food: 50/50 service: 25/25 ambience: 25/25 total: 100/100 such a cute coffee shop with an old school vibe! got an almond milk cappuccino and it was delish! the set up of the space was warm and inviting, and so was the barista.

I stopped into Ten Street Coffee to work a couple hours this afternoon and fell in love with it! The vibe here is great - the plants and art give a cozy, botanical vibe to the place that's rounded out with nostalgia from the books and vintage appliances / records. It's hard not to feel at home here, and I found it super easy to be productive! The barista was very kind and made one of the best dirty chai lattes I've had in Denver! Definitely plan on coming back again soon.

Weak coffee

Small little coffee spot located in the Berkley area of Denver. Modest selection of pastries. The coffee I had was supposed to be dark roast but it was kind of weak for my taste. In an area flush with coffee shops you can do better. The cost was fair and the staff friendly

My first visit to Tenn Street Coffee and Books! I love the design of the cafe with the selection of books and tables spaced out with outlets available for electronics. I had an iced matcha latte with oat milk and a potato and cheese breakfast burrito. I appreciated that the barista asked me if I would like the small amount of vanilla syrup in my latte which they usually add. I accepted but I appreciated being offered the choice since I sometimes opt for no sugar. My only request might be for baristas to warm burritos behind the counter perhaps in a toaster oven. My burrito was served cold on a plate and I was given the option to use the microwave to warm it. This didn't feel like a good idea to be using a community microwave during these times. Additionally, I don't use microwaves. Otherwise, the iced matcha latte with oat milk was very good and the ambiance was pleasant with the bookshelves and a huge, expansive, beautiful plant in one corner. I will return if I'm in the area.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Denver. Great coffee and a nice vibe. Within walking distance of all the shops on lower Tennyson.

Great coffee and cute spot! Barista was not very pleasant but maybe it was a bad day. Nonetheless... enjoy the coffee and pastries!

I grabbed the cloud matcha and was in heaven. Each sip I was sad to drink, since it would mean the experience would be over soon! I knew of this place, but had never been until the new year began after it was recommended to me by another Yelp Elite (shout out Caroline!). From the outside looking in, you might not know this is a coffee shop. Very minimal signage from 38th. However when you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and a warm welcome almost instantaneously. They brand themselves as an Indonesian specialty coffee shop. I think it's cool that they've have a special Lunar New Year menu. And their pastry game is top notch, sourcing from heavy hitters like GetRight's and Banh & Butter. But for me, I can't help myself from ordering their espresso tonic. They pair the espresso with a coconut yuzu tonic, with a hint of vanilla, and a dried lemon wheel for garnish. It's sweeter than what I typically enjoy, however it's so damn delicious and refreshing! OBSESSED. It normally gets crowded in here, with plenty of people like me working remotely on their laptops. The owners are also extremely nice and have been behind the counter every time I've been. Coffeegraph has quickly risen to the core of my coffee shop rotation! I hope you give 'em a try!

Upon entering I was a little nervous we wouldn't find a spot for us plus the stroller but ended up finding a table to accommodate. It was bustling with primarily the laptop working crowd but didn't feel stuffily quiet or overly packed - though seating is very close together. Would have loved to sit outside on their patio (!!!) but with the chill, will need to check that out another day. No large tables inside but had a good smattering of 2-4 seaters plus a few bars with stools. I don't recall if their bathroom had a changing table - usually a very important thing I note (oops), but I was distracted by the community posters, which was heartwarming. The Valentine's decorations were also cute. I love me a seasonal latte and picked the brown sugar maple flavor - hit the spot. The crockery had a nice feel to it as well. I'd be happy to return next time I'm meandering in the area!

No matter when I go here (surprisingly though, this is my first time to rate this location), this place seemed to be lively or even packed with the patrons or regulars or some spontaneous guests. I thought this was the indication that it was receiving lots of "LOVE" from people like me. Whatever the previous reviewers had to rate this place mediocre or low, my experience earlier today during the busy morning hours was indeed pleasant. This location is spacious. And very colorful indeed. It's more of the wall art inside and outside that has lots of pastel colors incorporated into it where on a very gloomy day can turn into a bright(er) day especially once inside. I received a cheerful/welcoming service by two wonderful ladies upfront. The lady who took my order had a very pleasant "Hi" greeting which I received it solidly as if to say that my body was a sound board. The lady who made my triple shot latte (in an 8oz cup) made my drink so artfully and beautifully. And it tasted good. Although I wouldn't describe my experience as outstanding or splendid (as I don't like to exaggerate either), I can easily give it a solid 4-star rating based on everything I experienced.

