Other reviews say the food is served fresh and hot and I can attest it IS HOT! Good, fast service for an affordable price. The inside is a mixture of Mongolian-style grill and buffet, but there aren't as many food options as some buffets. For example, there are two sections of desserts and a large salad section and another section with "American" food but only three hot tables of "Chinese" food. Overall clean and updated but wishing for more options.

We were told by family and friends it was terrible now but we had to try it because everyone has different tastes. Well, sadly, they were right. We had the sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice, and pork wor mein. The breading on the sweet and sour chicken was gross! It was crispy on the outside and mush on the inside. It was also flavorless. They put the sweet and sour sauce in a separate container. It had only 2 pieces of pineapple and some carrots. The pork wor mein had a strange taste. We didn't know what it was but it was very unappetizing. The chicken fried rice lace the bean sprouts we loved it was very plain but, it was edible unlike the other two dishes. We have never had throw away food from the old Canton Inn. We threw away everything including the leftover fried rice. We will not be returning. We will miss the flavors of our old Canton Inn. It tasted more like a chicken stir fry than a true Pad Thai. The noodles were on the dry side, there wasn't much peanut sauce, and instead of the classic balance, it had whole peanuts on top along with bell peppers, bean sprouts, carrots, egg, and chicken. I asked for it to be very hot, but it came out pretty mild. Overall, the dish didn't have much flavor and fell flat for me. I also tried the spring rolls. They looked a little unusual--definitely more meat than vegetables--and they were soft instead of fried crispy. That said, the flavor was actually pretty good, just not what I typically expect from spring rolls. I had high hopes, but sadly this was just mid compared to other Thai I've had.
