Amazing teriyaki! The inside is nice, with music and a peaceful vibe. They get food out pretty fast, while not seeming rushed. All the employees I interacted with were kind, and also great at their jobs! They also have Bubble tea, which is more of a blended drink but is still amazing! I got the number 4, which is around ten strips of katsu (large strips, mind you) some rice, and some salad or coleslaw, which is quite a lot of food. Overall, 10/10! read more

We are pretty picky and this place delights both of us. My wife is such a good cook that we can't find anywhere that comes close. She makes excellent Thai food. This place is great, never bad smelling chicken or overdone sweet element of flavor. Food's often too sweet or salty. No hassle for a tip, very polite and efficient. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because their sauce is a bit too salty and sweet. Otherwise this place is a great neighborhood teriyaki joint. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They can get busy during rush hours and you would need to be a bit patient. I like that they have complimentary miso soup and chicken soup when dining in. The portions are huge; for a family of 4, we order 3 dishes, and we still have left over enough for kids lunch the next day. Most of dishes are tasty, other than the sauce issue mentioned above. BEWARE of the increased price that is charged if you order online. I ordered 2 items online for PICK UP. When I went inside the restaurant to pick up my order I saw that the prices on the menu board inside were significantly lower than the online menu. I was charged an extra $5.00 for one item and an extra $5.50 for the second item. Plus more in tax. I tipped based on the online total, so that was also an inflated cost. What's the deal? The food was ok, but not worth an added $10.50 + and for TAKE OUT that I went and PICKED UP. A couple of styrofoam containers don't cost $10.50. The labor and dishwashing costs are lower if I pick up an order and aren't sitting in restaurant being served. If I ever get food there again, I'll order it via the phone and ask for the lower "in-restaurant" prices. read more

My husband and son hit this place up pretty frequently getting the chicken and beef combo and bring it home, it's pretty good for the price..but tonight I was the one that made the stop and decided to get our usual and then wanted to try something new. I decided to get the tempura shrimp appetizer in addition to the chicken and beef, and that was a mistake the shrimp was extremely rubbery and sadly and most disgustingly was the lack of deveining and prep to the shrimp..Soo gross!! WOW. They only know how to cook one dish correctly and that's chicken teriyaki. Which an idiot can make. The pad thai was sauceless. Just noodles, a ton of spice (I asked for a 0 but apparently they have one level only) and whatever was left of my friends chicken teriyaki they just threw on top of it. Tasteless. Some advice? Don't fill your menu with things you can't cook. Just put teriyaki on there. If you only have 3 types of Pho, don't advertise it. I'm shocked that there are so many great reviews. I agree with the portion sizes being great but who wants to eat a bigger helping of crap? Have you people never eaten pho? Or pad thai? The rice tasted like paste. The chicken teriyaki was chewy, it wasp recoiled then recooked with an awful sauce. I had one piece and my wife who is easy to please did the same and stayed with the cabbage salad. The cabbage salad had a nice dressing. It's hard to survive on cabbage alone. They offered few soup, here is a suggestion, pass on it. The price for these two items where $22, ouch! I'm so bummed that I was looking forward to the good looking pictures, I will say it looks like the picture and tasted close tot the cardboard they are printed on. Also was disappointed that they only had one pho selection with no options to go inside it, especially with "pho" in their restaurant name. We ordered Mongolian beef and chicken/beef teriyaki combo. When we got our food, we were pleasantly surprised at the presentation and portion sizes. The beef tasted so good, like jerky, and chicken was okay. I give Teriyaki & Pho in Bothell 0 stars. I've been to this restaurant many times for teriyaki and bubble tea with my daughters. Yesterday was sadly my last visit. I was accused of taking their hand soap. After being followed from the restroom by an employee who asked me to open my purse. I showed the person the contents of my purse. I asked for a refund and I was advised I wouldn't get one. I was then asked to leave. I said after I get what I purchased from your restaurant. I was asked if I wanted the police called on me? I responded with a yes, because I would be cleared of a false accusation. Our community is going through hard times now, with restaurants open for takeout only. I wanted to help my local restaurant with a purchase and a generous tip. I regrettably say no thank you to Teriyaki & Pho in Bothell. I ordered the Spicy Chicken and Chicken Katsu from here. The Spicy Chicken comes with rice and slaw. The rice was "Asian-style" and surprisingly good. I thought the portion size for the Spicy Chicken was reasonable. It had good flavor and was tender for the most part. I would have preferred a spicier sauce. All the sauces were tasty including the mayonnaise sauce that went with the slaw. The Katsu came with two dipping sauces that I couldn't really identify. One was sweeter and the other one was likely teriyaki. The Katsu was cold by the time it was delivered so we popped it in the air fryer which might have dried it out a bit. It was nicely crisp on the outside. The food sadly came in styrofoam containers. :(( read more