I was delightfully surprised when I…read morehad walked in early to wait for a friend was greeted by the girl running the clothing swap. Feels like this spot may always have something jiving! My friend and I arrived with laptops and left them closed. The whole place has an Elle Woods sleepover energy: pink-adjacent, unapologetically cozy, a little magical. We enjoyed our treats, caught up and people watched. And yes these are treats. There may be alcohol at other times; we were just there for coffee and tea, and the specials leaned floral. I had something built around orange blossom that drifted between citrus and honeysuckle, delicate enough to feel like a mood rather than a flavor. Lovely, if not exactly life-changing. But that's the point: Hello Darling pulls you in with its aesthetic and keeps you with its comfy, cozy seats. Definitely equally suited to a solo work session or a two-hour gossip spiral that was supposed to be a work session! Come for the drinks, stay because you forgot you had somewhere else to be.

There was only one bartender, but he was friendly and attentive and came over to our table quickly. The espresso martini I ordered was a nine out of 10 - very tasty but had a strong vodka taste (which tells me it was probably very cheap vodka). The other cocktail was a Manhattan and it was not served with an ice cube instead it was only watered down. Probably wouldn't order that again. Overall, the space was cute and comfy, and I'd like to stop back in and try a coffee sometime

My sister used to go regularly when she was in school and let me know that the hours were super awesome for that routine - open at 6am, closed at midnight. Perfect for an early morning study session or late night cram. Or if you're just in the mood for all-hours coffee! Parking is admittedly a bit cramped in the front and pretty awkward to get out of if it's busy, but there is a lot behind the building with more space. There are a surprising number of tables and comfy chairs inside, and the vibe is kinda retro which my sister and I both really love. Their menu is pretty big and they also had a ton of holiday drinks to choose from. My sister has raved about the coffee they use (kaladi), so I got a drip coffee and since I wanted a little festive treat, I also got "the grinch" lol, which was a matcha latte with oat milk and pistachio. Take a wild guess which cup was mine in the photo. My sister got a hazelnut latte, which also came out really pretty. The coffees were ready very quickly, and we were able to find a little table near the back of the shop. Our three drinks (all 12oz) came out to about $16 which I think is pretty on par with specialty coffee drinks, so I felt it was worth the price. The one girl we interacted with at the counter was super friendly, too! It seems to be a very popular spot, which doesn't surprise me even a little bit, and I cannot wait to come back again to try other drinks!

Unfortunately never tried it with them but now we have one here in Denver. Score. They have a handful of standard staples and then they do donuts for holidays, special events, the Super Bowl for instance. That being said this isn't a donut you grab and eat later that day or even the next morning. FRESH. Please eat these within twelve hours. Really just speaks to their quality but it's not a break room donut that hangs around for a day or two and the chemicals nuclear apocalypse preserve them like a Twinkie. Hot and cold drinks are available. Water. Juice boxes for the kids. Beloved Coke a cola. Standard cold brew, cortado, americano, lattes, and matcha. But they also do special seasonal drinks and drinks that pair exceptionally well with their donuts. Inside you have a handful of seats but for this area of Tennyson/Berkley it's more of a grab and go. You have the nearby park and obviously all the shops up and down the street. Plus what cute cups and boxes for donuts. It's a statement piece for sure. What a cute little donut logo. I somehow feel that the Call Your Mother bagel and Salty Donut are cousins at best. Seriously, check their fun logos! You can order to go online via their app/website/ or the wonderful InKind app. They even have a to go window so you can stay outside with your furry friend and get your caffeine and sugar fix to go. Staff is quick and friendly. Lines can take a bit on the weekends but during the weekday it's a quick in and out. They open early too so anytime before nine you can pretty much order and go. Welcome addition to the neighborhood. Will certainly seek them out on trips to other cities. Love their vibe and look. Very curious to see all the other stores and get their individual flavor or neighborhood vibe.
