We are disappointed to say the least. Had an appointment for Monday between 3:30 and 5. No one ever showed up or called. When we called Brandy said that she contacted the driver and that he was just running late, he never showed up. We called again this morning to find out what happened and see if they might be coming out today. They said they would call us back and never did. We have now wasted one day waiting and still never been able to get someone to come out. We will be taking our business elsewhere! read more

I signed up for the annual service a year ago. Technicians (who were very nice and knowledgeable) have been out twice--when I first signed up (to put down mouse traps that have never been checked) and in May when I called to say noone is coming out. They refunded a payment and said there would be regular scheduled visits. The only thing that happens "regularly" is the $44 monthly withdrawal from my account. They just took payment number 12 and I have had two treatment. Stink bugs are setting up residence and I don't know what is going on in the crawl space. I am really disappointed. My first appointment for an inspection, no one showed up. After waiting a week for an appointment, they could not find me in their system. Ok, I made another appointment. This time I had a confirmation number. Ahmed called on Friday about my Monday appointment and we were able to change the time from 2 -4 to 8-10. At 10 I called the office and they said it is scheduled 10-12. it's 12:30 and no one is here or has called. Do not use! They will charge you for services that they did not provide and try to pressure you into paying and then send your bill to collections! I have been calling and emailing various people in the organization and keep getting told that they are "working on the dispute." I paid for May services, but they didn't come out until June so I asked to credit my account for June since no one came out in May for mosquito spraying. The customer service is horrendous and they will delete any negative comments that you put on their Facebook page. Their mosquito services have astronomically risen the past few years so I plan to cancel once I get this situation resolved somehow and switch to a local company that might answer the phone and understand that when services are not done then the customer does not pay for them. This is the worst company we have ever worked with. The guy Ahmed seemed nice at the beginning. However, he disappeared right after we had the agreement. You can never reach him again. The management is awful. We had them sealing up the whole house, and the garage door seal is falling apart right after they leave. We called and asked them to come back, but they never call us back. When you call, they will forward you to an answering service, who has no idea what's going on and has no control over the local business. We had Anderson for years at our previous address and continued quarterly service when we moved. Our technicians for that were great. However when we had a bigger issue come out at our new home, our experience has been less than stellar. We didn't get the paperwork and then waited two weeks to even hear back from the exclusion technician after his initial appointment - he ghosted my husband, then answered my call, then didn't return a call again until I contacted the office asking to speak to a supervisor. That supervisor never called, instead the tech suddenly got back to my husband (NOT me) with a date for the work. He had to call me to schedule the date per my husband who was out of town, and when I explained that I was disappointed and concerned about the lack of communication and about follow up, he simply glossed over that saying 'well I'm sorry about that' and continued talking about the dates for service. I called later that week asking for a supervisor to call me and once again, no call except a text days later from the technician saying 'Hey, this was resolved between us, correct?' We have since cancelled our services with Anderson, both quarterly and exclusion. We had to start over with another company and are finally getting things done a month after our initial appointment with Anderson - also, the initial quote from them was not as thorough and they missed areas of concern. read more

No one showed up for my first appointment. I called the company and they said they would send someone between 12-4pm and the person showed up at 10am so we were not prepared for them. The ants and spiders came back 1 month later so I called to schedule another appointment which is part of our package. I was told their computer system wasn't working so they would put in a work ticket and someone would call me back that day. I never received a call back. I have now emailed the company twice and have not heard back. Now I am reading that so many other reviewers are having the same issue. I will be contacting the better business bureau. read more

Was persuaded into a monthly preventative plan. They only came out twice over 6 months and then I was told I had to call and schedule the service each month. Even then, even then they didn't show half the time or showed up whenever they wanted with no notice. I cancelled and they still continued to charge my card. Had to call and email 4 times before it was refunded and then out of nowhere months later my card was debited again. Now I have to cancel my card to keep them from stealing money from me. The bugs they are treating are still not managed and the service isn't coming out. I could not get a manager to call me back for an explanation and to take care of the problems. Call they very same day to inquire about why no one showed up, told they can re-schedule me Friday, but I need to call back the next morning because they can not place the appointment in the computer right now. Called the next day, today my appointment was scheduled for May 20th, I never scheduled for May 20. Told the rep I would like to schedule for May 6th. Scheduled for today between 8am-12pm, just called, initially told that yes, my appointment is still scheduled for today. They quoted a one treatment rate and said we could switch to a monthly plan and the one treatment charge would be waived and we could cancel anytime. Before the treatment we called and asked to be switched to the monthly plan. After the one treatment we were emailed several times for an overdue charge and we replied that the monthly rate plan applies. I called and explained that to them today but they insisted we would have to first pay the more expensive one treatment rate. This contradicts what I was initially told. After 1.5 years and several complaints and phone calls of trying to get someone from the exclusion team back to my house to fix the job they did I finally got Joe and Bill to take care of our issue. They said they are newer to the company/roles and may give this company some hope of doing the right thing. I do appreciate Joe taking my concerns seriously, following up, keeping me in the loop, and getting his team out to my house to fix the job. Bill was in charge of the exclusion team and he really was so pleasant to work with and helped find the holes and fixed it. I hope that this company turns around and is able to provide the services like they used to instead of ignoring peoples calls and concerns. Signed up for Pest365 service and initially they were great when setting up the service. The tech that came out was knowledgable and polite. When I called them to change the card I had on file it felt like I was calling a foreign country. No one in service or in billing was able to take my calls yet it was 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. A supervisor called the next day and left a message. She sounded like she did not speak English either. I sent several emails canceling my service with no responses. We thought we might have rodents in our attic so we called Anderson Pest Solutions. They told me husband it was less expensive to sign up for the monthly maintenance plan even if we only used the service once and there was no penalty to cancel at any time. They send a guy out who found nothing in our attic. We called right after the tech came out and canceled the service since they did not find anything. That was almost a year ago. My husband and I have called and emailed multiple times and they still keep trying to bill our credit card for additional months. I do not recommend using this company unless you want to spend hours trying to cancel your service. read more

