This place is great because they have a huge walk-in beer cooler. It's absolutely stocked with delicious craft brews. I made the biggest mistake ever and did not tip my driver for a delivery order tonight. The owner contacted me letting me I had stiffed the driver on a 30 minute delivery. It was not a cheap order and I felt terrible. I was so happy he reached out and called me on my screw up! I called him told him right away I would pay the tip and I would drive down there the next day. He promptly informed me that would not be necessary because had already covered my tip. I am so sorry to that driver as that made me look awful and I'm forever thankful for this display of customer appreciation. I can guarantee they will continue to get my business and hopefully that driver will deliver exclusively to me moving forward. I promise she will be well tipped moving forward. Saw a few posts about this new pbr hard coffee and found nothing but great reviews. So naturally, I start calling every liquor store around me. I get that not many people would be in a cheery mood on a Sunday morning at 10 am listening to another girl call for some new trend, but Tina at Tempe Beer & Deli was so kind and happy to help. We got there, she showed us to the cooler and they were more than stocked up. So many options for so many different tastes! This will definitely be our new liquor store. Steve and his crew (family) are beyond accommodating and rather than say "this is what we have, deal with it", they always strive to stock what the neighborhood demands. The delivery is always late I'm paying $17 for a gallon of water and one other item they said the hours are different I tried to avoid drizzly charges by contacting them directly I was promised a delivery by 10:00 when the person I talked to left it's 11:20 at night My credit card has been charged I'm sitting here like a jackass my 2-year-old isn't sleeping We have no water I cannot leave my house I cannot drag my kids out.. I have always been an overtipper and I've always dealt with their late deliveries but to think that the person is someone who works for them that was going to come directly on their alleged way home and I am still sitting here an hour and a half after my initial contact with them This is unacceptable I will be disputing my charges and will never ever be patroning this company again. There is no voicemail The phone will ring endlessly and you'll be put on hold multiple times if you try to place an order directly. So have fun with that. My items never arrived. read more

Best neighborhood store anyone could ask for! New owners turned a run- down crappy beer store to our own local version of BevMo(with better prices). Excellent selection of beer/wine/liquor and the sandwiches are great also. Like others have said, if they don't have it, they will order it, which is great. Amazing customer service! Yesterday, I went in looking for a particular beer. They didn't have it, but the gentleman made a phone call on the spot to the guy who places their beer orders and asked him to please order it on their next order so they'd have it for me. Tonight, I went back again. There was a different employee working, and I asked him if he was the one who placed their beer orders (with the intention of thanking him for accommodating my request). The employee informed me that he was not, but that he would write down the name of the beer and ask that it be ordered for me. Amazing beer selection and even better customer service. Super nice folks that run the place. Been ordering online through other services for a while but found out today they will take a phone order! This opens up the whole stock and not just what is on the third party websites, woman I spoke to even checked the back to find something that wasn't on the floor and had it!
