The bartender was kind and even gave us some tokens another guest had left behind! Games aren't cheap - about $1 per person per play - but I suppose that's what they run these days. There are so many different things to do, whether you're in the mood for laser tag, bowling, arcade games, or just relaxing while watching a sports game. It's a great place for groups because there's something for everyone. The drinks were also surprisingly good and reasonably priced compared to other entertainment venues. One of my favorite things is that after 11 p.m. on weekends, it's 21+. It gives adults a chance to let their inner child out, play the games, and enjoy the atmosphere without it being overrun by kids. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. The entire venue is bright, lively, and full of energy, making it a fun place to spend an evening. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends or family.

I came after I picked my son up from his after care program and there was no employee in sight for about 15 minutes. We ended up just grabbing clubs and doing putt putt. At the end there was a teenager who came out when we had gone through probably 8-9 holes and he said "Excuse me, who checked you out?" And I said "No one. No one was here and we weren't gonna wait all night." He was like "I am the manager on shift and that's not true." Clearly trying to not be in trouble. It was absolutely inappropriate the way he treated everyone in there. I don't know what they were doing that whole time but the lack of responsibility they took for not being present where they needed to be was ridiculous. I will call back later and speak to the general manager and pay for the round we did but in my opinion, the kid working should be fired. The cash register was left unmanned, plus all the merchandise, the main door open, the self service card reader wasn't working, there was zero attention to customers. I work with high school students and 98% of them would be more responsible than this. It was completely unprofessional!

I've bowled with this league for a while now and I absolutely love it! I had a bunch of friends…read morethat were forming a team from work, but I decided to sign up as a free agent and was invited to join a team that I didn't know - and I'm so glad I did! BOB is full of fun young professionals in their 20s-30s and I met some of my best friends this way!! This is not a serious bowling league, which makes it so much fun! The scoring is done in a way that takes away any pressure from lower scoring bowlers, like myself. Because only the top four scores from a team's best game count, teams are free to have a mix of good/avg bowlers and "bad" bowlers - no pressure! This is great because it gets me out of the house, but I don't have to be an olympic athlete, which has made me shy away from other sport leagues out there. So, a typical bowling day is like this: teams show up, get shoes, go to their lanes, order beer pitchers/cocktails, bowl for 1.5hrs, take a pic of your scores, return shoes, and head to the after-bowling lounge to hang out with all the teams and play bar games (cranium, flipcup, Cards Against Humanity!!!). Then the next wave of teams comes to the alley, repeat. BOB arranges awesome prices for everything! The price for the 6 wks of bowling can't be beat and they get us amazing specials at the alley/bar. Helpful to note: there are "BOB reps" on the ground to help teams with any issues/questions! Having the reps at the alley (in recognizable blue shirts) really makes this a well run/organized league. If there are any issues, the reps come around to tell all the teams about it and they help keep the transition period between time slots stress-free.

As such, we were here entirely for the prize machines and a few of the arcade games, so we didn't try out the bowling, pool tables, or food. We did hit the bathroom while there, of course, and it was fine, nothing good or bad to say there; decent number of stalls at least to handle a crowd. The process of getting a card and loading it up with points to play the machines was straight-forward and hassle-free, at a kiosk near the outside entrance. They of course upsell you with more points the more real dollars you load onto there, so I honestly recommend you go for more even if you don't intend to use it all up in one sitting. Since we were splitting it between the three of us, we got $100 worth (figuring thirty-ish for each of us). Anyway, the machines treated us okay. We walked out with five plushies, plus a little bit extra from ticket redemption games we played. Almost all the machines were functional (only a few were out-of-order), and we all three had fun playing, celebrating wins, and cheesing out when we lost. The pricing per play seemed within a reasonable range, imo. We took silly selfies outside afterwards with the giant bowling pin by the entrance.

Their District Manager; Kristina was the one that gave them the instructions not to sell if someone picked up at a previous round1. I'm sorry, but 2 hours out of my Saturday and $30 in gas to change the rules like this and not accommodate a customer is shitty.