Terrible service please beware. My wife and I subscribed to their annual service at both our home and our building. Repeatedly we have had issue with the service. We have decided today to discontinue the service. We have a bug problem that they should have investigated. They do a terrible job of a walk around inspection. Further we have a tall house and multi story building. Their inspection is from ground level. We have two holes that look like they were created by birds and then did not even get on the ladder to investigate. Only stated they could not do anything. My belief is this is more to do with them not having ladders on the trucks and not being well prepared to actually do a quality job. read more

10 days ago we noticed ants in our kitchen near our refrigerator, a week after their quarterly service. Anderson came out a week ago and sprayed in that spot which seems to have solved that issue. However, 3-4 days ago we started to see lots of ants in another part of our kitchen, downstairs in our bathroom, furnace room and bar/entertainment area. So we called Anderson again to come out Friday which they agreed to do between 12-5. At 5:30 Friday we called them since no one showed up and no one called us. They rescheduled an appointment for Saturday between 1-5. At 3:30 Saturday I called them and they assured me the technician would be to our house by 5. No one has shown up as of 7 pm now. I called them again, this time they're calling it an emergency service and reportedly I will be getting a call back in the order it came in. Not holding my breath....next move I will be disputing charge with my credit card issuer. So awful, so frustrating, such terrible customer service that they make appointments for half day blocks of time and don't call even when they don't show. Consider yourself warned if you go with them, this place is not well run. read more

One of the worst most unprofessional companies I've ever utilized. On two occasions the Technician just never showed up to my appt. The 1st time I was told that he was sick the 2nd time I wasnt given any explanation and the company just took it upon themselves to reschedule it without reaching out to me at all. I happened to find out about the rescheduled appt when I called after the no show. The appt that they rescheduled, had a different Technician but I did not get any notification from my Ring bell that she ever attempted to ring my bell but I noticed a notification from my security camera that someone was in my driveway. When I played back the video I saw that she was spraying the outside of my home when my issue is related to mice and I have no idea what she was spraying. She happened to still be outside in her truck and I approached her and she was totally rude. I asked her if she was here for my appt which had a scheduled window of between 7am -12pm and she was there in the late afternoon approx 2:30pm. She said she didnt have a record of an appt for me and she just happened to be in the area. Her tone was rude she was rolling her eyes and I called her out on her rude behavior and let her know that I would just cancel the service. She straightened up her attitude and asked what service I needed because she wasnt my normal Technician. I told her mice. She came in and checked the traps and said she didnt notice any activity but she laid down a few more traps because I had to kill a mouse several weeks prior. To make a long story longer, their traps were ineffective and were not catching mice. However, when I noticed a live mouse in my basement and ran out and bought my own glue traps and caught 1 mouse that night and awakened the next morning to 3 mice in glue traps that morning!!! I contacted Anderson to have a Technician come out ASAP and after 2 days of no call back, I hired a different vendor. I would NOT recommend this company! My experience was that they are unreliable, ineffective and unprofessional! read more

Brian came out to inspect noises I heard in the house. I suspected squirrels. He came out and set traps. Paid him and he said he would return-he never did. Called again and he made a time to come out-he never did. A company that speaks out of both sides of its mouth. I wish I had read reviews before hiring. We started using Anderson in 2010 to reduce our spider and ant issues. We chose them because the products they use were supposed to be safer for kids and pets and we habe 2 young kids. The tech in those early years was Mike for the most part. Anderson would email in advance when they were planning to be in your neighborhood. We'd respond with choices for date and time and usually get our first choice. It was a quarterly service then. We didn't always have them come in the house b it you pay for it so why not. Even if we had problems after they treated we called and they would come but again for no charge as a part of their service agreement. Eventually Jessica became our tech. And she was just as great as Mike. Unfortunately they no longer offer the Natural choice products but Jessica says the products are more effective now. This company recently was purchased by another company from Pittsburgh. The service is still the same with Jessica. I would have given 5 stars but we have scheduled before 1 time and were home and the tech came and only did outside service and never came inside. read more

Mouse in the house (and outside). Called Anderson (a couple days after calling my regular provider, who did not respond), and a technician was out the next day. Very knowledgeable, helpful in setting traps and finding an outside opening to plug. Followed up a week later: no more mice in the house, but we are being proactive with outside traps. I am hoping that their service continues to be as top notch as it has been with Jesse and this problem. read more
