    Overcooked dry rice in clumps!

I've always given a great review on Uber, but this time I decided to wait after the meal. I ordered 4 teriyaki chicken and 2 dumplings. The rice was way over cooked in large dry clumps I don't know how they could give this to customers and think it's ok.

Eel Poke Bowl... I never thought this place would be a hit but it is! Really love how much food there was but then again it was $20. I added a free option of spicy mayo and it was amazing. It had kani, seaweed and lettuce... there were minimal ingredients and I'm so used to more ingredients in a poke bowl BUT.... It worked. I took one star off: My only complaint is that when I ordered it on DoorDash it gave me an option for a side order of salad or miso soup... I got neither.

Uber Eats! I've ordered from Teriyaki One several times and have only had a complaint once. The food is ALWAYS good! Portions are huge, delivery is fast and the food always comes hot. Now one time I added on salmon and they didn't send it. Uber eats rectified that for me. Other than that.... The food is good! Do yourself a favor and add on additional teriyaki sauce to splash over everything. It's worth the additional change.

This place is great. The prices are good. The food is good and affordable. The location is big enough to dine in, and you don't have to wait long for the food. The food is made fast and right in front of you. It always tastes fresh especially the sushi and the food is plenty for the price you pay. Customer service is good not great but understandable because they really focus on making your food rather than doing small talk. It also gets pretty busy here so I imagine they want to move fast. I think the location is great because it's a busy area. Fordham University right across the street and it's a local shopping area with plenty to visit so stop in when you're all done for a good bite to eat. Thumbs up for me and Happy Yelping!

Fairly New Restaurant The Heart Of Fordham Road. The food was good. Typical Japanese Teriyaki Fast food. I had the Teriyaki chicken with lo mein and cabbage with dumplings. They have seats available to dine in which is great!

Their service is amazing always, they are very attentive and make sure to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated. Food here is always delicious and made to perfection!! Definitely a must to try different appetizers, their soup dumplings are to die for!!! Definitely recommend, whether you're craving some noodles or simply a rice bowl, they are equally exquisite in their own way!!!

I think in general, Zhongzhong noodles are one of the most underrated Chinese restaurants in NYC. I…read morefirst had it in Roosevelt Island and I thought it was absolutely delicious. I wish there were more locations of this in Manhattan. We made an order at the desk before we seated ourselves and for a Saturday evening, there was quite a bit of open tables which was great. I ordered the Szechuan Braised Beef Noodles and they were absolutely delicious. The noodles tasted a bit like ramen noodles but they were able to grab all the delicious and garlic flavored soup. I really appreciated the soft-boiled egg with its marinated egg whites. I also loved the big tender beef chunks as well. Overall, I really cannot wait to go back to Zhongzhong noodles and I hope that they open up more locations. I will say though that since I last went to the Roosevelt Island location, they have raised their prices quite a bit - maybe $2 or $3 per dish.

I also enjoy the kitchen apps and entrées- the miso eggplant and agedashi tofu are great appetizers. The salmon teriyaki is always perfectly cooked and accompanied by fresh vegetables. As other reviewers have mentioned- the construction of the rolls can suffer at times- for me this usually looks like 1 at most 2 pieces losing their integrity when I pick them up. My friends and I agree that this is Riverdale, not A sushi hotspot desitation and we would rather sacrifice a point on the physical construction /proper sushi technique than go somewhere else that has beautiful perfectly rolled sushi- with less fresh fish or rolls that are more rice than filling. Also- the sushi IS good! I usually go for salmon, tuna and a sweet potato tempura roll The lunch specials (monday-saturday until 3:15 pm) are a really good deal and come with pretty good miso soup and a fresh side salad. I am appreciative that they run a little later in the day as well. Aoyu has always been very reasonable abt modifications- there is no upcharge for brown rice for lunch bento- easy to request veggie instead of pork gyoza, and I really don't like crab- imitation or otherwise- so they always let me sub a cucumber avocado roll instead. Thanks for being such a great restaurant in riverdale Aoyu!

Everything from sushi sets to omakase, ramen, rolls, soup dumplings and other well-known Japanese dishes. Generous portions at a decent price. It is sushi after all. The staff is attentive and the service is excellent. Good for lunch, dinner or take out. The intimate atmosphere makes it a nice place to take a date as well...
