person who hadn't paid his company a dime. I am truly grateful for his patience and helpfulness. Hopefully, I won't need to contract his company in the future. But if I do, I will bypass all the other companies that spent their time trying to sell me a package I didn't need. Instead, if I see a rodent in my home, I am going to give DOA Pest Control a call immediately. If you have a rodent problem, I would humbly encourage you to do the same.
