I wish they would post more accurate prices on their website. I went to get a gel manicure ($35),…read morewanted tips (price needed) and french (says it's 5$ more). I ended up paying $80 for the manicure. I have also noticed that some of my nails are crooked, which is upsetting after paying more than I expected to. Massage was great though and pedicure was also great.

This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had, and I will absolutely never return…read more Appointments clearly mean nothing here--don't waste your time making one because they will take walk-ins ahead of you without hesitation. Completely disorganized and disrespectful of customers' time. They definitely talk about their clients, comment on tips, etc. I wish I could completely understand the language but recorded a conversation and had a friend interpret. WOW!! The woman who answers the phone at the front is shockingly rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, she also did my nails, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. She was extremely rough, careless, and I left with glue all over my fingers--it honestly looked like a messy DIY job with zero attention to detail. It's very telling that she doesn't seem to have her own regular clients and only handles walk-ins. After this experience, it's obvious why. The only redeeming part of this place is that John and Serena are good nail techs. That's it. One or two competent people can't make up for the overall lack of professionalism and poor service. I only went back to use a gift certificate, but this salon has completely lost me as a customer.

I've been going to Ten Nails for years bc it's convenient to where I'm…read morerunning errands...I have a quirky neck & back So I can only review for their massages ...5 starts is probably generous bc the massage chair is getting very old and the place needs a little love ..and they run the depressing news every time I'm there BUT ..the massages are good ..every girl is trained well in that way..and they are always super friendly .. Especially Sony...

Very outdated. The decor is very 1990s. I had called prior for pricing on a mani pedi. ($30). Since…read moreit was close I decided to try them out. I'm a religious mani pedi person... but when I was asked if I had a nail file I was confused. It's always been provided. ‍. I was charged $2 more and received a little bag with a file & buffer. Which wasn't a huge deal .. since she gave it to me to take home. Then I was charged $5 extra for the polish I picked out. Now there was a row of Essie gel polish labeled "extra $5" I didn't choose them. Apparently 75% of the colors are an extra $5. Very misleading. But a norm for nail salons. Usually it's labeled better. Apparently this polish lasts longer. I guess we will see. Overall. Semi decent. Very friendly. But prob not worth coming back to. ( my nails were very short to begin with. She did her best on shaping them) Over all for a basic mani pedi I paid $42 and $6 tip. (I had tipped prior to finding out I was being charged all these extra fees. ‍)
