I'm glad we tried this place out. I had Green chiliqueles-tangy and crunchy just the way I like them. I ordered the Rise and Shiner which is a yummy Gourmet Burger stacked with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Arugula, Chipotle Aioli, and Hollandaise Sauce along with a Sunny Side up Egg on a Brioche Bun and served with crispy Parmesan Potatoes on the side :0) The Flavor Fiesta from all the Exotically Chic Ingredients was so much fun for all my senses, and I ordered an extra side of Salsa Verde to give it an extra Mexican Fuego Staycation kick too! The Team Members were all so nice and working hard to prepare and serve the Cafe's Signature Specialties as quickly as possible so the Customers could enjoy the food fresh at the perfect piping hot temperatures. My Order Taker Barbie was especially charming and made me laugh out loud with her humorous wit describing our collective Hospitality Ninja Facepalm Frustration moments during Tornado Busy Sundays hahaha! I had a tough time deciding where to eat today in the Plaza given so many options but I'm so glad I chose Eastbrew because of their Highly Effective Team Artistry Excellence! Thank you to the Kitchen for preparing me such a stunning unforgettable Brunch Burger and my Order Taker for helping me roll out my rage knots with spontaneous Stand Up Comedy tickle assists ;0) Eating out at the Patio is so much fun too, the sound of the swishy fountain helps me decompress effectively as well as the cute birds dropping in on the empty chairs to remind me that it's okay to fly away from the all the annoying Como Chingas Headeache Hedgehogs in my Life Novela to restore my peace and sanity hahaha!! Thank You Eastbrew for always being my favorite daytime Staycation Retreat Recharge spot, I appreciate you guys so much for feeding and taking care of me so well!!

One of my favorite simple coffee drinks in the area is the New Orleans iced coffee here. It's made…read morewith chicory-style cold brew, milk, and simple syrup. Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

The line was out the door, but I knew she'd love waking up to a nice cup of coffee, so the wait didn't bother me. I ordered coffee along with three ham and cheese croissants to go. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

As i was on my way back to LA I saw this business was conveniently off the 10 Fwy And decided to stop by for a quick coffee break. I ordered their Spanish Latte and sat down inside to send some work emails. Their Spanish Latte was strong and flavorful. I enjoyed how sweet it was while maintaining the strong coffee notes. Strong wifi and cold AC inside is what you can expect inside. They had music playing but very low volume. Good for people who wanna WFH. I also didn't have trouble finding parking. Plenty of street parking available. The place itself was to busy. Quick service and friendly staff. If i'm ever in the Ontario Area again i will definitely stop by Mestiza again!

Additionally, their prices are reasonable and appropriate. However, I do wish their location were a bit bigger, as it can become quite crowded during rush hours while people wait for their orders. I have noticed they are always changing their indoor seating options to maximize their space. Also, they do close at 5 pm. I hope there are plans for them to stay open later down the line! I always find myself at Mestiza at least once a week! My drink go-tos are the Spanish Latte and their unique Bees & Flowers Latte, depending on my mood. As for pastries (which are ALL delicious), I always walk out with either the strawberry Nutella croissant, the strawberry croissant, or an Alfajor! Whatever you get, you'll 100% enjoy it!!

A few small tables for seating in there and a lot of random paintings on the wall. Menu is simple and easy to follow. They're a bit quiet when you walk in but they do greet you when you walk up to order. Like any other coffee shop, they're busy making your coffee so I don't blame them for focusing on making the drinks for their customers. They also sell pastries and breakfast there too if you want something to munch on with your coffee. I got the large iced tiramisu latte and large iced banana pudding latte. I asked the lady helping me how many shots came in the drink. She mentioned that all their large drinks comes with 3 shots of espresso, which is a good amount. There are also milk substitution available for those that are lactose like my husband. That's an extra charge on top of adding an extra shot too. Drinks are a good size. Pricing is already $8 for the drinks I got so add ons can make it go up. All up to how you like your coffee. Wait time is average and not long. The only hard part is the door to get out. If you have two drinks in your hands, it's hard to pull open the door. Thankfully there were a few nice guys sitting near by that I was able to ask to open the door for me since my hands were full. Kind of wish their door was reversed. Pull open from the outside and push open from the inside so you can easily open/push it yourself when your hands are full. Lol Other than that minor inconvenience, it's a hidden gem and I will definitely be back.
